In order to improve the stress strength of the box top plate 500 and reduce the self weight of the box top plate 500, in an embodiment, the box top plate 500 is a curved plate and includes: two flange edges 510 disposed at the top end of the curved side plate 200 in a one-to-one correspondence and bent upward; and a concave top plate portion 520 sandwiched between the two flange edge portions 510; wherein, a plurality of top plate bending grooves 4 are formed on the inner concave top plate portion 520 at intervals and protruding away from the box bottom plate 100, as shown in fig. 1 and 5. The inner concave top plate part 520 may be arranged in parallel with the bottom plate 100 at intervals, and the inner concave top plate part 520 protrudes upward to form a curved plate-shaped structure, thereby improving its deformation resistance. The flange edge part 510 is connected with the curved side plate 200 through an arc line, thereby improving the deformation resistance of the connection part. In addition, the stress area of the box top plate 500 can be increased through the top plate bending groove 4, and the deformation resistance of the box top plate is further improved. The box top plate 500 is integrally of an arch bridge-shaped structure, so that the stability and the strength of the box top plate 500 are improved, and the box top plate is convenient to weld and fix.
Further, in one embodiment, the roof reinforcing panel 3 includes a curved concave portion 31 extending vertically downward from the concave roof portion 520 and roof lug portions 32 arc-connected to the flange edge portion 510 from the lateral ends of the curved concave portion 31, as shown in fig. 5. This roof reinforcing plate 3 wholly is the upper end face and the interior concave ceiling portion 520 looks adaptation of domes 31 and welded fastening, and the two combines completely, and like this, the corresponding camber of the two is unanimous, and the welding of being convenient for reduces the residual stress after the welding simultaneously. Meanwhile, the top plate lug parts 32 can connect the inner concave top plate part 520 and the flange edge part 510 to form a triangular stable connection state, so that the deformation resistance of the box top plate 500 is further improved. The lower end face of the curved surface concave part 31 and the lower end face of the top plate lug part 32 jointly form a complete arc-shaped face of the top plate reinforcing plate 3, and the curved surface concave part has strong deformation resistance. More importantly, the curved inner concave part 31 and the top plate bending groove 4 are arranged in a grid shape and extend along the width direction W of the box bottom plate 100 and the length direction L of the box bottom plate 100 respectively, so that the overall structural strength of the box top plate 500 can be improved, large external extrusion force is borne, pressure generated by gravity of maintenance personnel is borne, dead weight of the box top plate can be reduced, and stability of the box body is guaranteed.
In addition, the invention also provides a sanitation vehicle which comprises the garbage can of the sanitation vehicle. Wherein, this dustbin can have curved surface curb plate 200, baffle 300, baffle reinforcing plate 1, curb plate reinforcing plate 2, roof board 500 and roof reinforcing plate 3, through curved surface curb plate 200, the curved surface structural design of baffle 300 and roof board 500, through baffle reinforcing plate 1, baffle 300 and curb plate reinforcing plate 2, the ship type structure that curved surface curb plate 200 formed, and roof board 500 and roof reinforcing plate 3 form latticed structure, make this dustbin have stronger anti deformability, improve the structural strength of box, make the box when bearing external pressure or running state's liquid impact force, make full use of the anti deformability of box, effectively reduce the internal stress, improve the stability of box structure, improve box life.
It should be noted that other configurations and functions of the sanitation truck and the garbage can thereof according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and are not described herein in detail to reduce redundancy.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical spirit of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A garbage can of a sanitation vehicle, comprising:
the box body comprises a box body inner cavity, a box bottom plate (100) arranged around the box body inner cavity and two curved surface side plates (200) arranged at intervals in the transverse direction;
the two partition plates (300) are correspondingly arranged on the transverse inner sides of the two curved side plates (200) at intervals one by one and divide the inner cavity of the box body into a sewage cavity (410) and a clear water cavity (420);
the partition plate (300) comprises a partition plate flat plate portion (310) extending upwards from the box bottom plate (100) and a partition plate curved surface portion (320) connected to the inner wall of the curved side plate (200) from the top end arc of the partition plate flat plate portion (310), and a plurality of partition plate reinforcing plates (1) are arranged on the inner side wall of the partition plate (300) in the clear water cavity.
2. The garbage can of sanitation truck as claimed in claim 1, wherein said partition flat plate portion (310) comprises a plurality of flat plates (3110) and a plurality of bent plates (3120) alternately arranged in sequence in the plate height direction (H), said bent plates (3120) being protrusively disposed toward said curved side plate (200).
3. The garbage can of the sanitation vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the partition flat plate portion (310) is arranged to extend along a plate length direction (L) of the box bottom plate (100) and comprises an outer partition end (a) near a tail end of the sanitation vehicle and an inner partition end (B) near a head end of the sanitation vehicle, and the cross-sectional area of the clean water cavity gradually increases from the outer partition end (a) to the inner partition end (B).
4. The sanitation vehicle garbage can of claim 1, wherein the curved side plate (200) comprises:
an arc-shaped concave part (210) which is positioned above the box bottom plate (100); and
the upper bending part (220) and the lower bending part (230) are respectively positioned at two vertical ends of the arc-shaped inner concave part (210) and are arranged in a transversely extending manner;
the lower bending part (230) is fixedly connected with the box bottom plate (100), and the partition plate curved surface part (320) is fixedly connected with the upper bending part (220).
5. The garbage can of sanitation vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein said box body further comprises a plurality of side plate reinforcing plates (2) for reinforcing the strength of said curved side plate (200), said side plate reinforcing plates (2) being arc-shaped convex-convex and comprising an integrated convex plate portion (21) connected to said arc-shaped concave portion (210) and a flat plate portion (22) extending toward said partition plate (300).

The garbage can of sanitation vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein a plurality of the partition plate reinforcing plates (1) are arranged at intervals along a plate length direction (L) of the box bottom plate (100); and/or the side plate reinforcing plates (2) are arranged at intervals along the plate length direction (L) of the box bottom plate (100).
7. The sanitation vehicle garbage can according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the can body further comprises:
the box top plate (500) is arranged opposite to the box bottom plate (100) and is connected between the two curved side plates (200); and
the box end plate (600) is connected with the curved side plate (200), the box bottom plate (100) and the box top plate (500) to seal the inner cavity of the box body;
wherein, the inside wall of case roof (500) is provided with a plurality of roof reinforcing plates (3).
8. The sanitation vehicle garbage can of claim 7, wherein the top box plate (500) is a curved plate and comprises:
two flange edge parts (510) which are correspondingly arranged at the top ends of the curved side plates (200) and are bent upwards; and
a recessed top plate portion (520) interposed between the two flange edge portions (510);
wherein, a plurality of top plate bending grooves (4) which are spaced and protrude back to the box bottom plate (100) are formed on the inner concave top plate part (520).
9. The garbage can of the sanitation vehicle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the top plate reinforcement plate (3) comprises a curved inner concave portion (31) vertically protruding downward from the inner concave top plate portion (520) and a top plate lug portion (32) connected to the flange edge portion (510) from a transverse end arc of the curved inner concave portion (31), and the curved inner concave portion (31) and the top plate bending groove (4) are arranged in a grid shape and extend along a plate width direction (W) of the bottom plate (100) and a plate length direction (L) of the bottom plate (100), respectively.
10. A sanitation vehicle, characterized in that the sanitation vehicle comprises a dustbin of the sanitation vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
