Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the screen projection service adjusting method is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a screen projection service adjusting method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the screen projection service adjusting method includes the following steps:
step S10: and acquiring current network information and service information of local screen projection service.
It should be noted that the execution subject of this embodiment may be a screen projection service device, where the device includes: the network set-top box, the TV, the projector, etc. may also be other screen projection devices that can implement the same or similar functions, which is not limited in this embodiment. The present embodiment and the following embodiments will be described herein by taking the above-described screen projection service apparatus as an example.
It can be understood that the current network information refers to the current network information of the screen projection service device, and the network information includes SSID, a routing mac address, an ip address, a network connection mode, whether 5g is supported, a frequency point, signal strength, and the like.
It should be understood that service information for a local screen-casting service refers to service status information for screen-casting service devices, including status information of online, on-live, ready or not ready, etc.
In specific implementation, after the screen-casting service equipment is powered on, the screen-casting application starts equipment discovery service and acquires information such as SSID (service set identifier), a routing mac address, an ip address, a network connection mode, whether 5g is supported, a frequency point, signal strength and the like and equipment service state information when detecting startup broadcast.
Step S20: and when the service information meets the preset service state condition, generating and displaying a detection two-dimensional code according to the current network information so that the control terminal performs network adaptation after scanning the detection two-dimensional code and feeds back a network adaptation result.
It should be noted that the preset service state condition is a preset condition for determining whether the screen projection service device is in a normal screen projection service state. Detecting information that the two-dimensional code is used for carrying screen projection service equipment, wherein the information comprises: the method includes the steps of obtaining current network information (SSID, routing mac address, ip address, network connection mode, whether 5G (signal frequency point) is supported or not, signal strength), identifier information (the identifier information refers to unique identifier information of screen-casting service equipment, and the identifier information can be information marked by a serial number or an equipment number) and screen-casting description information.
It can be understood that the network adaptation result is a result generated by detecting a network adaptation situation between the screen projection service device and the control terminal, and the result is a result generated by detecting a network situation of the screen projection service device, a network situation of the control terminal, whether the screen projection service device and the control terminal are in the same local area network, a setting of a router, and the like. Namely, the control terminal carries out network adaptation according to the information and feeds back a network adaptation result.
In the specific implementation, in order to find the reason influencing the screen projection service, two-dimensional code coding and displaying can be performed on screen projection service state information and network information of a screen projection receiving end (a set top box and the like), the control terminal analyzes and detects the two-dimensional code after scanning the code to acquire information of the screen projection service equipment, and then network adaptation is performed according to the information of the screen projection service equipment and a network adaptation result is fed back.
Step S30: and judging whether network adjustment is needed or not according to the network adaptation result, and if so, restarting the local screen projection service after network adjustment.
It should be noted that the router can support dual-frequency WIIF, i.e. can work in 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands simultaneously. The router manufacturer adds a multi-frequency function for the convenience of operation. A plurality of frequency bands of 2.4GHz, 5GHz and the like have the same SSID name, the same configuration is used, and after the dual-frequency combination is started, although the Wifi names are the same, different devices of a user may be connected with the same Wifi names of different frequency bands actually. When the multi-frequency integration is started, wifi can search 2 hotspots with the same name, wherein one hotspot is a 2.4G channel, and the other hotspot is a 5G channel.
Understandably, due to the diversity of wifi modules, the performance difference is also large. For example: some mobile phones wifi can only support 2.4G, and some mobile phones can support 2.4G and 5G at the same time. Some wifi cross-band support is good. For example, when a mobile phone is connected with a 2.4Gwifi 1 channel and a network set top box is connected with a 5G 149 channel, although the mobile phone and the network set top box are connected with the same route, the frequency points are different, and if the compatibility of the wifi module at the mobile phone end is not good enough, the device cannot be searched due to frequency point conflict. Therefore, if the control terminal and the screen projection service equipment network can be kept in the same channel with smaller relative interference and stronger signal, the problem that the equipment cannot be searched due to wifi difference can be greatly avoided.
In the specific implementation, screen projection service state information, network information and the like of a screen projection receiving end (a set top box and the like) are encoded and displayed by a two-dimensional code, and a control terminal (a mobile phone and the like) analyzes the two-dimensional code after scanning the code to obtain information of the receiving end. And the control terminal (such as a mobile phone and the like) detects and repairs various conditions influencing screen projection one by one according to the information of the two parties, so that the networks of the two parties are more suitable for local area network screen projection.
