The first data acquisition element is connected with the first pressure sensor 41 and the second control mechanism through circuits; one end of the connecting piece 23 close to the air bag component 21 is provided with a fixing groove 232 matched with the close side plate 24 for use; thereby fixedly connecting the glove body 2 to the connector 23. The first data acquisition element is a PLC or a data acquisition card; the PLC or the data acquisition card converts the analog signal transmitted by the first pressure sensor 41 into a digital signal and transmits the digital signal to the second control mechanism, and then the digital signal is displayed by the display 43; thereby enabling the doctor to know the pressure value of the rectum of the patient in time.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a placement groove 31 is provided at the rear end of the tip 3, an annular air bag 32 is provided in the placement groove 31, and a protrusion 33 is provided on the surface of the annular air bag 32, so that the friction between the annular air bag 32 and the inner side of the rectum of the patient can be increased, and the rectum is attached to the surface of the annular air bag 32 and is not easy to fall off. A second inflation mechanism is provided inside the annular bag 32. The second expansion mechanism comprises a second electromagnet 55 embedded inside the placing grooves 31 and a magnet 53 arranged inside the annular air bag 32, the second electromagnet 55 and the magnet 53 are connected through an expansion spring 52, the second electromagnet 55 inside each placing groove 31 is connected in series, a second battery pack 56 is arranged inside the tail of the injection mechanism 1, and the second electromagnet 55 and the second battery pack 56 are connected through a circuit; in use, the second electromagnet 55 is energized and has the same polarity as the magnet 53, so that under the action of the repulsive force of the second electromagnet 55, the magnet 53 is away from the second electromagnet 55, and the expansion spring 52 is expanded, so that the annular airbag 32 is expanded; when the airbag is taken out, the second electromagnet 55 is electrified and has the opposite polarity to the magnet 53, so that the magnet 53 is close to the second electromagnet 55 under the attraction force of the second electromagnet 55, the expansion spring 52 is compressed at the moment, the annular airbag 32 is recovered, and the expansion degree and the contraction degree of the annular airbag 32 are controlled by controlling the magnetic direction and the magnetic force of the second electromagnet 55; a second battery assembly 56 provides electrical power to the second electromagnet 55. A second pressure sensor 42 is provided outside the annular bladder 32. The side plate at the rear end of the placement groove 31 is detachably connected to the placement groove 31, so that the annular air bag 32 can be removed, repaired or replaced. The whole replacement is avoided, and only the parts needing to be replaced are replaced, so that the cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a second control mechanism is arranged inside the tail of the injection mechanism 1, the second control mechanism includes a control unit arranged at the tail of the injection mechanism 1, a second battery assembly 56 and a second data acquisition element, and the second data acquisition element is connected with the second pressure sensor 42, the control unit and the second battery assembly 56 through circuits; the second data acquisition element is a PLC or a data acquisition card; the PLC or the data acquisition card converts the analog signal transmitted by the second pressure sensor 42 into a digital signal and transmits the digital signal to the second control mechanism, and then the digital signal is displayed by the display 43, so that a doctor can know the pressure value of the annular air bag 32 in time.
The using process of the invention is as follows: when the medical instrument is used, the sleeve body and the injection mechanism are fixedly connected through the connecting mechanism, the sleeve body enters a rectum, then the first expansion mechanism is started, the polarities of the first electromagnet and the magnet are the same, the air bag component is expanded under the action of the repulsive force of the first electromagnet, the rectum is supported, and when the first pressure sensor detects that the pressure reaches the standard, the first expansion mechanism maintains the state. Then, the connecting mechanism is opened to separate the injection mechanism from the sleeve body, so that the polarities of the first electromagnet and the magnet are the same, the injection mechanism is continuously pushed under the action of the repulsive force of the electromagnet, the end head continuously moves forwards to enter the other section of rectum, and then the second expansion mechanism is started to ensure that the polarities of the second electromagnet and the magnet are the same, so that the annular air bag is expanded under the action of the repulsive force of the second electromagnet to support the other section of rectum. The surface of the annular air bag is provided with a bulge, and the bulge increases the friction force between the annular air bag and the inner side of the rectum of the patient, so that the rectum is attached to the surface of the annular air bag. Then the push injection mechanism is drawn to move back, so that the ends of the two rectum parts are close. When the ends of the two rectum sections are contacted, the moving of the injection mechanism is stopped, the sleeve body and the injection mechanism are fixedly connected through the connecting mechanism again, and then the direct intestine can be sutured by medical staff.
