Background
The dustproof clothes wardrobe is a cabinet for storing clothes, and has the functions of flame retardance, rat resistance, cockroach resistance, dust resistance, moth resistance, moisture resistance, cleanness, attractive appearance, convenience in storage and the like.
At present, a dustproof clothes wardrobe used by nurses generally only needs to open a wardrobe door and then put dustproof clothes to be stored into the wardrobe, so that the wardrobe cannot prevent mice, cockroaches and moths, the service life of the wardrobe can be greatly shortened, and the dustproof clothes in the wardrobe are not easy to store.
Therefore, a medical multifunctional nurse dustproof clothes placing wardrobe which can prevent mice, cockroaches and moths, has long service life and is beneficial to preserving dustproof clothes in the wardrobe needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the prior dustproof clothes wardrobe used by nurses cannot prevent mice, cockroaches and moths, the service life of the wardrobe can be greatly shortened, and the dustproof clothes in the wardrobe are not easy to store.
(2) Technical proposal
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a medical multifunctional nurse dustproof clothes placement wardrobe, which comprises: the wardrobe is connected with a supporting rod; a first support plate connected to the wardrobe; the second supporting plate is connected to the wardrobe; a door slidably coupled to the wardrobe; the first transmission mechanism is connected to the wardrobe; and the pushing mechanism is connected to the wardrobe.
Preferably, the first transmission mechanism includes: the first rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the wardrobe; the first screw rod is connected to the first rotating shaft; a rotating handle connected to the first screw rod; and the first sliding block is connected to the first screw rod in a threaded manner and is connected with the support rod in a sliding manner.
Preferably, the pushing mechanism includes: a first gear connected to the first rotation shaft; the second sliding block is connected to the wardrobe in a sliding manner; a second rotating shaft connected to the door; the action rod is rotationally connected between the second rotating shaft and the second sliding block; and the first rack is connected to the second sliding block and meshed with the first gear.
Preferably, a clamping mechanism is further included, the clamping mechanism including: the second screw rod is rotationally connected to the first supporting plate; the compression bar is connected to the second screw rod in a threaded manner; and the pressure plate is connected to the pressure rod.
Preferably, a second transmission mechanism is further included, the second transmission mechanism includes: the first supporting block is connected to the first sliding block; the second rack is connected to the first support block; and the second gear is connected to the second screw rod and meshed with the second rack.
Preferably, a spraying mechanism is further included, the spraying mechanism comprising: a third support plate connected between the second support plate and the wardrobe; a spray can placed on the third support plate; a second support block slidably coupled to the third support plate; and a spring connected between the second support block and the third support plate.
Preferably, a moving mechanism is further included, and the moving mechanism includes: the third supporting block is connected to the wardrobe; a wheel rotatably coupled to the third support block; and the sucker is connected to the wardrobe.
Preferably, a plurality of sliding grooves are arranged in the wardrobe.

The first transmission mechanism 6 comprises a first rotating shaft 61, a rotating handle 62, a first screw rod 63 and a first sliding block 64, wherein the first rotating shaft 61 is rotatably connected to the left side and the right side of the inside of the wardrobe 1, the other ends of the first rotating shafts 61 on the two sides are all connected with the first screw rod 63, the other ends of the first screw rods 63 on the two sides are all connected with the rotating handle 62, the middle parts of the first screw rods 63 on the two sides are all in threaded connection with the first sliding block 64, and the first sliding blocks 64 on the two sides are in sliding connection with the supporting rod 2.
The pushing mechanism 7 comprises a first gear 71, a second slide block 72, a second rotating shaft 73, an action rod 74 and a first rack 75, wherein the middle part of the first rotating shaft 61 on the right side is connected with the first gear 71, the right side of the inside of the wardrobe 1 is connected with the second slide block 72 in a sliding manner, the rear side of the lower part of the door 5 on the rear side is connected with the second rotating shaft 73, the action rod 74 is rotatably connected between the second rotating shaft 73 and the second slide block 72, the upper part of the left side of the second slide block 72 is connected with the first rack 75, and the first rack 75 is meshed with the first gear 71.