The embodiment obtains the current network information and the service information of the local screen projection service; when the service information meets the preset service state condition, generating and displaying a detection two-dimensional code according to the current network information so that the control terminal performs network adaptation after scanning the detection two-dimensional code and feeds back a network adaptation result; and judging whether network adjustment is needed according to the network adaptation result, and if so, restarting the local screen projection service after the network adjustment. Because this embodiment carries out network adaptation and feeds back network adaptation result through scanning detection two-dimensional code, carries out network adjustment according to network adaptation result, compare in prior art and let the user try one by one through the possible reason that customer service and user communicated one to one and can not search for equipment, great increase the communication cost, this embodiment has realized that the user can detect and repair the equipment search problem of throwing the screen through simple sweeping the sign indicating number, has promoted the user and has thrown the screen experience.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the screen projection service adjusting method according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the screen projection service adjusting method according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment illustrated in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, after the step S10, the method further includes:
step S110: and acquiring message information and screen-casting service connection times from the service information.
It should be noted that the message information refers to Notify notification message group information that is sent to the control terminal in the local area network by the screen delivery service device through the SSDP protocol at regular time and by using a default fixed address and port number, where the Notify notification message group information includes: protocols used by the screen-casting service equipment, and subtypes of notification messages, such as: SSDP: and (3) alive represents the online of the ssdp device and the detailed description information of the device. For further explanation, referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a device discovery process may be referred, where a receiving end (screen projection service device) is as follows: the network set-top box, the TV, the projection and other devices send Notify notification messages to multicast to the control terminal device in the local area network to inform the control terminal device of the existence of the devices and carry detailed information of the devices. Control terminal devices (mobile phones, ipads, computers and the like) in the same local area network send search requests to the same broadcast address and port number. After receiving the request, the screen-casting service equipment (a set-top box, a TV and the like) sends Notify notification message group information as a response.
It can be understood that the service connection times refer to the times of starting a device publishing service (announcing to serve as an upnp receiving device and broadcasting a service which can be supported by the device, such as a media service, to a control terminal in a local area network) after the screen projection service device is started, and attempting to connect with the control terminal, and the service connection times can be used for judging whether the screen projection service device meets a preset service state condition.
In the specific implementation, if the screen-casting service equipment is a set-top box, that is, after the box is powered on, the start-up broadcast is detected, the screen-casting application can start the equipment discovery service, if adln screen casting is performed, according to 172.28.234.191 which is the ip of the set-top box, SSDP multicast is issued, the specified address of the multicast is defaulted to be 239.255.255.255.250, the SSDP port is defaulted to be 1900, and the NTS field content is SSDP: alive, which indicates that the equipment is online; ssdp byebye indicates that the device has been taken offline.
When the device is online, screen-casting description information corresponding to the screen-casting service device is obtained again, namely an http link of the device detail information can be obtained, for example: and the http is 172.28.234.191:49152/description. xml, records the content of the http link and generates message information.
Step S120: and judging whether the service information meets a preset service state condition or not according to the message information and the screen projection service connection times.
It should be noted that traversing the NTS field in the notify message information determines whether the device is in an online state, for example: and finding that the content of the NTS field is ssdp and alive indicates that the equipment is online. ssdp byebye indicates that the device has been taken offline.
It can be understood that, if the device is offline or has not acquired online after time out, the device discovery service is restarted. If the equipment can be normally online after restarting, the function is repaired, and if the equipment is still offline after restarting the service or trying to restart the service for multiple times, the function of the set-top box end is abnormal, and further inspection by an engineer is needed.
In the specific implementation, whether the equipment is in an online state is judged by traversing the NTS field in the message information, and if the equipment is not in the online state, whether the screen-casting service meets the preset service state condition is judged by the connection times of the screen-casting service. For further explanation, referring to fig. 5, a discovery service detection and repair schematic diagram of a screen-casting service device may be referred, where when a device is detected to be powered on, a device discovery service state is marked, when the device is in an un-ready state, a device restart service or reconnection is performed, when the number of times of restarting service or reconnection is less than 3, a background service is created, and a service is broadcasted to a control terminal, where the service includes: and the media service records the equipment description information of the screen projection equipment if the screen projection service equipment is in an online state or in a survival period, marks the equipment discovery service state as a ready state, and restarts the equipment discovery service if the equipment is offline or not acquired online after time out. If the equipment can be normally online after restarting, the function is repaired, and if the equipment is still offline after restarting the service or trying to restart the service for multiple times, the function of the set-top box end is abnormal, and further inspection by an engineer is needed.
