A water-saving valve comprises a valve body (1), a first flange (2) and a second flange (4), wherein the first flange (2) and the second flange (4) are respectively installed at two ends of the valve body (1); the method is characterized in that: a first flange (2) and a second flange (4) are respectively arranged at two ends of the valve body (1), a first limiting block (3) and a second limiting block (5) are correspondingly arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the inner wall of the valve body (1), a gap (16) is formed between the first limiting block (3) and the second limiting block (5), a middle rotating groove (31) is formed in the second limiting block (5), a middle rotating ball (32) is installed in the middle rotating groove (31) in a matched mode through a rotating shaft (29), a diversion hole (30) is arranged inside the transit ball (32), an annular groove is arranged on the wall of the transit groove (31), a sealing ring (33) is arranged in the annular groove, the sealing ring (33) is tangent with the surface of the transfer ball (32), a liquid discharge hole (28) is formed in the second limiting block (5), and the liquid discharge hole (28) is communicated with the transfer groove (31).
2. A water saving valve according to claim 1 wherein: one end of the rotating shaft (29) penetrates through the side wall of the valve body (1), and a rotating handle is installed at the end of the rotating shaft (29) in a matched mode.

A water saving valve according to claim 3 wherein: the valve is characterized in that a fixing frame (10) is welded on the outer wall of the middle of the valve body (1), a nut (8) is embedded on the fixing frame (10), a screw rod (9) is installed in the nut (8) in a matched mode, and a rotating disc is installed at the top end of the screw rod (9).
5. A water saving valve according to claim 3 or 4 wherein: the central axis of the movable rod (12) and the central axis of the screw (9) are on the same straight line.
6. A water saving valve according to claim 3 wherein: the rubber pad (15) is of an inverted round table structure, and the rubber pad (15) is clamped on the opening (16) in a matching mode.

A water saving valve according to claim 1 wherein: a third limiting block (14) is installed on the inner wall of one end opening of the valve body (1), a swinging cavity (19) is formed inside the third limiting block (14), a positioning shaft (20) is fixed between two opposite vertical surfaces of the swinging cavity (19), a swinging ring is sleeved on the positioning shaft (20), the swing ring is respectively and fixedly connected with a swing rod (17) and a push rod (27), the bottom end of the swing rod (17) is fixed with a stress ball (18), an extrusion air bag (22) is stuck on the cavity wall at one side of the swing cavity (19), a push plate (21) is stuck on the extrusion air bag (22), a cylinder body (26) is fixed on the outer wall of one end of the valve body (1), the piston (23) is arranged in the cylinder body (26), a second spring (25) is fixed between the piston (23) and the inner wall of the top of the cylinder body (26), and a pressure gauge (24) is fixedly connected to the top end of the cylinder body (26).
8. A water saving valve according to claim 7 wherein: the push rod (27) is arranged on one side of the push plate (21), and the end face of the push rod (27) is tangent to the side face of the push plate (21).
9. A water saving valve according to claim 7 wherein: the cylinder body (26) is communicated with the extrusion air bag (22) through a conduit.
10. A water saving valve according to claim 7 wherein: the stress ball (18) is arranged at the water outlet of the valve body (1).
