Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic flameout ignition device of a kiln, which comprises an accommodating box, wherein the front surface of the accommodating box is provided with an opening, the opening is connected with a sealing plate through a hinge, the back surface of the sealing plate is fixedly connected with a rectangular plate, the side part of the rectangular plate is provided with a strip-shaped hole, a first electric push rod and a second electric push rod are fixedly arranged inside the accommodating box, the telescopic end of the first electric push rod is fixedly connected with a U-shaped plate, the inner wall of the U-shaped plate is fixedly connected with a connecting rod, the telescopic end of the second electric push rod is fixedly connected with a fixed plate, and the side wall of the fixed plate is fixedly provided with an igniter and an open flame detector. The invention solves the problems that a worker needs to press an igniter switch beside a kiln and generally observe the ignition state to determine whether the ignition is successful or not, and the igniter is in the flame for a long time, so that the service life of the kiln can be greatly shortened.

the processor is fixedly arranged in the accommodating box and used for comprehensively processing data, the processor is connected with a power module and used for providing electric energy for the processor, the processor is also connected with a memory and used for storing data, and the processor is also connected with a wireless receiving and transmitting module and used for mutually transmitting wireless data;
the processor is also connected with a fuel gas control valve arranged in the kiln and used for controlling the opening and closing of the fuel gas control valve.
