Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a unique device for massaging a body part, and in particular a healing device for increasing blood flow and for expelling toxins and acidity from the body. More specifically, it discloses a massage and healing device uniquely and specifically designed for different contours and tissues of the face and neck, and a method of manufacture.
Background
Ayurveda (Ayurveda) is an ancient healing system in india that suggests that the body is covered with sensitive energy points (marma points), one quarter of which is on the face. Sensitive energy points, commonly referred to as important points, hidden points or secret points, are distributed throughout the body and are energetically connected to the wheel wells. You can see them as small eyes "looking around the circumference" and informing the body what is needed to keep healthy and comfortable. Certain types of touches are sufficient to turn on these sensitive energy points, for which an ayurvedic facial massage is recommended. Ayurvedic facial massage is beneficial to the skin and body because it relieves stress and strain, thereby reducing the appearance of fine lines; increasing the circulation; more blood in the skin means more nutrients are delivered, so the skin cells that retain their tone and viability are healthier; increase the lymph flow and make the skin glowing; increasing vitality and making the skin look fresh and alive; help you get good sleep, thus restoring the body and enhancing the immune response; calming nerves and reducing fatigue; and so on.
The metal Kansa (Kansa) is known as the healing metal in ayurvedic indica in india and is a blend of bronzes. This metal is used for massage to quickly relieve and revive, harness your inherent energy of vitality and guide healing. There are many kansa metal tools on the market in the form of coins, magic wands etc. for massaging purposes, but there are no means specifically for facial massage to perfectly fit the different contours of the face and neck.
The anatomy of facial muscles is different and delicate compared to muscles of any other body part, so it requires a uniquely designed tool that should fit smoothly and correctly over contours. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing such uniquely designed tools specifically for the facial and neck muscles.
Unlike previous market tools such as a jade roller or scraping and wooden kansa combination or stone, steel, the device is precisely custom designed to fit all contours of the face. The manufacturing method includes a process of tailing, grinding and grinding the curved portion to ensure it slides smoothly over the ravines of the face.
The device of the present invention achieves maximum functionality by having a unique shape that allows full contact with the skin. It also, by virtue of its unique weight and thickness, is capable of exerting the required pressure on the deepest layers of skin and muscle tissue by easy manipulation. The device is particularly useful for massaging the face and contouring each curve of the face by having a distinct curve of different size on each side. The unique weight composition provides comfort against skin sagging due to gravity and time.
Object of the Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a massage tool which is simple and easy to use and which has a powerful function. Another object of the present invention is to provide a massage tool which is easily and firmly held in the hand. It is another object of the present invention to provide a massage tool configured to have a curved profile and to be retained in different positions for treating different portions of the face using multiple therapies. It is a further object of the invention to provide a product that is light in weight, low in maintenance costs, does not use any external energy and can be used by a person himself. It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a massaging device having a cleansing and non-toxic metallic composition that improves skin health.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a breakthrough in the history of massage through a scientifically shaped mechanical facial massage device. The composition of the device has the unique property of removing toxins, acidity, inflammation, pain and dandruff from the skin and body. The device, when applied to the skin with its particular shape to use different curves and portions of the tool as high as the jaw, cheek, eye contour area and forehead, helps cool the body, remove acidity, oxidative stress and increase blood flow to the skin. The device has a smooth surface of manual design and can be used to remove dead skin and unwanted toxins on the soft skin of the face and neck area without damaging the skin in any way and fitting at a scientific angle at different types of curves to self-adjust on the cheekbones perfectly under the orbital fossa automatically.
The facial massage device is strategically designed for the upper lip levator (human muscle for facial expressions) cheek, lower lip delocalization (lower lip delocalization is a four-sided facial muscle located in the jaw area that pulls the lower lip down to the side), jaw, mouth and sternocleidomastoid muscles (head rotated to the opposite side and neck flexed), large and long neck muscles on both sides. These muscles can be exercised to counter the effects of gravity and time and to keep the energy pathways open by eliminating any blood retention, edema or blockage.
The face massage device designed to be combined with the metal alloy can reduce edema, clean the congested skin, cause edema and water retention and lymph drainage due to the special design. The massage due to this special design and special metal alloy can massage the skin by movement and skill, charging the skin with energy, glow, and give the skin vibrancy, elasticity, and luster. The length and width of the device are designed to provide easy grip and sufficient surface area to hold and massage.
The device is composed of a composition of about 75% copper and 25% tin. As a pure composition, it apparently causes graying around the massaged area, indicating the release of acidity from the skin, which reacts with the pure metal, leaving a gray black residue.
The manufacturing process includes grinding, sand casting and carving to obtain a precise shape to conveniently massage the ravines of the eyes, the neck, cheeks, chin contours, nose and area around the mouth without any sharp edges. The device is then buffed/polished in a smooth rough or uneven surface so that it is flat and gentle on the skin and underlying muscles.
Drawings
A general understanding of the present invention, as well as the foregoing and other objects, will be apparent from consideration of the following detailed description read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 depicts a disclosed massage device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Various other objects, advantages and novel features which characterize the invention are pointed out with particularity in the paragraphs and claims that follow and form a part of this disclosure. For a better understanding of the invention, its operating advantages and the specific objects attained by its uses, reference is made to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter in which preferred embodiments of the invention are illustrated. It should be noted that such discussion and description are not meant to unduly limit the scope of the present invention.
