Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a sheet taking and placing jig 10 in an embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1 optionally in combination with fig. 2 and fig. 3, a sheet taking and placing jig 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a pressing plate 110, a movable rod 120, a pressing portion 130, an adhering component 140, and an elastic restoring member 150.
Referring to fig. 3, the pressing plate 110 has a through hole 1101, a center line of the through hole 1101 is perpendicular to a bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110, and the movable rod 120 is movably disposed through the through hole 1101 along a first direction, where the first direction is a direction intersecting the bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110. The pressing part 130 is connected to a side of the movable bar 120 away from the pressing plate 110, so that the movable bar 120 can protrude out of the through hole 1101 in the first direction in response to a pressure applied to the pressing part 130, it can be understood that when no pressure is applied to the pressing part 130, the movable bar 120 is in an initial state, and an end of the movable bar 120 away from the pressing part 130 is located in the through hole 1101. After applying pressure to the pressing portion 130 in the first direction, an end of the movable rod 120 away from the pressing portion 130 may extend out of the through hole 1101.
The sticking part 140 is disposed at one end of the movable rod 120 far away from the pressing part 130, the sticking part 140 may be a sticky layer, and the sticky layer may be a double-sided adhesive layer, so that the sticking part 140 is stuck at one end of the movable rod 120 far away from the pressing part 130, and when one end of the movable rod 120 far away from the pressing part 130 extends out of the through hole 1101, the sticking part 140 is facilitated to stick a sheet.
The elastic restoring member 150 is located between the pressing plate 110 and the pressing part 130, so that the movable rod 120 can be restored after the pressure applied to the pressing part 130 is removed, and one end of the movable rod 120 away from the pressing part 130 can be retracted into the through hole 1101. That is, after the pressure applied to the pressing portion 130 is removed, the movable rod 120 can be returned to the initial state, and then, one end of the movable rod 120 away from the pressing portion 130 is retracted into the through hole 1101.
The steps of picking and placing the sheet by using the sheet picking and placing jig 10 are as follows:
the pressing plate 110 is pressed on the sheet material, so that the sheet material is kept flat, and the sheet material is prevented from being bent, warped or wrinkled. Then, the pressing portion 130 is pressed so that the movable bar 120 protrudes out of the through hole 1101 in the first direction to pick up the sheet by the picking member 140. And then moving the pressing plate 110 to move the adhered sheet to the target position, wherein after the pressing plate 110 moves, the whole sheet taking and placing jig 10 also moves, and the adhered sheet moves along with the sheet taking and placing jig 10 and can be moved to the target position. Finally, the pressure applied to the pressing portion 130 is removed, the movable rod 120 is reset, the end of the movable rod 120 away from the pressing portion 130 is retracted into the through hole 1101, and the sheet is separated from the adhering member 140, it can be understood that the adhering member 140 disposed at the end of the movable rod 120 away from the pressing portion 130 is also retracted into the through hole 1101, and the sheet contacts the bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110 due to the height difference between the adhering member 140 and the bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110 in the first direction, and the sheet is separated from the adhering member 140 and placed at the target position, so that the sheet taking and placing jig 10 can well achieve the taking and placing of the sheet.
Optionally, the sticking and removing component 140 is detachably disposed at an end of the movable rod 120 away from the pressing portion 130, so that the sticking and removing component 140 can be replaced as required. The pressure applied to the pressing portion 130 is removed, and the movable lever 120 is returned to retract the end of the movable lever 120 away from the pressing portion 130 into the through hole 1101, so that the sheet is separated from the sticking member 140.
It is understood that the sticking member 140 disposed at one end of the movable rod 120 away from the pressing portion 130 can also be retracted into the through hole 1101, and the sheet is brought into contact with the bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110 and is separated from the sticking member 140 to be placed at the target position due to the height difference between the sticking member 140 and the bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110 in the first direction.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first direction is perpendicular to the bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110, the number of the elastic resetting member 150, the movable rods 120, the positioning blocks 111, and the through holes 1101 is 4, the elastic resetting member 150 is a spring, two ends of the spring are respectively connected to the pressure transmission plate 160 and the corresponding positioning block 111, and the through holes 1101 are distributed at four corners of the pressing plate 110, when the sheet taking and placing jig 10 is used, the pressure applied to the pressing portion 130 can be uniformly transmitted to the four movable rods 120 through the pressure transmission plate 160, so that the four movable rods 120 can be displaced along the first direction perpendicular to the bottom surface 1102 of the pressing plate 110 to extend out the corresponding through holes 1101, and the gluing members 140 disposed at one end of the four movable rods 120 far away from the pressing portion 130 are respectively glued to four places of the sheet, so as to better glue the sheet. In the process, the four elastic reset pieces 150 are deformed, the pressure applied to the pressing portion 130 is removed, the pressure transmission plate 160 can be reset well under the action of the elastic restoring force of the four elastic reset pieces 150, the four movable rods 120 can also be reset well under the action of the elastic restoring force of the corresponding elastic reset pieces 150, and then the sheet is separated from the four sticking parts 140, so that the sheet picking and placing jig 10 is utilized, and the picking and placing of the sheet can be well realized.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
