Because the display panel 31 is limited by the first protruding portion 25 on the first frame, it will not bend toward the side close to the first frame, and interference with signal transmission of the infrared touch module is avoided.
It should be noted that the positions of the signal emitter 41 and the signal receiver 42 may be switched, that is, the signal emitter 41 is disposed on the second side 202, and the signal receiver 42 is disposed on the first side 201. In addition, the signal emitter 41 and the signal receiver 42 may be arranged at intervals on the first side 201 and the second side 202, and only the signal emitter 41 and the signal receiver 42 need to be arranged in a corresponding position.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, the length of the first bezel is smaller than the distance between the first side 201 and the second side 202 of the housing 20, so that the display panel 31 is in a bent state when being clamped in the clamping slot 210. Since the display panel 31 has a certain plasticity and can be bent to a certain degree, the bent screen does not need to be produced, and the manufacturing process is simple.
For example, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating a first structure of the first protrusion 25 of the display device 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present application, the side of the first protruding portion 25 facing the display front surface is arc-shaped. The arc-shaped surface of the first protruding portion 25 contacting the display front surface can avoid generating a sharp contact point with the display panel 31, and the surface of the display panel 31 is not crushed or scratched while the display panel 31 is bent. Note that, a scratch prevention structure, such as a rubber pad, may be provided on the side of the display panel 31 facing the first protrusion 25, and the display panel 31 may not be scratched even when the first protrusion 25 is pressed against the scratch prevention structure in another shape to bend the display panel 31.
For example, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second structure of the first protrusion 25 of the display device 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present application, the first protruding portions 25 are multiple and are arranged along the first frame, the first frame includes a middle end (not shown) located between the first side 201 and the second side 202, the heights of the first protruding portions 25 gradually decrease along the direction from the middle end toward the first side 201, and the heights of the first protruding portions 25 gradually decrease along the direction from the middle end toward the second side 202, so that the bending degree of the middle area of the display panel 31 is the maximum, and the bending degree gradually decreases and transitions to the first side 201 and the second side 202. Specifically, the sides of the first protrusions 25 facing the display front are all arc-shaped to avoid sharp contact points with the display panel 31 and then scratching the display panel 31. Note that, a scratch prevention structure may be provided at a position where the display front surface contacts each of the first protruding portions 25, and the plurality of first protruding portions 25 may be provided in another shape to abut against the scratch prevention structure to bend the display panel 31 without scratching the display panel 31.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the housing 20 further includes a second frame (not shown), the second frame is connected to the first side 201 and the second side 202 and is far away from the first frame, and the second frame is provided with a second protrusion. Specifically, the structure of the second protruding portion may be the same as that of the first protruding portion 25, and both the second protruding portion and the first protruding portion are configured as arc-shaped protruding structures that are abutted to the front of the display, so as to keep the display panel 31 to have the same bending degree near the first frame and the second frame, thereby ensuring the visual effect.
It should be noted that the first protruding portion 25 disposed on the first frame and the second protruding portion disposed on the second frame may have different structures, so that the display panel 31 has different curvatures generated on the first frame and the second frame, so as to achieve different display effects.
Because traditional display device adopts cover plate glass to cover display panel's demonstration front one side, but cover plate glass produces the evagination easily in the delivery and use on the one hand, influences infrared signal module's signal reception and transmission, and on the other hand is too thick and heavy for display panel is whole thicker, and the transport difficulty, and the inconvenience carries out the dismouting replacement to cover plate glass.
Therefore, for example, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, the display device 100 further includes a transparent protective film 33, and the transparent protective film 33 is located at a side close to the display front surface. The transparent protective film 33 can protect the display panel 31 from being scratched, is light and thin, has high light transmittance, does not affect image quality, is not easy to break, can be bent along with the display panel 31, is extremely light in weight, has higher cost performance than cover glass, and is convenient to disassemble, assemble and replace.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, the material of the transparent protective film 33 may be transparent plastic. In particular, it may be a PET plastic material.
Illustratively, in the embodiment of the present application, the display device 100 further includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive 32, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 32 is located between the transparent protective film 33 and the display panel 31 to attach the transparent protective film 33 and the display panel 31. Specifically, the pressure-sensitive adhesive 32 may be an emulsion-type pressure-sensitive adhesive or a hot-melt-type pressure-sensitive adhesive, or the like.
Illustratively, in the embodiment of the present application, the display device 100 further includes a signal optical path 45, the signal optical path 45 is located between the signal transmitter 41 and the signal receiver 42, the signal transmitter 41 transmits a signal along the signal optical path 45 to the signal receiver 42, when a user touches the surface of the display panel 31, the signal optical path 45 of the area is blocked, and the signal receiver 42 is fed back to determine the coordinates of the touched area. It should be noted that, when applied to the display panel 31 of the OLED structure, the display panel 31 of the OLED structure can emit light, and thus the backlight 50 structure can be omitted.
In the display device 100 provided in the embodiment of the application, the first protruding portion 25 is disposed on the side of the first frame close to the display front surface, so that the display panel 31 is bent towards the side away from the first frame, thereby avoiding the touch module failure caused by the outward protrusion of the display panel 31. One side of the first protruding portion 25 facing the display front is arc-shaped and is abutted to the display panel 31, and the contact surface of the first protruding portion 25 and the display panel 31 is in smooth transition, so that the first protruding portion 25 is prevented from scratching the display panel 31. The transparent protective film 33 is provided on the display front side of the display panel 31, the transparent protective film 33 is attached to the display front side by the pressure sensitive adhesive 32, and the transparent protective film 33 can keep a thin thickness while preventing the display panel 31 from being scratched. Optical filters 46 are disposed on the signal light path 45 near the signal transmitter 41 and the signal receiver 42 to prevent external light from interfering the infrared touch module.
