Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a recyclable occluder for treating congenital heart disease.
Background
Atrial septal defect is a common congenital heart disease, which means that the atrial septal defect is abnormal in the process of generation and absorption and fails to close normally, so that a communicating hole is left between the left atrium and the right atrium. The current means for treating atrial septal defects are mainly surgical operations and interventional treatment methods. The heart defect blocking device is a medical appliance which is implanted through a skin and a catheter and used for treating congenital heart disease in a non-surgical mode. The instrument is a self-expanding double-disc structure, and the two discs are connected through a short waist to form an I-shaped structure. After the plugging device is sent to a heart defect part by an instrument, the heart defect plugging device is positioned back and forth by the double-disc structures at the two ends of the heart defect plugging device, and the waist part plugs the heart defect position to prevent blood from shunting, thereby playing a role in plugging the heart defect.
However, since the heart defect occluder needs to be inserted into the heart defect site, if the radial size of the defect occluder is too large, the heart defect occluder is difficult to be inserted into the heart defect site, and if it is too small, the optimal anastomosis effect is not achieved. In addition, the existing occluder for interventional therapy of congenital heart diseases has the defects of unreasonable structure, poor pressure resistance, easy deformation and poor occlusion performance. Therefore, when interventional therapy is performed, if the above situation occurs, the heart defect occluder needs to be taken out and replaced for treatment, and the existing heart defect occluder is generally taken out through a mid-open chest or side-open chest operation, so that postoperative pain is severe and recovery is slow, and a recyclable heart defect occluder is needed.
