After the sewage flocculation is finished, the motor is closed, the sewage is kept stand for a period of time, then the telescopic assembly 15 is opened, the telescopic assembly 15 drives the first mounting sleeve 16 to move downwards, the first mounting sleeve 16 drives the first fan-shaped stirring plate 17 to move downwards, the first fan-shaped stirring plate 17 enters a gap between adjacent second fan-shaped stirring plates 19, meanwhile, the first mounting sleeve 16 enters a cavity of the second mounting sleeve 18, at the moment, the gap between the first fan-shaped stirring plate 17 and the second fan-shaped stirring plate 19 is tightly attached to the gap between the second mounting sleeve 18, the sealing strip 27 enters the sealing groove 26, a closed structure is formed by the first fan-shaped stirring plate 17, the second fan-shaped stirring plate 19 and the inner wall of the tank body 1, at the moment, the flocculation impurities are located below the closed structure, the flocculation is completed above the closed structure, so that water and the flocculation impurities can be separately discharged, thereby preventing the flocculated impurities from being brought out when the water is discharged, and ensuring the quality of the sewage flocculated sediment.
