Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glue for tobacco leaves, in particular to an adhesive for packaging fine cigarettes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the existing tobacco market, each large tobacco factory originally reduces tobacco harm and improves the profit of a single box, and because the quantity of tobacco in the thin cigarette is small, not only can people adsorb less tobacco leaves, but also can reduce the cost of single cigarette wrapping, so each tobacco factory begins to produce a large quantity of thin cigarettes; the glue applying surface of the original thick cigarette packaging box is thick, and the surface treatment of the cigarette case is less, so the requirement on the adhesive is not high; the production of the thin cigarettes enables the gluing surface of the thin cigarette case to be narrow (the width of the thin cigarette case is greatly reduced for cigarettes with the same quantity), the gluing surface is narrow, so that the adhesive is not easy to stick up, and the like, and meanwhile, in order to improve the quality of the cigarette case, the processing such as the treatment of the uniform fineness film of the thin cigarette case is needed, so that the smoothness and the practicability are improved; therefore, the existing adhesive can not well meet the production requirements of the existing slim cigarettes.

A method for preparing adhesive for packaging fine cigarettes comprises the steps of firstly adding vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, then sequentially adding polyvinyl alcohol solution, tackifier, preservative and white granulated sugar, then stirring the raw materials at normal temperature, adding defoamer after stirring for defoaming, finally filtering through a 80-mesh filter screen, and packaging.
As a further scheme of the invention: the stirring time is 50min-80 min.
Due to the adoption of the scheme, compared with the prior art, the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion obtained by taking the polyvinyl alcohol solution as the protective colloid has excellent viscosity and high curing speed; the adhesive force to the film is strong, the water resistance is high, the viscosity can reach 2100mpa.s (especially the initial viscosity can exceed 2800mpa.s, and is particularly suitable for the pasting process of a quick and narrow-face cigarette case), and the solid content exceeds 54 percent; the cigarette adhesive completely meets the cigarette packaging speed of 600 pack/min specification, and meanwhile, the white granulated sugar is added into the cigarette adhesive, so that the cigarette adhesive has strong bonding strength, is non-toxic, has good safety, and completely meets the safety index requirements of tobacco on the cigarette adhesive.

The present invention will be described in further detail below for the purpose of better understanding the technical solutions of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
raw materials: 900 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 107.88-157.88 parts of polyvinyl alcohol solution (the mass fraction of solvent polyvinyl alcohol is 25%), 30 parts of tackifier, 8.72 parts of water, 3.4 parts of preservative and 40 parts of white granulated sugar; see table one for details;

Wherein vinyl acetate and the ethylene adopt a medium-pressure emulsion polymerization process to form vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, wherein the medium-pressure polymerization strength is 10-12 MPa; the mass fraction of ethylene is about 16 percent;
adding vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, sequentially adding polyvinyl alcohol solution, tackifier, antiseptic and white sugar, stirring the above raw materials at room temperature for 60min, adding defoamer after stirring for defoaming, filtering with 80 mesh filter screen, and packaging.
Through checking tests and machine-on experiments, the effect of the serial number 5 in the table is the best, and the initial viscosity of the product can be greatly improved by adding a certain amount of white granulated sugar in the embodiment (in the prior art, a starch product is adopted, but the starch product only has the functions of environmental protection and solid content increase, and also has the function of increasing a certain amount of viscosity in the slow pasting process, but does not have the function of increasing the viscosity in the fast pasting process).
