The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a phototherapy sock, including a sock body 10; the inner surface of the sock body 10 is provided with:
3 first net bags 20 with openings on one side, wherein n is more than or equal to 1;
3 second net bags 30 with openings on one side are arranged at the upper part of the leg of a sock, and the number of the second net bags is consistent with that of the first net bags 20;
3 phototherapy plates 40 which can be arranged in the first net bag 20 or the second net bag 30; a light source 41 is arranged on the phototherapy sheet 40;
and a third string bag 50 arranged at the upper part of the leg of a stocking and used for installing a power supply 51 for supplying power to the phototherapy slice 40.
The "upper portion of the leg" in this embodiment refers to a position near the mouth of the leg. In other embodiments, the number of the first net bag 20, the second net bag 30 and the corresponding phototherapy plates 40 may be other values greater than or equal to 1.
In the embodiment, the first net bag 20 and the second net bag 30 are opened on one side, and preferably, the third net bag 50 is also opened on one side; the open side may be disposed at the edge of the string bag or at the middle of the string bag, and preferably, the open side is provided with an elastic band for conveniently putting in or taking out the phototherapy plate 40 or the power supply 51.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the first net bag 20 is an annular net bag with an open center, and the annular net bag with the open center enables the light emitting surface of the phototherapy slice 40 to be not blocked by the net bag when the phototherapy slice operates, so as to increase the light emitting amount.
In this embodiment, the positions of the first net bags 10 correspond to acupuncture points, for example, the acupuncture points corresponding to the 3 first net bags 20 in this embodiment are Yongquan acupuncture point, Gongsun acupuncture point and Shuiquan acupuncture point, and the Yongquan acupuncture point is an important acupuncture point on the sole of a foot, and has obvious effects of treating diseases such as headache, hypertension, insomnia, constipation and hysteria. The application is more in clinical medicine, and the treatment aiming at the acupuncture point is one of common treatment methods; the Gong Sun acupoint is located above the spleen meridian and connects with the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming to unblock the thoroughfare vessel, which is the key point of eight-vessel intercourse. The stimulation of the Gongsun acupoint has the functions of invigorating spleen and stomach, regulating heart and tranquilizing mind, and can be used for treating gastrointestinal diseases such as stomachache and dysentery, and nervous system diseases such as vexation and insomnia; one of the commonly used acupoints of the kidney meridian of foot shaoyin is the water fountain point. In other embodiments, the first string bag 10 may be disposed not corresponding to the acupuncture points, but in a large area corresponding to the skin of the foot, and the light source is used for conditioning the skin of the foot.
When the light source device is arranged in the first net bag 20, the light source device is used for providing treatment; when the second net bag is arranged in the second net bag, the second net bag is used for storing for standby; for example, when the patient is in a rest state during traveling, the light source device is arranged in the first net bag 20 for treatment, and when the patient is walking, the light source device is arranged in the second net bag 30; therefore, the technical scheme of the application brings convenience to the use of the footherapy socks.
In the present embodiment, the power source is a battery; as shown in fig. 3, the inner surface is also provided with a power supply network 60; the power supply network 60 is provided with a general power connection head 61 for being connected with the power supply 51, and corresponds each the tap power connection head 62 that the first string bag 10 set up, tap power connection head 62 is used for giving phototherapy piece 40 power supply in the first string bag 10. Wherein, the power supply circuit 60 is fixed on the inner surface of the sock body 10 by sewing, in other embodiments, the power supply circuit 60 can be independently arranged, and at this time, a fourth net bag can be arranged on the inner surface near the sock opening for installing the power supply circuit 60.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate the phototherapy sheet 40 to be taken out or installed in the first net bag and the second net bag, a zipper 11 or a row of sticky buttons is arranged on one side of the sock body 10; so that the sock body can be opened with one side open.
As shown in fig. 5, the phototherapy sheet 40 includes a substrate 42 and a light source 41 mounted on the substrate, and the light source may be, for example, an OLED light source, an LED bead, an optical fiber, a quantum dot light source, or a mini LED light source.
The color of the light source can be a red light source, and the red light can repair the skin and improve the skin aging condition; the light source can be blue light, and can be used for diminishing inflammation and inhibiting pox growth; the light source may also be yellow light, which is used to promote cell repair and lighten skin color. After being irradiated and absorbed by light, the skin cells can convert light energy into energy, can kill acnes and bacteria growing under the skin epidermis, and can accelerate wound healing. When the phototherapy plate corresponds to the acupuncture points, the light source is preferably a red light source.
In this embodiment, because phototherapy piece 40 and power 51's independent device is in the design that corresponds the string bag for this device can wash after taking out phototherapy piece 20 and power 51. When the power supply network 60 is provided independently, the power supply network 60 may also be taken out to avoid damage to the power supply network.