In this embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step S201: and when the service information meets the preset service state condition, acquiring identifier information and screen projection description information.
It should be noted that the identifier information refers to unique identifier information of the screen projection service device, and the identifier information may be information identified by a serial number or a device number. The screen projection description information refers to http link information corresponding to the screen projection service equipment, and the http link information includes: device name, device function, device menu, etc.
In specific implementation, when the service state of the screen projection service equipment meets a preset service state condition, the serial number information and the screen projection description information of the screen projection service equipment are acquired.
Step S202: and generating and displaying a detection two-dimensional code according to the current network information, the identifier information and the screen projection description information, so that the control terminal performs network adaptation after scanning the detection two-dimensional code and feeds back a network adaptation result.
In specific implementation, the screen projection service device encodes and displays the current network information (SSID, routing mac address, ip address, network connection mode, whether 5G is supported or not, and signal strength), unique mark information (usually serial number or device number), and screen projection description information (such as http link information corresponding to the screen projection service device) in a two-dimensional code manner, so that the control terminal performs network adaptation after scanning the detected two-dimensional code and feeds back a network adaptation result.
In this embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S301: and acquiring the network detection information of the control terminal from the network adaptation result.
It should be noted that the network detection information is network detection information acquired from the control terminal through the preset server. The network detection information refers to information which is generated by the control terminal through scanning a code or recognizing a two-dimensional code, decoding the two-dimensional code, acquiring the information of the rear screen projection service equipment and performing network detection according to the acquired information.
Step S302: and judging whether network adjustment is needed or not according to the network detection information, and if so, restarting the local screen projection service after network adjustment.
It should be noted that, in order to accurately determine the factors affecting the screen-casting service, comprehensive detection may be performed through information of the screen-casting service device and information of the control terminal, and the screen-casting service device may obtain network detection information in the network adaptation result fed back by the control terminal from the preset service end, and determine whether network adjustment is required according to the network detection information, thereby performing network adjustment.
Further, the step S302 includes: extracting a signal detection result from the network detection information; and judging whether network adjustment is needed or not according to the signal detection result, and if so, restarting the local screen projection service after the network adjustment.
It should be noted that the signal detection result is a detection result generated by detecting a frequency point and a channel number between the screen projection service device and the control terminal.
It can be understood that whether network adjustment is needed or not is determined by judging whether the frequency points and channel numbers of both sides in the screen projection service equipment and the control terminal are consistent in the signal detection result,
further, the step of judging whether network adjustment is needed according to the signal detection result, and if so, restarting the local screen projection service after the network adjustment includes: determining a signal parameter corresponding to the control terminal according to the signal detection result; when the signal detection result is that the local network signal is not matched with the network signal corresponding to the control terminal, receiving adjustment instruction information sent by the control terminal and returned according to the signal parameter; and adjusting the network according to the adjustment instruction information, and restarting the local screen projection service after network adjustment.
The signal parameters refer to parameters such as signal strength, signal frequency point, channel number, and the like corresponding to the control terminal.
It can be understood that the adjustment instruction information is adjustment instruction information generated according to the signal strength, the signal frequency point and the channel number corresponding to the control terminal, and the adjustment instruction information is network adjustment information pushed to the screen projection service device, for example: if the channels are not consistent, it is determined whether both sides support 5G and signal strength. And if one party does not support 5G, informing the other party that the wifi of 2.4G needs to be replaced. For example: and when the control terminal is a mobile phone and the mobile phone does not support 5G, sending an adjusting instruction to the server. If the screen-casting service equipment (such as a set-top box) polls or receives an adjusting instruction message pushed by the control terminal, the execution instruction is switched to 2.4G, and a detection result that the set-top box end is switched to the same 2.4G network is recorded. If the connection is 5G and the signal strength is very weak and is lower than-75 db, which indicates that the network signal is too weak due to the fact that a partition wall between the equipment and the router is possibly formed, an adjusting instruction is sent to the party connected with the 5G, the instruction is executed and switched to 2.4G, the detection result that the 5G signal is too weak and is automatically switched to 2.4G is recorded, and if the local area network ping is not connected and the frequency point and the information number of the two parties are inconsistent is recorded. If the 5G signal is higher than-75 db, the party with priority 5G and 2.4G needs to be switched to 5G, otherwise the party with priority 2.4G and 5G needs to be switched to 2.4G. The above numerical values in the present embodiment are given by way of illustration and are not particularly limited.
