The water supply device comprises a water tank 251 and a water pump 252, the water tank 251 is arranged in the cabinet 21, the water pump 252 is arranged in the water tank 251, and the water outlet of the water pump 252 is communicated with the first water inlet 24111 and the second water inlet 24211 respectively.

The product nesting 2413 can prevent water in the heating pipe to be tested from flowing to the water injection disc 2411 outside the pipe, and the hose 2423 adopts a U-shaped design structure to ensure that the liquid level height outside the heating pipe and inside the heating pipe to be tested can be freely adjusted.

When the heat pipe is placed on the product nest 2413 of the water filling tray 2411, the wire terminals of the heat pipe are connected with the test terminal assembly 262 of the control panel 261. The pushing device 23 pushes downwards, the pushing component 235 contacts with the pipe orifice on the heating pipe, the lower end of the heating pipe is sealed with the sealing seat 2414, meanwhile, the wire terminal of the heating pipe is inserted on the testing terminal component 262, and the liquid in the water injection tray 2411 is pumped to the first water inlet 24111 of the water injection tray 2411 through the water pump 252, so that the liquid enters the water injection tray 2411, and when the liquid level of the water injection tray 2411 is consistent with the flange surface height of the heating pipe, the high-voltage insulation test can be carried out.
