Abstract
A rubber sealing gasket for a gearbox oil pan, rubber and a preparation method. It mainly comprises three parts: the rubber is rubber which is combined by acrylate rubber and ethylene acrylate. The rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: ACM30-80, AEM20-70, carbon black 40-70, white carbon black 2-15, stearic acid 0.5-2, anti-aging agent 1-3, processing aid 2-4, antiscorching agent 0.5-2, plasticizer 4-10, paraffin oil 0.5-4, vulcanizing agent 1-2, and accelerator 1.5-3. The metal framework and the lining are combined together in advance through interference fit, phosphatized and coated with an acrylate glue special adhesive-TD 870 or CILBOND33 AB. And vulcanizing the rubber and the treated framework in a corresponding mold on a vulcanizing machine for 6-10 minutes to prepare the rubber sealing gasket for the oil pan of the gearbox. Technical Field

And vulcanizing the rubber in the step 2 and the skeleton after treatment in the step 3 in a corresponding mold on a vulcanizing machine for 6-10 minutes to prepare the rubber sealing gasket for the oil pan of the gearbox.
The invention has the beneficial effects that by means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the rubber is combined by ACM and AEM, so that the oiliness resistance of the automatic transmission of the ACM rubber is improved, and the tensile strength and the tear strength are improved.
2. The addition of the white carbon black improves the tearing strength of the rubber and reduces the high-temperature stress damage of the gasket (shown in figure 2).
3. The addition of the paraffin oil improves the extraction property of the auxiliary agent which is easy to extract in the rubber material, and reduces the phenomenon of blooming.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rubber gasket for the transmission oil pan of the present invention is mainly composed of three parts, namely a metal skeleton gasket 1, a bushing 2 and a rubber 3, wherein the rubber 3 is made of acrylate rubber (ACM) and ethylene Acrylate (AEM), the metal skeleton gasket 1 is made of ST12, and the bushing 2 is made of steel No. 20.
The rubber used for the rubber sealing gasket for the oil pan of the gearbox comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of ACM, 20-70 parts of AEM, 40-70 parts of carbon black, 2-15 parts of white carbon black, 0.5-2 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent, 2-4 parts of processing aid, 0.5-2 parts of anti-scorching agent, 4-10 parts of plasticizer, 0.5-4 parts of paraffin oil, 1-2 parts of vulcanizing agent and 1.5-3 parts of accelerator.
In the preparation process of the rubber sealing gasket for the gearbox oil pan, the metal framework gasket 1 and the lining 2 are combined together in advance through interference fit, are phosphated and are coated with an acrylate glue special adhesive (such as TD870 or CILBOND33 AB).
And finally, vulcanizing the rubber 3 and the combined framework in a corresponding mold on a vulcanizing machine for 6-10 minutes to prepare the rubber sealing gasket for the gearbox oil pan.

30 parts of ACM, 70 parts of AEM, 50 parts of N660 carbon black, 2 parts of white carbon black, 1 part of stearic acid, 2 parts of an anti-aging agent, 2 parts of a processing aid, 0.5 part of an anti-scorching agent, 10 parts of a plasticizer, 4 parts of paraffin oil, 2 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 3 parts of an accelerator.
The experimental verification is shown in table 1.
The second embodiment is as follows:
ACM 80, AEM20, N550 carbon black 20, N774 carbon black 40, white carbon black 8, stearic acid 0.5, anti-aging agent 1-3, processing aid 3, scorch retarder 2, plasticizer 4, paraffin oil 0.5, vulcanizing agent 1, and accelerator 1.5.
The experimental verification is shown in table 1.
