Abstract
本发明公开了一种可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物检测方法及其应用,旨在解决可燃物受热逃逸微小颗粒物难以被探测的技术难题。本发明使热逃逸微小颗粒物通过过饱和蒸气,由蒸气介质以热逃逸微小颗粒物为核心凝结成雾珠,相变放大其粒径,以提高可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物的可观测性,从而快速实现热逃逸微小颗粒物数量、浓度和/或逃逸速度的低成本检测;该检测方法应用于火灾监视探测,可实现火灾的早期预警,以赢得宝贵的应对时间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及消防减灾技术领域,具体涉及一种可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物的检测方法及其应用。
背景技术
火灾是指在时间或空间上失去控制的燃烧所造成的灾害。在各种灾害中,火灾是最经常、最普遍地威胁公众安全和社会发展的主要灾害之一。随着社会的不断发展,在社会财富日益增多及人员群体性增强的同时,导致发生火灾的危险性也在增多, 火灾的危害性也越来越大。
目前火灾预警和报警的常用方法是安装设置烟感探头、红外成像测温仪等方式,但此类的探测方法都是基于火灾事实上已经实际发生时才能发挥作用,能够赢得的预警时间极为有限,因而往往也难以做到及时有效的处理,常常无法避免人员及财产的极大损失。一般而言,火灾自然发展的历程包括不可见预热段、可见烟气段、剧烈明火段、自然熄灭段。而能够及时探知、确定火灾发展的阶段,以采取有针对性的应对措施是人们所期望的,尤其是在火灾可见烟气及明火之前端进行有效的探测和预警,以赢得更早期的宝贵处理时机,从而将火灾事故消灭于萌芽状态,是人们长期以来渴望解决而又一直未能有效解决的业界难题。
利用可燃物质受热会发生微小颗粒物(如离子、分子、分子团,以及裂解产生的大、小分子链、新的氧化物或其它新的物质成分)逃逸现象进行火灾早期的探测预警,是当前值得关注的火灾预警技术发展方向;但亟待解决的技术瓶颈在于,这些逃逸出的微小颗粒物的粒径及质量都极小,一般难以快速的利用低成本的技术对其进行数量、运动速度等方面的观测。
公开于该背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本发明总体背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物检测方法,以解决当前对于可燃物受热逃逸出的微小颗粒物难以进行测定的技术难题。
本发明之技术原理说明如下:
热逃逸微小颗粒物的种类有离子、分子、大分子团,其粒径介于0.1nm~1um之间。对于粒径大于1um的逃逸微小颗粒物可用激光散射原理尘埃粒子计数器来测量其浓度,受限于激光波长的原因,在实际应用中尘埃粒子计数器对于粒径小于1um的测量显得无能为力。过饱和蒸气是在一定温度下其压强超过饱和蒸气压的蒸气。处于过饱和状态的蒸气极不稳定,如果出现凝结核(如尘埃、微小颗粒物等)时 ,它就会部分凝结成雾滴,发生相变。以水蒸气为例,凝结的雾滴以凝结核为核心,外围包裹着水分子,而包裹了水分子的热逃逸微小颗粒物的粒径增大很大,其粒径变大的程度与过饱和蒸汽的当下温度、压强、温度变化速度、压强变化速度相关。使受热物质的热逃逸微小颗粒物通过过饱和蒸汽,水分子以热逃逸微小颗粒物为核心凝结成雾珠,其粒径比原微小颗粒物粒径增大很多,其粒径从0.1nm~1um会变大到10um~100um,变大的粒径便于用现有的技术手段观测其数量和运动速度。
粒径变大的热逃逸微小颗粒物通过特定波长的激光通路,热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度越大,粒径越大,光路衰减越强,反之亦然。连续测量的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度的在单位时间里的累计量就是热逃逸微小颗粒物的逃逸速度,其值的大小反映了逃逸出物体表面微小颗粒物的程度。在物体受热情况下,其值越大,则表明物体发生明火燃烧点越近。
基于此,设计如下可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物的检测方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)设置过饱和蒸汽介质;
(2)吸取定量的含有热逃逸微小颗粒物的空气样品注入所述过饱和蒸汽介质中,使热逃逸微小颗粒物形成粒径放大的相变微粒体;
(3)测量所述相变微粒体的数量、浓度或/逃逸速度。
在步骤(1)中,所述过饱和蒸汽介质由水、甲醇、乙醇、乙醚、松节油、樟脑油或汽油(或其它的易于气液二相转化的物质)经蒸发、降温或/和降压而形成。
在所述步骤(3)中,以空气微小颗粒物计数器测定单位体积内的热逃逸微小颗粒物数量,并得到空气样品中热逃逸微小颗粒物的浓度;连续测量的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度的在单位时间里的累计量就是热逃逸微小颗粒物的逃逸速度,其值的大小反映了逃逸出物体表面微小颗粒物的程度;在物体受热情况下,其值越大,则表明物体发生明火燃烧点越近。