When a nurse needs to use the dustproof clothes wardrobe 1, firstly, the nurse manually grasps the rear door 5 to move rightwards, the door 5 moves rightwards to drive the second rotating shaft 73 to move rightwards, the second rotating shaft 73 moves rightwards to drive the left end of the acting rod 74 to move rightwards, the left end of the acting rod 74 moves rightwards to drive the second sliding block 72 to move upwards, the second sliding block 72 moves upwards to drive the first rack 75 to move upwards, the first rack 75 moves upwards to be meshed with the first gear 71, the first gear 71 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 61 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 61 rotates to drive the first screw 63 to rotate, the first screw 63 rotates to drive the first sliding block 64 to move leftwards and rightwards, the rear door 5 moves rightwards to open the wardrobe 1, then the dustproof clothes to be stored are manually placed in the wardrobe 1, then the rear door 5 is manually grasped to move left for resetting, the rear door 5 moves left for resetting to drive the second rotating shaft 73 to move left for resetting, the second rotating shaft 73 moves left for resetting to drive the left end of the acting rod 74 to move left for resetting, the left end of the acting rod 74 moves left for resetting to drive the second sliding block 72 to move downwards for resetting, the second sliding block 72 moves downwards for resetting to drive the first rack 75 to move downwards for resetting, the first rack 75 moves downwards for resetting to drive the first gear 71 to rotate, and the first gear 71 rotates to drive the first sliding block 64 to move left and right for resetting.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the device further comprises a clamping mechanism 8, wherein the clamping mechanism 8 comprises a second screw rod 81, a pressing rod 82 and a pressing plate 83, the middle of the upper part of the first supporting plate 3 on two sides is rotationally connected with the second screw rod 81, the middle of the middle part of the second screw rod 81 on two sides is in threaded connection with the pressing rod 82, and the lower parts of the other ends of the pressing rods 82 on two sides are respectively connected with the pressing plate 83.
When the nurse needs to press from both sides tight the dustproof clothes of placing in wardrobe 1, artifical manual rotation second lead screw 81, and the rotation of second lead screw 81 drives depression bar 82 and reciprocates, and depression bar 82 downwardly moving drives pressure disk 83 downwardly moving, thereby pressure disk 83 downwardly moving reaches the effect of pressing from both sides tight dustproof clothes in wardrobe 1, and pressure disk 83 upwardly moving can take out the dustproof clothes of pressing from both sides tight in the wardrobe 1.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the device further comprises a second transmission mechanism 9, the second transmission mechanism 9 comprises a first supporting block 91, a second rack 92 and a second gear 93, the upper parts of the rear sides of the first sliding blocks 64 on two sides are respectively connected with the first supporting block 91, the tops of the first supporting blocks 91 on two sides are respectively connected with the second rack 92, the bottoms of the second screw rods 81 on two sides are respectively connected with the second gear 93, and the second gear 93 is meshed with the second rack 92.
When a nurse needs to rotate the second screw rod 81, the first sliding block 64 which moves left and right drives the first supporting block 91 to move left and right, the first supporting block 91 moves left and right to drive the second rack 92 to move left and right, the second rack 92 moves left and right to be meshed with the second gear 93, the second gear 93 rotates to drive the second screw rod 81 to rotate, the second screw rod 81 rotates to drive the pressure rod 82 to move up and down, the pressure rod 82 moves up and down to drive the pressure plate 83 to move up and down, and the pressure plate 83 moves up and down to achieve the effect of automatically clamping the dustproof clothes in the wardrobe 1.
Example 4
On the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 2, 7, 8 and 9, the spraying mechanism 10 is further included, the spraying mechanism 10 includes a third supporting plate 101, a spraying pot 102, a second supporting block 103 and springs 104, a plurality of third supporting plates 101 are connected between the second supporting plates 4 on two sides and the wardrobe 1, the spraying pot 102 is placed in the middle of the third supporting plates 101 on two sides, the second supporting blocks 103 are connected in the middle of the lower parts of the third supporting plates 101 on two sides in a sliding manner, and the springs 104 are connected between the bottoms of the second supporting blocks 103 on two sides and the third supporting plates 101 on two sides.
When the wardrobe 1 needs to prevent mice, cockroaches or moths, the liquid medicine for preventing the mice, the cockroaches or the moths is manually poured into the spraying tank 102, the second supporting block 103 is ejected out through the reset force of the compressed spring 104 so as to clamp the spraying tank 102, when people move the door 5, the door 5 extrudes the spraying tank 102 to switch, the liquid medicine in the spraying tank 102 is ejected from the spraying tank 102, and the liquid medicine is ejected from the spraying tank 102 so as to achieve the effect of preventing the mice, the cockroaches or the moths.
The wardrobe comprises a wardrobe body and is characterized by further comprising a moving mechanism 11, wherein the moving mechanism 11 comprises a third supporting block 1101, wheels 1102 and sucking discs 1103, the left side and the right side of the bottom of the wardrobe body 1 are respectively connected with the third supporting block 1101, the middle of the lower parts of the third supporting blocks 1101 on the two sides are respectively and rotatably connected with the wheels 1102, and the left side and the right side of the rear part of the wardrobe body are respectively connected with the sucking discs 1103.
When the nurse needs to move the wardrobe 1, the nurse manually grabs the wardrobe 1 to push and pull, the wardrobe 1 moves and drives the third supporting block 1101 to move, the third supporting block 1101 moves and drives the wheels 1102 to rotate, the wheels 1102 rotate to move the wardrobe 1 more conveniently and easily, after the position is moved, the sucker 1103 is leaned against the wall surface, the sucker 1103 can suck the wall surface to fix the wardrobe 1, and the wardrobe 1 is prevented from moving continuously.
