When the conductive terminal is assembled, referring to fig. 3, 9 and 10, the insertion column 221 of the POGO PIN 22 penetrates through the first clearance through hole 11 of the PCB 1, and then is clamped with the female terminal 32 installed on the socket component 3, and meanwhile, the magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic attraction piece 23 and the second magnetic attraction piece 33 is matched, the PIN component 2 and the socket component 3 are fast and firmly clamped and fixed on the PCB 1, after the assembly is completed, as shown in fig. 8, 1 and 2, the conductive connecting piece 321 on the female terminal 32 is in contact conduction with the corresponding first pad 12 on the PCB 1 through the contact 3212, the clamping part 322 on the female terminal 32 is in clamping contact conduction with the insertion column 221, so that the conductive connection and installation of the POGO PIN 22 and the PCB 1 can be realized without welding or connecting wires, and the assembly fixation between the POGO PIN 22 and the PCB 1 is facilitated.
Example two
Please refer to fig. 11 to fig. 13, which illustrate an exemplary application of the conductive terminal of the present invention. Specifically, the embodiment provides a lamp, which includes a strip-shaped light trough 4, the conductive terminal of the invention is arranged in the light trough 4, a PCB board 1 of the conductive terminal is clamped and fixed in the light trough 4, a lamp body 13 for emitting light is arranged on the PCB board 1, an end cover 5 is arranged at one end of the light trough 4, a power input end PCB board 51 is arranged on the end cover 5, and a second pad 511 capable of being in contact and electrical connection with a POGO PIN 22 is arranged on the power input end PCB board 51. The conductive terminal structure is applied to the circuit board of the lamp, so that welding is not needed in the assembling process, wiring structures are reduced, and the product assembling efficiency can be improved.
Preferably, the light fixture is a line lamp. Of course, the conductive terminal of the present invention can also be applied to other kinds of lamp products.
In addition, the conductive terminal of the invention can be used on lamps and other electric equipment which needs to be assembled in a split mode and is provided with the PCB.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 14 to fig. 22, another specific application example of the conductive terminal of the present invention is different from the second embodiment in that, in the present embodiment, the number of the lamp slots 4 is at least two, two adjacent lamp slots 4 can be linearly spliced or vertically spliced through the connector 6, the PIN assembly 2 and the socket assembly 3 are disposed at both ends of the PCB board 1 located in the lamp slots 4, the connector 6 is disposed with a connector PCB board 61, and the connector PCB board 61 is disposed with a third pad 611 capable of contacting and electrically connecting with the POGO PIN 22. The connector 6 can be in a long strip shape or a right-angle shape, so that the two adjacent lamp grooves 4 can be connected in a straight line splicing manner or in a vertical splicing manner, more combined shapes are given to the lamp, and the practicability of the product is improved.
Referring to fig. 14 to 17, in some embodiments, the number of the light troughs 4 is two, and the connector 6 is elongated, so that two adjacent light troughs 4 can be connected in a straight splicing manner.
Referring to fig. 18-21, in some embodiments, the number of the light troughs 4 is two, and the connector 6 is right-angled, so that two adjacent light troughs 4 can be connected in a vertical splicing manner.
Referring to fig. 22, in some specific embodiments, the number of the lamp slots 4 is multiple, some of the connectors 6 are elongated, and some of the connectors 6 are right-angled, so that two adjacent lamp slots 4 can be connected in a straight splicing manner and in a perpendicular splicing manner, and thus, more combined shapes are given to the lamp, and the practicability of the product is improved.
As a modified embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 to 22, the end cap 5 and the connector 6 are provided with a locking mechanism 7 in clamping positioning connection with the lamp slot 4, the locking mechanism 7 includes a locking block 71, an accommodating cavity 711 with an opening is provided at one end of the locking block 71 facing the lamp slot 4, a top bead 72 is elastically connected in the accommodating cavity 711, and the lamp slot 4 is provided with a positioning hole 41 in clamping fit with the top bead 72. In this way, the end cap 5 or the connector 6 can be connected to the light trough 4 more firmly by the locking mechanism 7.