Example 2
In this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, a sealing structure is designed for a power connection terminal of a power supply network, and specifically includes: the main electric connector 61 and the branch electric connector 62 are provided with sealed plug-in structures; as shown in fig. 6, the sealing plug structure includes:
a hard insulating shell 64 wrapped on the end of the battery cell 63;
an insertion groove 65 formed at one end of the insulating case 64; the battery cell 63 is provided with an outer drain end at the bottom of the insertion groove 65;
the rubber ball 66 is fixed at the end 64 of the insulating shell and covers the inserting groove 65, and an inserting gap 67 communicated with the inserting groove 65 is formed in the center of the rubber ball 66;
the power supply 51 and the phototherapy plate 40 are provided with an electrical plug 68 for being inserted into the insertion groove 65 and contacting with the battery cell 63.
Preferably, the side wall of the sealing groove 65 is provided with a flexible sealing sheet 69 extending towards each other.
When power is connected, the plug-in connectors 68 are sequentially inserted into the plug-in grooves 65 from the plug-in slits 67 of the rubber balls 66, and then the flexible sealing sheets 69 are sequentially pushed open to contact with the exposed ends of the battery cores 63. Preferably, in order to improve the stability of power connection, a cluster of power connection wire meshes are placed in the insertion groove 65 and welded with the exposed end of the battery cell 63, and after the insertion joint 68 is inserted, the cluster of power connection wire meshes can be pressed to be in charging electrical contact with the battery cell.
Due to the design of the sealed inserting structure, the power supply network 60 has a waterproof function in an idle state, and when the power supply network 60 is sewn on the sock body 10, the problem that the power supply network 60 is easy to lose due to independent arrangement can be avoided; the design of the sealing structure of the embodiment can prevent the sock body from being contacted with the battery cell when being cleaned, so that the battery cell 63 is corroded, and a power supply network is protected.
Example 3
In this embodiment, based on embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 7, the phototherapy sheet 40 includes a substrate 42 and a light source 41 disposed on one side of the substrate 42; heating wires 43 are also distributed on the base material. The substrate is preferably a flexible substrate in order to accommodate the uneven skin surface of the foot.
On a single phototherapy piece 40, the heating circuit of heater strip and the supply circuit of light source 41 set up in parallel, and preferably, every parallel circuit is equipped with independent switch, and the user can only use heating function or phototherapy function through switch control, or opens phototherapy function and heat worker's function simultaneously.
The heating wires 43 are arranged to further increase the auxiliary function of the phototherapy sock, and warm keeping is provided for the foot in severe cold weather.
Example 4
In this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, the phototherapy sheet 40 includes a substrate 42 and a light source 41 disposed on one side of the substrate 42; the substrate 42 is provided with a massage structure.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the massage structure includes:
a massage column 71 disposed through the base material 42;
a massage ball 72 fixed to one end of the massage column 71 near the light source 42;
a massage ball pressure head 73 fixed at the other end of the massage column 71; the massage ball indenter 73 is also connected to the base material 42 via a spring 74.
The massage ball 72 can provide intermittent extrusion force to the skin by intermittently providing extrusion force to the massage ball head 73, thereby playing a massage role.
In this embodiment, the massage mechanism may be provided with forces in other force-bearing directions to realize the massage function, specifically:
a pair of opposite hard supporting sheets 75 are fixed on the edge of one side of the base material 42 away from the massage ball 72; the supporting sheet 75 is opened along the length direction thereof to form a slide 76; two ends of a plurality of moving rollers 77 can be clamped in the slideway 76 in a rolling way, and the moving rollers 77 are used for providing extrusion force for the massage ball pressure head 73 when sliding; the massage ball presser head 73 has a convex arc surface.
Wherein, assuming that the side of the substrate provided with the supporting sheet 75 is the second surface, the center of the slide 76 is at a distance of L1 from the second surface, the radius of the main body part of the moving roller is R1, and the diameter of the moving roller 77 passing through the slide part is R1ΦThe opening width of the slide 76 is L2, and the distance between the massage ball pressure head 73 and the second surface is L3 under the natural state of the spring; then R1 is less than L1,Φless than L2, L3 less than or equal to (1/3) L1.
The above parameters are set so that the moving roller 76 has an adjustment amount in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the base material 42 during the rolling movement, which allows the moving roller to continue moving a distance to press the massage ball presser head 73 while contacting the massage ball presser head 73.
Due to the arrangement of the moving roller in the present embodiment, when the phototherapy sheet 40 is positioned on the sole of the foot, the massage ball 72 can be moved up and down by providing a moving or rolling force to the moving roller in a direction substantially parallel to the second surface, for example, by moving the foot on the floor mat, thereby achieving massage.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 12 to 13, based on example 1, the phototherapy sheet includes a substrate 42 and a light source disposed on a first surface of the substrate; the first surface is provided with a protective structure 80; the guard mechanism 80 includes:
a pair of protective sheets 82 attached to the base material 42 via a first elastic member 81;
a guard post 84 attached to the substrate 42 by a second elastic member 83; the protective columns 83 are located between the protective sheets 82;
a matched clamping structure is arranged between the protective sheet 82 and the protective column 83; when the clamping structure is clamped, the second elastic piece 82 is extruded;
the clamping structure comprises a hard first bulge 86 arranged on the side wall of the protective column 83 and a flexible second bulge 87 arranged on the side wall of the protective sheet and corresponding to the first bulge; as shown in fig. 12, in the initial state, the first protrusion 86 is located between the second protrusion 87 and the first surface, the flexible second protrusion 87 is hemispherical, and the deformation force of the flexible second protrusion 87 is greater than that of the second elastic member, so that when the second elastic member is squeezed, the flexible second protrusion 87 cannot deform, and the first structure is clamped.