Further, the determining whether network adjustment is needed according to the network adaptation result, and if so, before the step of restarting the local screen-casting service after network adjustment, the method further includes: and generating request information according to a preset time interval and the identifier information, sending the request information to a preset server, and acquiring a network adaptation result fed back by the control terminal through the preset server.
It should be noted that the preset time interval is a preset time interval for requesting the preset server to obtain the network adaptation result.
In the specific implementation, when the control terminal needs to inform the screen projection service device to switch the network, the control terminal sends the instruction to the preset service end, the screen projection service device can request the preset service end by using identifier information (usually a serial number or a device number) at intervals of several seconds and analyze the content sent by the preset service end, and if the detection is finished and the adjustment is not needed, the detection is finished; and if the network switching instruction is received, executing a corresponding command.
The embodiment obtains the current network information and the service information of the local screen projection service; acquiring message information and screen-casting service connection times from the service information; and judging whether the service information meets the preset service state condition or not according to the message information and the screen casting service connection times. When the service information meets the preset service state condition, acquiring identifier information and screen projection description information; generating and displaying a detection two-dimensional code according to the current network information, the identifier information and the screen projection description information, so that the control terminal performs network adaptation after scanning the detection two-dimensional code and feeds back a network adaptation result, and network detection information of the control terminal is obtained from the network adaptation result; and judging whether network adjustment is needed or not according to the network detection information, and if so, restarting the local screen projection service after the network adjustment. In the embodiment, the network adaptation is performed by scanning and detecting the two-dimensional code, the network adaptation result is fed back, and the network adjustment is performed according to the network adaptation result, so that compared with the mode that the user tries one by one through one-to-one communication between the customer service and the user and possible reasons that the user cannot search the equipment one by one in the prior art, the problem that the user can detect and repair the screen projection service through simple code scanning is solved, and the screen projection experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a screen projection service adjusting method according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, step S01: scanning the detection two-dimensional code displayed by the screen projection service equipment, and acquiring the screen projection service equipment information carried in the detection two-dimensional code.
It should be noted that the execution main body of this embodiment may be a control terminal in the same local area network as the screen projection service device, for example: the mobile phone, the ipad, the computer, the notebook, and the like may also be other control terminals that can realize the same or similar functions, which is not limited in this embodiment. The present embodiment and the following embodiments will be described herein by taking the above-described control terminal as an example.
It should be noted that the screen projection service device information includes: the screen-casting service equipment sends corresponding current network information, identifier information (the identifier information refers to unique identifier information of the screen-casting service equipment, and the identifier information can be information marked by a serial number or an equipment number), screen-casting description information and the like.
In the specific implementation, the control terminal scans, identifies and detects the two-dimensional code, decodes the two-dimensional code and then acquires network information, identifier information and screen projection description information corresponding to the screen projection service equipment.
Step S02: and acquiring current network information.
It should be noted that the current network information refers to current network information of the control terminal. The current network information comprises information such as SSID, a routing mac address, an ip address, a network connection mode, whether 5g is supported, frequency points, signal strength and the like corresponding to the control terminal;
step S03: and carrying out network adaptation according to the network information in the screen projection service equipment information and the current network information and generating a network adaptation result.
It should be noted that, in order to accurately determine the problem of network connection between the screen-casting service device and the control terminal, comprehensive detection is performed according to the network information between the control terminal and the screen-casting service device, and a detected network adaptation result is obtained.