上述可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物检测方法在火灾探测或预警中的应用,包括如下步骤:
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度相对正常稳定环境下背景值有明显上升迹象时,说明警戒区已经出现火灾隐患;
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度为其正常稳定环境下背景值的3~5倍时,表明火灾警戒区内的可燃物处于受热分解过程;
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度为其正常稳定环境下背景值的5~10倍时,则表明火灾警戒区内可燃物处于不可见预燃段;
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度为其正常稳定环境下背景值的10倍以上时,则表明火灾警戒区内可燃物处于强氧化分解过程、以及剧烈燃烧过程。
上述以3~5倍来判定初起阶段、以5~10倍来判断不可见预燃段、以10倍以上来判断剧烈燃烧阶段是常规经验值,事实上热逃逸微小颗粒物的浓度变化是随着火情的一个连续过程。不同的物体、不同的环境热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度的变化会有不同的表现。在实际工程应用中也可以以微小颗粒物浓度的绝对值作为判据,也可以微小颗粒物浓度的变化量作为判决,具体判断方法可以以现场情况确定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的主要有益技术效果在于:
1. 本发明利用可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物通过过饱和蒸汽介质出现凝结的原理,巧妙的使热逃逸微小颗粒物粒径相变放大,大大提高了热逃逸微小颗粒物可观测性。
2. 本发明检测方法准确可靠,探测成本低,适用于多种场合的火灾探测预警,如候车厅、地铁、生产车间、配电室、办公场所,以及集体宿舍、图书馆、文物藏馆等。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来说明本发明的具体实施方式,但以下实施例只是用来详细说明本发明,并不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
在以下实施例中所涉及的仪器设备如无特别说明,均为常规市售仪器设备;所涉及的检测、测量及试验方法等,如无特别说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1:可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物的检测方法
(1)在密闭容器中蒸发水以形成平衡态的饱和水蒸气,再通过降温或/和降压的方式形成过饱和水蒸气;
(2)在火灾警戒区通过负压吸取定量的样本空气,再将样本空气送入过饱和水蒸气,使热逃逸微小颗粒物形成粒径放大的相变微粒体;
(3)以激光空气微小颗粒物计数器测定单位体积内的相变放大后的热逃逸微小颗粒物数量,并得到空气样品中热逃逸微小颗粒物的浓度(过饱和蒸气的激光透过率从测量前的高透过变为低透过,光路衰减变大,衰减程度与样本空气中的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度成正比,通过对比送入样本空气前后测量激光强度就可获知样本空气中热逃逸微小颗粒物的浓度变化,以标准样品标定前后光强的变化,就可获知样本空气中微小颗粒物的浓度值);连续测量的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度的在单位时间里的累计量就是热逃逸微小颗粒物的逃逸速度,其值的大小反映了逃逸出物体表面微小颗粒物的程度;在物体受热情况下,其值越大,则表明物体发生明火燃烧点越近。
以火灾警戒区正常稳定环境下测量得到的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度为背景值,当测量得到的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度达到其背景值的3倍以上时说明有物体受热后处于分解过程,当浓度大于5倍以上时,就有发生潜在明火的风险;当浓度大于10倍以上时,物体进入强分解过程,随之而来的就是剧烈燃烧过程。
以稳定环境下的背景值的3倍、5倍、和10倍作为判断火灾发展程度是一般经验值,并不能代表所有的材料、所有的环境。在实际工程实施过程,探测设备在安装后,需要根据现场的情况重新调整上述参数,以期达到良好的预警监测效果。例如,可基于热逃逸微小颗粒物的浓度或逃逸速度,结合相应(如目标环境、可燃物材质等)的试验数据(或数据库等),可以建立精确的火灾预警模型,以实现更加精准、快速的火灾预警、预报。
实施例2:棉花收储仓库中的监控验证
棉花由于其自身特性,容易发生阴燃,棉花过火速度极快,也很容易从阴燃演变为剧烈燃烧,甚至爆炸。稳定存储的棉花对存储环境的湿度和通风都有要求。