When the clamping structure is clamped, the distance from the end part of the protective sheet 82 to the first surface is H1, the distance from the end part of the protective column to the first surface is H2, and the distance from the top surface of the light source to the first surface is H4; when the second elastic piece is in a natural state, the distance between the end part of the protection column and the first surface is H3; h3 > H1 > H2 > H4.
In the above technical solution of this embodiment, because, when the clamping structure is clamped, the distance from the top surface of the light source to the first surface is H4, and H4 is less than H1. Due to the arrangement of the embodiment, when the phototherapy plate 40 is not subjected to external pressure, the end part of the protection plate 82 is firstly contacted with the foot, the clamping structure keeps a clamping state, when the phototherapy plate 40 is subjected to a large extrusion force, the protection plate 82 is extruded, the clamping structure is disengaged, the protection column 84 moves in a direction away from the first surface under the action of the restoring force of the second elastic piece, and the protection column extends out; the foot receives the restoring force from the second elastic member, and the force can remind the user of paying attention to the protective phototherapy piece.
When the squeezing force is removed, the user can manually push the guard post 83 to return it to the initial state, i.e., the state in which the latch structure is latched.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the scope of the invention as referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A phototherapy sock is characterized by comprising a sock body; the internal surface of socks body is equipped with:
n first net bags with openings on one side, wherein n is more than or equal to 1;
the n second net bags are provided with openings on one side, are arranged at the upper part of the sock leg and are consistent with the first net bags in number;
n phototherapy pieces which can be arranged in the first net bag or the second net bag;
and the third string bag is arranged on the upper part of the stocking leg and is used for installing a power supply for supplying power to the phototherapy piece.
2. A phototherapy sock according to claim 1, wherein the inner surface is further provided with a power supply network; the power supply network is equipped with and is used for the total power connection head of being connected with the power, and corresponds every the tapping electrical connector of first string bag setting, the tapping electrical connector be used for phototherapy piece power supply in the first string bag.
3. The phototherapy sock of claim 1, wherein the main electric connector and the branch electric connector are provided with sealed plug structures; the sealed grafting structure includes:
a hard insulating shell wrapped on the end part of the electric core;
the inserting groove is formed in one end of the insulating shell; the battery cell is provided with an outer drain end at the bottom of the insertion groove;
the rubber ball is fixed at the end part of the insulating shell and covers the inserting groove, and an inserting gap communicated with the inserting groove is formed in the center of the rubber ball;
and the power supply and the phototherapy chip are provided with plug-in connectors which are used for being inserted into the plug-in grooves and contacted with the battery core.
4. The phototherapy sock of claim 3, wherein the side walls of the sealing grooves face the flexible sealing sheet extending out.
5. A phototherapy sock according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the phototherapy sheet comprises a substrate and a light source arranged at one side of the substrate; heating wires are further distributed on the base material.
6. A phototherapy sock according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the first net is an open-centered annular net.
7. A phototherapy sock according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the phototherapy sheet comprises a substrate and a light source arranged at one side of the substrate; the base material is provided with a massage structure.
8. The phototherapy sock of claim 6, wherein the massage structure comprises:
a massage column disposed through the base material;
the massage ball is fixed at one end of the massage column close to the light source;
the massage ball pressure head is fixed at the other end of the massage column; the massage ball pressure head is also connected with the base material through a spring.
9. The phototherapy sock of claim 7, wherein a pair of opposing rigid support pieces are secured to a side edge of the base material away from the massage ball; the supporting sheet is provided with an opening along the length direction to form a slide way; two ends of a plurality of movable rollers can be clamped in the slideway in a rolling way, and the movable rollers are used for providing extrusion force for the massage ball pressure head when sliding; the massage ball pressure head is provided with a convex arc surface.
10. A phototherapy sock according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the phototherapy sheet comprises a substrate and a light source disposed on a first surface of the substrate; the first surface is provided with a protective structure; the guard mechanism includes:
a pair of protective sheets connected to the base material by a first elastic member;
a guard post attached to the substrate by a second elastic member; the protective columns are positioned between the protective sheets;
a matched clamping structure is arranged between the protection sheet and the protection column; the second elastic piece is extruded when the clamping structure is clamped;
after the clamping structure is disengaged, the protective column can be clamped with the positioning sheet through the second clamping structure;
when the clamping structure is clamped, the distance between the end part of the protection sheet and the first surface is H1, the distance between the end part of the protection column and the first surface is H2, and the distance between the top surface of the light source and the first surface is H4; when the second elastic piece is in a natural state, the distance between the end part of the protection column and the first surface is H3; h3 > H1 > H2 > H4.