One embodiment of the present invention provides an elaborate smooth metal device (100) having dimensions of 7.4cm in length; the width is 5 cm; and is 0.5cm thick. All four edges of the device have a unique scientific shape with one longer edge having a larger concave curve (104) to fit the cheekbones of the face and the shorter edge having a smaller concave curve (103) to fit the smaller curvature of the face, as shown in fig. 1. The second longer side is straight (101) and the second shorter side has a convex curve (102).
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a massage tool comprising a compact, smooth and scientifically designed curve having smooth top and bottom surfaces and opposite ends, the top and bottom surfaces tapering to a narrow edge therebetween, wherein the narrow edge has a curved profile comprising three curved edges, at least one convex edge and two concave edges, wherein one edge is straight.
In other words, a hand-held massage device having a top surface and a bottom surface comprises: a first side having at least partially a convex profile between a first end and a second end; a second side at least partially having a concave profile between the second end and a third end; a third side having a concave profile at least partially between the third and fourth ends; and a fourth side having at least partially a straight profile between the fourth end and the first end.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the massage tool is configured to have a series of concave and convex shapes that are generally designed to conform to all curvatures of the face in order to provide a revitalizing massage to each tissue of the face. In particular, the massage device comprises an elongated, rigid, substantially planar member having top and bottom surfaces and opposing ends, the top and bottom surfaces tapering to a narrow edge therebetween, wherein the narrow edge has a curved profile comprising at least one convex edge and at least two concave edges, and wherein one edge is straight. The device perfectly contacts the skin of one part of the face at a time with the projection or curve of the massage tool. It facilitates the application of a localized force or pressure on the skin of at least one facial portion using the curve of the massage tool, wherein the level of applied localized force or pressure is sufficient to provide relaxation, stimulation and relief from pain, stress or pressure.
The larger curve of the massage device fits perfectly on the cheekbones under the eyes, which can then be used to massage the cheeks smoothly, effectively with a little pressure of the hands, so that the tension of the facial muscles is released, and the skin starts to become a little black and a little grey due to the release of toxins, acidity and a little heat. Similarly, the smaller curve of the facial massage tool fits perfectly in the jaw of the face. The smaller and larger curves fit perfectly on each curvature of the face, thus giving the person using the device himself a relaxing experience.
Another aspect of the invention relates to the specific composition of the massage device. In the process of manufacturing the massage device, each specific metal component of the device is used at its maximum purity. One of the distinguishing factors in the composition of the device according to the invention is that it does not comprise zinc, nickel and lead. However, commercially available massage devices contain zinc, nickel, lead, which are harmful and toxic to the skin. According to one embodiment, the tested and certified massage tool is composed of the following metals.
Metal | Percentage of composition |
Copper (Cu) | 77.62 |
Cadmium (Cd) | 0.019 |
Tin (Sn) | 21.92 |
Nickel (II) | 0.332 |
Silver (Ag) | 0.114 |
In yet another aspect of the invention, a new method of manufacturing a massage device is disclosed. The method of manufacturing a device according to the invention comprises the following steps:
a. placing a first rigid frame on the gluing surface;
b. placing at least one pattern of a handheld massage device on a first side of a first rigid frame;
c. casting sand on a first side of a first hard frame;
d. placing a second hard frame on a second side of the first hard frame and filling with sand;
e. at least partially opening the first and second hard frames to remove the at least one reference model of the handheld massage device, leaving at least one empty mold;
f. casting the high grade alloy into an empty mold by adding 75% copper, 25% tin to a furnace at 1100 ℃ for 25 minutes; and
g. separating the first and second hard frames to remove the at least one newly cast hand-held massage device and further submersing in cold water.
More specifically, a prototype or reference model of the device is created with the preferred dimensions of 7.4cm long by 5cm wide by 0.5cm deep. This replica of the reference model or device to be cast is called a "pattern". Master-level tradesmen manually cut, shape, and polish the smooth edges of the pattern in order to use it for production. Subsequently, a hard frame is placed on the glued surface to start the casting process. The pattern is then effectively placed in the box frame to achieve the maximum number of devices in one cycle.
Thereafter, the sand combined in the raw sugar water was manually collected and poured in large quantities onto the box-shaped frame, which was flattened by continuous hammering. The box frame is turned over, installed from another identical frame, filled with sand and leveled. The frame is then opened, the pattern is conveniently removed, and closed again, leaving an empty pattern. The craftsman then formed a high grade pure alloy by adding copper, tin and other ingredients to a furnace at 1100 ℃ for 25 minutes with the desired composition. Preferably, 98-105g of the alloy is filled into the mold while still hot to achieve the desired depth, width and quality. This is to ensure that the device can be conveniently carried and used around the face to achieve balance and symmetry. The frame is then detached, the device is taken out of the middle branch and finally immersed in ice cold water.
In addition to the above aspects, the manually designed first-come, first-river massage device as disclosed in the present invention is unique due to its synergistic factors of shape, composition, function.
Although the concepts of the present invention have been described in considerable detail with reference to certain preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings, other embodiments and equivalents are readily possible. Although numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the function and process, the disclosure is illustrative only, and changes may be made in detail, especially in matters of process steps within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the disclosure is expressed. Accordingly, various modifications may be made to the presently disclosed apparatus and methods without departing from the intended scope and spirit of the present invention. More particularly, the systems and methods as depicted in the present disclosure are simplified and generalized and there are many possible variations. Accordingly, such modifications to the presently disclosed systems and methods are, in one embodiment, included within the scope of the present invention.
