Description

Composite cleaning agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a composite cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The crude oil in the victory oil field is heavy viscous oil with high content of colloid, asphaltene and wax. The following problems exist in the production process: the blocking yield of a production stratum is reduced for a long time, the wax deposition caused by the flowing temperature change of crude oil can not be carried out, the operation of depositing steel wires with organic scales can not be carried out, the organic scales deposited on the pipe column and the oil stains can not be thoroughly removed in the offshore well repairing process, and the oil stains splash off in the pipe column lifting process can cause environmental pollution and the operation can not be carried out. Therefore, reservoir protection is needed for oil fields.
The purpose of oil layer protection is to remove the damage of mud filtrate to the stratum in the drilling process, reduce the stratum pollution in the well completion process and improve the injection and production capacity of the oil-water well. And injecting a cleaning agent to clean the oil layer before water injection is a main measure for protecting the oil layer.
At present, a cleaning agent adopted for cleaning an oil layer is compounded by a plurality of solvents and surfactants, can dissolve and clean high-viscosity organic matters such as colloid, asphaltene and wax in a stratum, can well disperse an oil phase in a water phase through the solubilization of the surfactants, reduces the interfacial tension of oil and water, and prevents an oil-water mixture from forming emulsification blockage. Meanwhile, the cleaning agent forms an isolation zone between the crude oil and the subsequent acid liquor, so that the colloid, the asphaltene and the acid liquor in the crude oil are prevented from contacting to form acidified sludge.
In the past, organic matter precipitation is solved by injecting a large amount of organic solvents such as diesel oil or benzene, but the organic solvent treatment has several problems: the organic solvent has large dosage and high cost; the organic solvent has low flash point and poor safety; the cleaning agent has the advantages of high toxicity, no water absorption, no relevant compatibility research, unclear whether to damage an oil layer, waste of a large amount of energy, environmental pollution and poor cleaning effect.
Therefore, a new and compound oil layer cleaning agent needs to be explored.

Wherein:
the stirring time in the step (1) is 15-20min, and the stirring speed is 300-500 r/min.
The stirring time in the step (2) is 30-45 min.
The compound cleaning agent of the invention, alcohol ether sulfo succinic acid monoester disodium is an anionic surfactant, but has the chemical properties of double surfaces of a nonionic surfactant and the anionic surfactant, because the molecule of the compound cleaning agent contains carboxylic acid group, sulfonic group and long chain alkyl etherified oxyethylene group, the compound cleaning agent has wetting, dispersing and solubilizing functions on high-viscosity organic matters such as wax, asphaltene and colloid, can promote wax and the like to be better dissolved in the cleaning agent, but only selects the alcohol ether sulfo succinic acid monoester disodium, wax, asphaltene, colloid and other high-viscosity organic matters to be very slow and limited in dissolving speed and dissolving amount in the compound cleaning agent, and can not enable the high-viscosity organic matters to be quickly dissolved in the compound cleaning agent, therefore, the nonionic surfactant-lauric acid polyoxyethylene ester is added, and the lauric acid polyoxyethylene ester and the alcohol ether sulfo succinic acid monoester disodium are synergistic, the composite cleaning agent can reduce the dissolving time of high-viscosity organic matters such as wax, asphaltene and colloid in the composite cleaning agent, plays a role in activity solubilization, promotes the dissolution of the high-viscosity organic matters such as wax, asphaltene and colloid in the composite cleaning agent, increases the solubility of the high-viscosity organic matters in the composite cleaning agent, and has better emulsifying property and good compatibility compared with other polymerization degrees.
The calcium lignosulfonate is a high-molecular polymer anionic surfactant, and is added to destroy intermolecular acting force and weaken intermolecular interaction, so that high-viscosity organic matters such as wax, asphaltene and colloid can be better dispersed in the composite cleaning agent without aggregation and precipitation.
In addition, the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate is added, and has strong permeability and foamability, so that the contact area of the composite cleaning agent and high-viscosity organic matters such as wax, asphaltene and colloid can be increased, the high-viscosity organic matters are better dissolved in the composite cleaning agent, and the composite cleaning agent is compounded with trimethylolpropane polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether for use, so that the prepared cleaning agent has strong permeability, the surfaces of the high-viscosity organic matters such as wax, asphaltene and colloid are inverted from lipophilicity to hydrophilicity, the high-viscosity organic matters such as scaled paraffin wax are fallen and dissolved, and the re-adsorption of the new high-viscosity organic matters is prevented due to the change of the surface hydrophilicity and lipophilicity, and the purpose of preventing the high-viscosity organic matters from being deposited again is finally achieved.
The organic solvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, the compatibility with other raw materials is good, the surface activity is certain, the ethylene glycol monobutyl ether is compounded with water to serve as a solvent of other raw materials, the dissolving capacity, the permeability and the stability of the finally prepared cleaning agent can be improved, and the ethylene glycol monobutyl ether has smaller molecular weight than other solvents, so that the permeability is strong, the cleaning effect on a boundary layer is good, and the finally prepared composite cleaning agent has the effect of preventing high-viscosity organic matters from being deposited again by being matched with the interaction of other raw materials.
