the polishing device for processing the LED panel lamp frame comprises a base, a support frame, a first support assembly, a first connecting block, a first polishing disc, a second support assembly, a second connecting block, a second polishing disc, a workbench, a rotating assembly, a pushing assembly, a working plate and a clamping assembly, wherein the support frame is fixedly connected with the base and positioned on the outer side wall of the base, the first support assembly and the second support frame are respectively fixedly connected with the support frame and positioned on the outer side wall of the support frame, the first connecting block is fixedly connected with the first support assembly, the first polishing disc is arranged on the first connecting block, the second connecting block is fixedly connected with the second support assembly, the second polishing disc is arranged on the second connecting block, the rotating assembly is fixedly connected with the base and positioned above the base, the working plate is provided with a plurality of adjusting cavities, and each adjusting cavity is internally provided with the clamping assembly;
the clamping component comprises a track, a moving block, a clamping column, a first adjusting spring, a second adjusting spring, a semi-cylinder and a smooth sheet, the track is fixedly connected with the working plate, and is positioned in the adjusting cavity, the moving block is connected with the track in a sliding way, the clamping column is fixedly connected with the moving block, one end of the first adjusting spring and one end of the second adjusting spring are respectively fixedly connected with the working plate, the other ends of the first adjusting spring and the second adjusting spring are respectively fixedly connected with the clamping column, the first adjusting spring and the second adjusting spring are symmetrically arranged, the semi-cylinder is fixedly connected with the clamping column, and the number of the smooth sheets is two, and each smooth sheet is fixedly connected with the clamping column and is positioned on the outer side wall of the clamping column.