在郑州某棉花收储仓库内,采用实施例1中所述方法测得背景微小颗粒物数基本上≤10万个/cm3,做好安全防护措施的情况下加热棉花样品,当出现棉花阴燃时,测得热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量迅速上升到70万个/cm3以上;接近明火燃烧的极少量棉花样品就会逃逸出900万个/cm3以上的数量。
实施例3:电缆起火的超前预警验证
电缆从绝缘开始分解于绝缘层材质、通过电流的大小、散热条件、累计发热时间有关。
为验证效果在某电器实验室做好安全防护措施的情况下实施验证,在额定电流以下工作的电缆,采用实施例1中所述的方法测得的其稳定运行环境下的背景微小颗粒物数基本上在3万个/cm3以下;在25℃环境温度下,以1.5mm2单芯国标电缆,使其电流过载1.2倍时,实时监测其热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量会达到50万个/cm3以上;当电流过载1.5倍时,电缆线套变软,但未起火,热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量会达到200万个/cm3以上。当电流进一步加大,且电缆绝缘开始变黑时,热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量会达到1000万个/cm3以上的水平。并以此初步建立了火灾预警、预报系统,目前该系统运行正常、效果良好,自运行以来,出现了多次早期预警,并基于早期预警有针对性的采取了应对措施,消除了火灾安全隐患。
实施例4:板材仓库监控验证
一般干燥木屑燃点为430℃左右,随着木屑材质的不同、颗粒大小的差异,燃点不同。
将干燥木屑放置于电热盘上,加热前,在25℃环境温度下采用实施例1中所述的方法测得的其稳定运行环境下的背景微小颗粒物数基本上在3万个/cm3以下;对其加热烘烤,当温度上升至160℃时,木屑出现氧化分解现象,实时监测其热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量,则达到70万个/cm3以上;当温度至200℃时,底层木屑明显碳化,但未起火,此时热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量达到350万个/cm3以上;当一步加温至400℃时,热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量达到800万个/cm3以上水平;当温度达到425℃时,木屑开始燃烧,此时热逃逸微小颗粒物的数量超过1000万个/cm3。结合以上述实验数据及大量的试验验证建立了木材火灾预警、预报系统,并将该系统安装于郑州某板材成品仓库,目前该系统运行正常、效果良好。
上面结合实施例对本发明作了详细的说明,但是,所属技术领域的技术人员能够理解,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以对上述实施例中的各个具体参数进行变更,或者是对相关步骤、方法进行等同替代,从而形成多个具体的实施例,均为本发明的常见变化范围,在此不再一一详述。
Claims (5)
1.一种可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物检测方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)设置过饱和蒸气介质;
(2)吸取定量的含有热逃逸微小颗粒物的空气样品注入所述过饱和蒸气介质中,使热逃逸微小颗粒物形成粒径放大的相变微粒体;
(3)测量所述相变微粒体的数量、浓度或/逃逸速度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物检测方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)中,所述过饱和蒸气介质由水、甲醇、乙醇、乙醚、松节油、樟脑油或汽油经蒸发、降温或/和降压而形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物检测方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤(3)中,以微小颗粒物计数器测定单位体积内的热逃逸微小颗粒物数量,并得到空气样品中热逃逸微小颗粒物的浓度;连续测量的热逃逸微小颗粒物数量在单位时间里的累计量就是热逃逸微小颗粒物的逃逸速度。
4.权利要求1所述可燃物热逃逸微小颗粒物检测方法在火灾探测或预警中的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度相对正常稳定环境下背景值有上升迹象时,说明警戒区已经出现火灾隐患;
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度为其正常稳定环境下背景值的3~5倍时,表明火灾警戒区内的可燃物处于初起阶段的受热分解逃逸过程;
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度为其正常稳定环境下背景值的5<~10倍时,则表明火灾警戒区内可燃物处于不可见预燃段,此时没有可见燃烧烟气;
当火灾警戒区内的热逃逸微小颗粒物浓度为其正常稳定环境下背景值的10倍以上时,则表明火灾警戒区内可燃物接近或已经处于强氧化分解过程、以及剧烈燃烧过程。
