Description

Vegetable and dish washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning, in particular to a vegetable and dish washing machine.
Background
Most of dish-washing machines in the market at present use rocker arm type spray heads for pressurizing and spraying. The spray water flows in the spray arms are sprayed on a plurality of bowls and dishes above the spray arms at the same time, the flushing water column only can be sprayed to one position with a few side surfaces of the bowl bottom, and the direct water column cannot effectively reach the bottom in the bowl when the bowls and the dishes are overlapped. When placing bowls, people need to bend down or squat down and the function is single. The rocker arm type dish washer rack has many supporting points occupying many inner spaces, and many branches and cross points on the rack, many gaps between the racks and the gaps are easy to hide dirt. When bowls with different shapes are placed, the bowls are required to have designated positions. The horizontal spraying principle of the rocker arm type spray head determines that one to two spray arms are required for single-layer placement, and if the rocker arm type spray head is adopted by the automatic water tank dish washing machine, only one layer of bowls can be placed, and the number of the bowls is small. The spray headers are required to be additionally arranged in a double-layer or multi-layer manner to form a drawer type, so that the size of the drawer type occupies a larger space.

The fixing bolt 421 of the center rotary shower pipe 42 is provided in the bolt hole 231 of the rotary pipe sleeve.
Further, in one embodiment, the central shower 41 is configured as a cylinder. Because the central shower 41 is configured as a cylinder, the wash basket 5 is mounted vertically downward from above the wash tank 11. The central spraying pipe 41 is provided with first spraying openings 411, and the first spraying openings 411 are arranged on the side wall of the central spraying pipe 41 at intervals along the height direction. Alternatively, the first spraying ports 411 may be opened on the side wall of the center spraying pipe 41 in one direction, and may be opened on the side wall of the center spraying pipe 41 in different directions. It should be understood that, since the cleaning basket 5 is rotatable, the center shower 41 of the present embodiment does not have the ability to rotate, so that the center shower 41 can clean the cleaning member at different positions on the cleaning basket 5. Specifically, the outer side wall of the central shower pipe 41 is provided with a clamping protrusion 412, one end of the water inlet pipe 31 is provided with a clamping groove 311, and the clamping protrusion 412 can be clamped in the clamping groove 311, that is, the central shower pipe 41 is detachably connected with respect to the water inlet pipe 31. In addition, the outer side wall of the central shower pipe 41 is further provided with a sealing ring, when the water inlet pipe 31 is connected with the central shower pipe 41, the sealing ring can seal a gap between the water inlet pipe 31 and the central shower pipe 41, and water is prevented from leaking from the connecting position of the water inlet pipe 31 and the central shower pipe 41.

Referring to fig. 15, the water pump 73 is connected to the water storage and discharge unit 13 through a water pump inlet pipe 74, and pumps filtered water stored in the water storage and discharge unit 13 into and out of a water pump outlet pipe 75 under pressure and then flows through check valves 77 to the center shower pipe 41 and the side shower pipes 432. Furthermore, the pipeline of the tap water pipe 71 is provided with a check valve 77, and the pipeline of the water outlet pipe 75 of the water pump is also provided with a check valve 77, so that the tap water flowing through the tap water pipe 71 does not flow into the water pump 73, and similarly, the filtered water flowing from the filtered water pipe 72 into the water storage and drainage device 13 to the water pump 73 does not flow into the tap water pipe 71, thereby keeping the independent supply of the tap water and the filtered water, and avoiding mutual pollution and influence. Further, on the basis of the pipeline structure and the structure of the water storage and drainage device 13, a double-water-path circulating cleaning system which respectively sprays laterally and sprays centrally is formed, the double-water-path circulating cleaning system can respectively supply tap water and filtered water which are input by double water paths to the central spraying pipe 41 and the lateral spraying pipes 432, and the to-be-cleaned object is cleaned in different directions in the cleaning tank 11.
In another embodiment, the dish washing and washing machine further includes a volume expansion assembly (not shown), specifically, the volume expansion assembly includes a volume expansion cavity, a detachable volume expansion shower pipe, an elongated water pipe passing through the positioning column, and a volume expansion purse net connected to the washing basket. The expansion cavity is arranged at the upper part of the cleaning basket 5 and is exposed outside the cleaning tank 11. The washing volume of the vegetable washing and dish washing machine can be effectively increased by additionally arranging the expansion cavity on the upper part of the washing basket, and further, the circumferential direction of the expansion cavity is closed, so that the expansion cavity can effectively prevent water in the cavity from being sprayed out of the expansion cavity.
