Background
Because the flight environment of an airplane is complex, the airplane usually needs to carry out airplane environment tests in the design stage to verify that the airplane can adapt to various complex environments. When a climate environment test is carried out in a laboratory, such as high temperature (highest temperature +74 ℃), low temperature (lowest temperature-55 ℃), damp heat, rain, freezing rain and the like, test equipment on a test site needs to be capable of reliably working for a long time under various severe environments. Various extreme environments, particularly temperature and humidity, can affect the working performance of electronic components in the test equipment, cause measurement result distortion, and even damage the test equipment.
In the industrial field, the normal working environment temperature of electronic devices of general test equipment is-40 ℃ to +50 ℃, the environmental humidity is required to be less than 50% RH, and in order to ensure the reliability of the test equipment in extreme environments, a test equipment protection device is needed to solve the problem of environmental tolerance of the test equipment and ensure that the test equipment can normally work for a long time in extreme high/low temperature and damp and hot environments.

In order to solve the problem of environmental tolerance of the test equipment 30 in an extreme environment and ensure that the test equipment 30 can be in a test environment in which the air temperature is maintained at 20 ℃ and the humidity is maintained at 30 RH% in the extreme high-low temperature and damp-heat environment, the application provides the test equipment protection device in the extreme environment.
The protective device of the test equipment mainly comprises the following components:
the external shape is a box body of a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and in this embodiment, the size of the box body is 2700 × 2196 × 1700 (mm). The box body is provided with a containing space, and two test devices 30 can be arranged. The inner wall and the outer wall of the box body are both made of steel plates 11, and the thickness of the steel plates on the outer wall is larger than that of the steel plates on the inner wall. For example, in this embodiment, an SUS316 stainless steel plate having a thickness of 2mm is used for the outer wall, and an SUS304 stainless steel plate having a thickness of 1mm is used for the inner wall. And a heat insulation filling material 12 is arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall of the box body, and the heat insulation filling material 12 can reduce the heat transfer between the internal environment of the box body and the external environment. In this example, the heat insulating filler was filled with a rigid polyurethane foam heat insulating material having a thickness of 100 mm.
The left or right side wall of the box is provided with two lead holes 14 for the entry and exit of cables of the test equipment 30, and in the illustrated embodiment, the two lead holes 14 are located on the same side of the box. Heating equipment, refrigerating equipment (the refrigerating equipment comprises an evaporator 23, a compressor 22, a coil 211 and an axial flow fan 21) and dehumidifying equipment are arranged in the box body, the heating equipment 26 adopts an electric heating pipe 26 for heating, the maximum power is 10kW, the refrigerating equipment adopts a single-stage refrigerating compressor as a refrigerating mode, the cooling mode is air cooling, and the dehumidifying equipment adopts a dehumidifier 24.
The interior of the box body adopts an air internal circulation mode, the electric heating pipe 26, the evaporator 23 and the dehumidifier 24 are arranged in the ventilation pipeline 31 from top to bottom, and are rotated by the centrifugal stirring fan 25 arranged in the ventilation pipeline 31, so that hot air generated by the electric heating pipe 26 or cold air generated by refrigeration equipment is mixed and stirred, and is discharged into the box body through an air outlet at the upper part of the ventilation pipeline 31.
In order to ensure that the temperature and humidity of the whole inner part are uniformly distributed, an adjustable air guide device 18 is additionally arranged at the air outlet, and the air outlet direction and the force or the ventilation quantity can be adjusted.
In order to realize accurate control of the temperature and humidity of air inside the box body, a temperature and humidity sensor 17 is arranged at the position, close to the air outlet, of the top of the box body, an electronic controller 27 automatically adjusts the refrigeration equipment, the heating equipment and the dehumidification equipment through signal feedback of the temperature and humidity sensor 17, and adjusted air is stirred by a stirring fan 25 and then passes through an electric heating pipe 26 and an evaporator 23 from a lower air return opening to return to the air outlet again to continuously circulate and regulate, so that the set temperature and humidity of a test area are kept.
The bottom of a ventilating duct 31 in the box body is provided with a condensed water collecting hole 28, the bottom of the condensed water collecting hole 28 is provided with a drain pipe 29, and condensed water in the box body can be discharged to the outside of the box body through the drain pipe 29.
The bottom of the box body is provided with a universal wheel 16 with a self-locking function, and the universal wheel is used for moving the protection device.
Before carrying out a test of the aircraft climate environment in the laboratory in an extreme environment, the protective device is first moved into the laboratory and the test device 30 is energized. And after the power is normally switched on, opening a hinged door 19 on the protection device, moving the test equipment into the box body, starting the protection device after the temperature and humidity target value of the protection device is set, and then closing the hinged door 19.
In the test process, under the influence of self heating of the test equipment 30 and slow heat transfer of the external environment, when the temperature in the box body is higher than a set target value, the electronic controller 27 automatically turns on the refrigeration equipment and the stirring fan 25, automatically adjusts the air temperature in the box body, and after the air temperature reaches the target temperature, the electronic controller 27 automatically turns off the refrigeration equipment and the stirring fan 25; when the temperature in the box body is lower than a set target value, the electronic controller 27 automatically turns on the electric heating pipe 26 and the stirring fan 25, automatically adjusts the air temperature in the box body, and after the air temperature reaches the target temperature, the electronic controller 27 automatically turns off the electric heating pipe 26 and the stirring fan 25; when the humidity in the box body is lower than a set target value, the dehumidifier 24 does not work; when the humidity in the box body is higher than the set target value, the electronic controller 27 automatically starts the dehumidifier 24 to dehumidify the air in the box body, and when the humidity in the box body reaches the target set value, the dehumidifier 24 stops working. During the test, the condensate water produced in the tank is discharged out of the protection device through the condensate water collecting hole 28 and the drain pipe 29.
