As described in the background art, the conventional lock is used for locking two sides of the cable trench cover plate to prevent theft, but the anti-theft effect is not very good, and the practicability is low. In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an antitheft cable duct cover plate.
As shown in fig. 1-6, an anti-theft cable trench cover plate is described in an embodiment of the present invention, including: a cover body 10 provided with a first through hole 11 penetrating the cover body; the locking piece 30 is rotatably connected with the cover plate body 10 at the first through hole 11, the cable trench cover plate is locked or opened through the rotation of the locking piece 30, a first groove 31 is arranged on one side, close to the cover plate body 10, of the locking piece 30, the first groove 31 comprises a middle groove 31a and a side groove 31b, and the cross section of the middle groove 31a is larger than or equal to that of the first through hole 11; the rotating assembly 50 is configured to rotate the locking member 30 through the first through hole 11 through the side groove 31b to open the cable trench cover.
According to the anti-theft cable duct cover plate disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the cable duct cover plate is locked or opened through the rotation of the locking piece, and the cross section of the middle groove is larger than or equal to that of the first through hole, so that a thief cannot rotate the locking piece from the outside through a common tool, the cable duct cover plate cannot be opened, the anti-theft problem of the cable duct cover plate is solved, the cover plate can be prevented from being opened by other people, the anti-theft effect is good, and property loss is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, the first through hole 11 is a circular hole, the cross section of the middle groove 31a is circular, the side groove 31b is in a strip shape, the middle groove 31a is communicated with the side groove 31b, and the diameter of the first through hole 11 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the middle groove 31 a. It will be appreciated that the first through hole and/or the intermediate groove may be rectangular or trapezoidal in cross-section, among other shapes, provided that the cross-section of the intermediate groove is ensured to be greater than or equal to the cross-section of the first through hole. Compared with other shapes, the round structure is simpler and is convenient to process. Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first groove is of a blind groove structure so as to prevent external rainwater from entering the cable pit, and meanwhile, a cover plate is arranged at the top of the first through hole so as to prevent rainwater sundries from falling into the first groove.
The embodiment further comprises a frame 20, the frame 20 is provided with a cavity, the cover plate body 10 is located in the cavity, and the locking piece 30 locks the cable trench cover plate when rotating to the lower side of the frame 20. Specifically as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the frame is a metal piece, the locking piece can rotate around the first through hole, and when the locking piece rotates to the lower side of the frame, the cover plate body cannot be lifted, so that the problem that the cable trench cover plate is opened by a thief is avoided.
The rotary assembly 50 includes a rotary body 51, the rotary body 51 having an open groove 51b, and a lever 52 rotating around the rotary body 51 is provided at the open groove 51 b. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lower end of the rotating body is provided with an open slot, the open slot has a certain width, and the deflector rod and the rotating body are hinged in the open slot, so that the deflector rod can rotate around a hinge point. When the cable trench cover plate is opened, the deflector rod is close to the rotary body to rotate, the lower end of the rotary assembly passes through the first through hole, after the deflector rod enters the first groove, the deflector rod rotates away from the rotary body to fall into the side groove, and the rotary assembly is rotated to drive the locking piece to rotate so as to open the cable trench cover plate.
The distance from one end of the deflector rod to the hinging point is smaller than the distance from the hinging point to the inner end face of the opening groove so as to limit the rotation angle of the deflector rod, when the deflector rod rotates to the maximum angle, the outer surrounding surface of the rotating body and the deflector rod is larger than the section of the first through hole, and the rotating assembly is lifted up after the locking piece is rotated, so that the cover plate body is lifted up, and the cable trench cover plate is opened.
An elastic piece is arranged between the deflector rod and the open slot, and the elastic piece is in a compressed state, so that the deflector rod is in an initial state far away from the rotating main body.
Specifically, the first through holes may be one or more, and in this embodiment, 1 first through hole is respectively disposed at two ends of the cover plate body, so as to facilitate lifting of the cable trench cover plate.
The rotary assembly 50 further includes a pull wire 54 connected to the lever 52, the pull wire 54 being passed out from the inside of the rotary body 51. When the cable trench cover plate is opened, the deflector rod is in an opened state under the action of the elastic piece, and although the cable trench cover plate is opened by clamping the cover plate body, the cable trench cover plate can not be taken out through the first through hole. It will of course be appreciated that the first recess has a depth such that the lever is rotatable about the rotatable body within the first recess.
The rotary body 51 is further provided with a rotating lever 51a, and the rotating lever 51a is provided at an end opposite to the shift lever 52. As shown in fig. 4, the swivel assembly is conveniently rotated by the provision of the swivel lever and the cable trench cover plate is conveniently lifted.
The end of the first through hole 11 remote from the lock member 30 is provided with a guide portion 12. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, when the rotating assembly enters the first through hole, the elastic force of the elastic member is overcome by the arrangement of the guide part, so that the deflector rod rotates close to the rotating body, and smoothly enters the first groove through the first through hole.
A turntable 13 is arranged on one side of the cover plate body 10, which is close to the lock piece 30, the axis of the turntable 13 coincides with the axis of the first through hole 11, and the lock piece 30 is provided with an annular groove 32a matched with the turntable 13. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the section of the turntable is L-shaped, the locking member includes a first locking member 32 and a second locking member 33, the second locking member 33 is configured separately, the second locking member is first installed in a gap between the turntable and the ground of the cover plate body, then the first locking member is installed, and then the first locking member and the second locking member are connected through a connecting member. It will of course be appreciated that the engagement of the turntable with the rotating groove is only one way of effecting rotation of the locking element about the first pass, as long as means are available to effect this function.
A second elastic member (not shown) is disposed between the locking member 30 and the cover body 10, and a stopper 40 for limiting the locking member 30 is disposed on the lower side of the frame 20.
The embodiment also provides a cable duct structure, which comprises the antitheft cable duct cover plate.
The using method of the antitheft cable duct cover plate comprises the following steps:
when the lock is installed, the lock is manually rotated into the cover plate body, and the cover plate body is installed in the cavity of the frame;
when the cable trench cover is opened, the deflector rod of the rotating assembly rotates towards the opening groove under the action of the guide part, so that the rotating assembly penetrates through the first through hole, the deflector rod rotates to be opened to fall into the side groove after entering the first groove, the rotating assembly drives the lock piece to rotate, and the rotating assembly is lifted up to open the cable trench cover. Pulling the pull wire rotates the lever adjacent to the rotating body to retract the lever to remove the rotating assembly.
