the intelligent street-crossing signal lamp system comprises a red pedestrian traffic-forbidding signal lamp and a green pedestrian communication signal lamp which are arranged on the surface of a lamp box, and an intelligent detection high-definition camera, an LED display screen, a calculation unit, an LED display control module, a remote communication module and a power supply module which are integrated on the lamp box; the red pedestrian traffic-forbidding signal lamp and the green pedestrian communication signal lamp are respectively connected with the signal lamp control box, the computing unit is respectively connected with the intelligent detection high-definition camera and the LED display control module, the LED display control module is connected with the LED display screen, the computing unit is communicated with the three-party platform by connecting the remote communication module, and the power supply module supplies power to the system; the intelligent detection high-definition camera monitors an illegal monitoring area of the pedestrians and the non-motor vehicles, acquires video streams and/or photos of illegal behaviors of the pedestrians and the non-motor vehicles, and sends the video streams and/or the photos to the computing unit;
the computing unit is connected with the LED display control module, the LED display control module is connected with the LED display screen, and the computing unit sends an instruction or a text to the LED display control module and the LED display performs instruction execution or text display;
the signal lamp control box provides a switch signal to control the red pedestrian traffic-forbidding signal lamp and the green pedestrian communication signal lamp to be sequentially turned on;
further comprising the steps of:
s1: acquiring and dividing road basic information: arranging an intelligent street-crossing signal lamp system at an intersection, acquiring position information of the intelligent street-crossing signal lamp, recording the position information in a computing unit, dividing and recording an intelligent detection high-definition camera monitorable area corresponding to the intelligent street-crossing signal lamp, and setting the intelligent street-crossing signal lamp as a pedestrian and non-motor vehicle illegal monitoring area; the method comprises the steps that an intelligent detection high-definition camera on an intelligent street-crossing signal lamp collects road basic information in a pedestrian and non-motor vehicle illegal monitoring area, the collected road type information comprises a roadway area, a pedestrian and non-motor vehicle lane area and a zebra crossing area, and meanwhile, when a red pedestrian forbidden signal lamp is in a bright light state, the pedestrian and non-motor vehicle forbidden passing area is marked out and set as a red light forbidden passing area;
s2: collecting road traffic flow: the calculation unit collects traffic flow information of the illegal monitoring area of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles through the intelligent detection high-definition camera, wherein the traffic flow information comprises traffic flow information of a roadway area, traffic information of the pedestrian and non-motor vehicle lane area and traffic information of a zebra crossing area, and the traffic flow information is collected into traffic flow data of the monitoring area and stored in the calculation unit;
s3: inputting illegal types of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles: inputting illegal types of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles in a computing unit, wherein the illegal types comprise illegal behaviors that the pedestrians and the non-motor vehicles run red light and behaviors that drivers of the non-motor vehicles do not wear helmets:
s4: judging and collecting illegal information of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles: carrying out pedestrian and non-motor vehicle illegal information judgment and collection in a pedestrian and non-motor vehicle illegal monitoring area:
and (3) judging the illegal behaviors of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles running red light: the method comprises the steps that a computing unit obtains an intelligent street crossing signal lamp lighting mode of a red pedestrian forbidden signal lamp, an intelligent detection high-definition camera monitors a red light forbidden region and transmits a video stream to the computing unit, if pedestrians or non-motor vehicles pass through the red light forbidden region, the computing unit judges that the pedestrians and the non-motor vehicles run red light illegal behaviors, records that the pedestrians and the non-motor vehicles run red light illegal behaviors are illegal persons, and marks the region as an illegal region;
