In the above embodiment of the present disclosure, the information in the two-dimensional code may be injected into the URL link first by a way of injecting Uniform Resource Locator (URL) information, and then the URL link is injected into the two-dimensional code, which requires the network device to configure a URL link processing interface, after the terminal device scans the URL link obtained from the two-dimensional code of the network device, the link is transmitted to a corresponding URL link processing interface of the network device through a network, and the network device converts the URL link parameter into command line information that the network device can process. The network equipment accesses the server based on the command line information carrying the network configuration information of the server, the network equipment establishes communication with the server, and the server completes registration of the network equipment to realize management of the network equipment.