In specific implementation, the detection process comprises: suppose the screen-casting service equipment is a set-top box, the control terminal is a mobile phone, and (1) whether the routing mac addresses of the two parties are consistent or not is judged. If the inconsistency shows that the connection is not the same route, prompting a user that the mobile phone and the set top box are not connected with the same router; (2) and the control terminal requests screen projection description information, if the request is successful and the equipment name is obtained through analysis, the detection result is recorded, namely screen projection is normal, the equipment name, namely a study box, is detected, and the detection is finished. (3) Whether the SSIDs of both parties are consistent. For example, the SSID of the set-top box is abc, the SSID of the mobile phone is bdf, and the two parties are not connected with the same wifi, so that the user is prompted to ' please connect the wifi of the mobile phone to abc ' if the wifi of the mobile phone and the wifi of the set-top box are inconsistent '; for example, the SSID of the set-top box is abc _5G, and the SSID of the handset is abc _2.4G, which indicates that different frequency bands of the same route are connected. Recording a detection result, namely suggesting that the double-end equipment is connected with the same wifi frequency band, and continuing the following detection; (4) the control terminal executes a ping instruction: ping-s 1024 receives the end ip. And (3) judging whether the network can be switched on by ping or not and judging the network delay condition, if the delay is more than 100 milliseconds, indicating that the network is normal, and recording a detection result, namely that the local area network delay is more than 100 milliseconds and screen projection is possibly blocked. If the ping is not successful, recording whether the frequency points and channel numbers of both sides are consistent or not according to the detection result that the current local area network has problems (5). If the channels are not consistent, see if both sides support 5G and signal strength. And if one party does not support 5G, informing the other party that the wifi of 2.4G needs to be replaced. For example, if the mobile phone does not support 5G, an adjustment instruction is sent to the server. The set-top box polls or receives the pushed adjusting instruction message, the executing instruction is switched to 2.4G, if the detection result is recorded that the set-top box end is switched to the same 2.4G network, if the connection is 5G and the signal strength is very weak and is lower than-75 db, the result indicates that the network signal is too weak due to the fact that the device and the router are possibly partitioned, the adjusting instruction is sent to the party connected with the 5G, the executing instruction is switched to 2.4G, the detection result is recorded that the 5G signal is too weak, the set-top box end is automatically switched to 2.4G, if the result of the last step is that the local area network ping is not connected, and the frequency point and the information number of the two parties are not consistent. If the 5G signal is higher than-75 db, the party with priority 5G and 2.4G needs to be switched to 5G, otherwise the party with priority 2.4G and 5G needs to be switched to 2.4G. And finally, displaying the detection and repair results to the user.
Step S04: and judging whether the screen projection service equipment needs network adjustment according to the network adaptation result, if so, sending adjustment instruction information to the screen projection service equipment so that the screen projection service equipment performs network adjustment when receiving the adjustment instruction information and restarts local screen projection service after network adjustment.
It should be noted that, the control terminal determines whether the screen-casting service device needs to perform network adjustment according to the network adaptation result, and sends adjustment instruction information to the screen-casting service device if the screen-casting service device needs to perform network adjustment.
In the specific implementation, for further explanation, reference may be made to fig. 7, which shows that, when a receiving end (i.e., a screen projection service device) (e.g., a network set-top box, a TV, a projector, etc.) finds that a service detection result is a failure, a "set-top box screen projection service exception" is prompted, and the process is ended; the two-dimensional code is used for carrying information related to screen projection of a receiving end, and comprises the following steps: a receiving end encodes the current network information (SSID, routing mac address, ip address, network connection mode, whether 5G is supported, frequency point and signal strength), a unique identifier (usually serial number or equipment number) and screen projection description information in a two-dimensional code mode; after the two-dimensional code is generated, a polling service or a message pushing service is started for obtaining a detection result and an adjustment instruction of a control terminal (such as a mobile phone) from a server side, and if the adjustment instruction is received (for example, the mobile phone side does not support 5G and the set-top box side needs to be switched to a 2.4G network), the screen-throwing service is restarted after the instruction is executed. The control terminal (a mobile phone, an ipad, a computer and the like) scans codes or identifies the two-dimensional codes and decodes the two-dimensional codes to obtain information of a rear receiving end; the control terminal acquires the network information (SSID, a routing mac address, an ip address, a network connection mode, whether 5G is supported, frequency points and signal strength) of the control terminal; and carrying out comprehensive detection according to the information of the control terminal and the receiving terminal, and finally displaying the detection and repair results to a user.
In the embodiment, the control terminal scans the detection two-dimensional code displayed by the screen projection service equipment and acquires the screen projection service equipment information carried in the detection two-dimensional code; acquiring current network information; performing network adaptation according to the network information in the screen-casting service equipment information and the current network information and generating a network adaptation result; according to the method and the device, whether the screen projection service equipment needs network adjustment or not is judged according to a network adaptation result, if yes, adjustment instruction information is sent to the screen projection service equipment, and due to the fact that the control terminal detects and repairs various conditions influencing screen projection one by one according to information of both sides, compared with the mode that a user tries to try one by one through one-to-one communication between customer service and the user and possible reasons that the equipment cannot be searched, the problem that the screen projection service can be detected and repaired by the user through simple code scanning is achieved, and screen projection experience of the user is improved.
