As shown in fig. 6, the baffle module 5 is used for installing the down-pressure cylinder module 1 and the carrier module 4, a third gasket 52 for sealing is arranged above the baffle 51 and at the position where the outer soundproof box module 2 is matched, and a fourth gasket 53 for sealing and soundproof foam 54 for absorbing noise are arranged below the baffle 51 and at the position where the second soundproof box is matched.
The pressure regulating process of the pressure regulating device of the invention is as follows: firstly, the pressure of a spring 40 needs to be calibrated, an aluminum plate in front of an outer sound-proof shield is removed, partial foam is taken out, a product to be tested is placed on a support plate 44 in a manual mode, and the product to be tested is accurately positioned by a profiling groove; pressing a start button, rotating the T-shaped adjusting nut 37 to adjust the pressure after the cylinder 6 is stably pressed down, rotating the locking nut 36 to lock and fix when the required pressure is adjusted, then installing foam and a front aluminum plate, and completing pressure calibration.

the screw nut adjusting device comprises a screw nut transmission structure, a pressure sensor (38), a pressure sensor fixing block (30), a spring (40) and a spring fixing block (28); the screw rod nut transmission structure comprises a T-shaped screw rod (35), a locking nut (36) and a T-shaped adjusting nut (37); the T-shaped head of the T-shaped screw rod (35) is fixedly connected with the upper mounting plate (25), and the locking nut (36) and the T-shaped adjusting nut (37) are sequentially screwed on the screw rod below the T-shaped screw rod (35); the upper end of the pressure sensor (38) is tightly attached to the bottom of the T-shaped adjusting nut (37) through the pre-pressure of the spring (40), the spring (40) is arranged below the pressure sensor (38), the lower end of the spring (40) is fixedly arranged on the spring fixing block (28), and the lower end of the spring fixing block (28) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the linear guide device.
