In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, an easy-check mode selection method is proposed, which integrates user face recognition and historical user behavior data to determine whether the user needs to automatically turn on an easy-check mode. This technical scheme can automatic judgement need open the easy mode of looking for, has avoided the easy mode of looking for to open the darker problem of entry to can make things convenient for old person or the not good people's of eyesight use in the at utmost, promoted user's use and experienced.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the easy-to-check mode selection method may be applied to a client of a computer, a computing device, an electronic device, an intelligent terminal, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the user face data may be acquired by an image acquisition component such as a user client camera, and whether the user is likely to be an elderly user and whether an easy-check mode needs to be started may be determined according to the user face data, where the user face data acquisition action may be triggered by an action of a user unlocking a client, may be actively triggered by an action of a user starting the client image acquisition component, and may also be triggered after the user implements a specific historical behavior, such as a historical operation behavior and a historical meal ordering behavior, where the historical operation behavior may be a behavior of a historical operation client, a historical feedback behavior, a historical help seeking behavior, and the like, and specifically, refer to the following detailed description.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the historical user behavior data refers to data related to user behavior generated in a preset historical time period, and it may also be determined whether the user is likely to be an elderly user or not and whether an easy-check mode needs to be started according to the historical user behavior data. For example, in the takeaway field, the historical user behavior data may include historical user operation data, historical user ordering data, and the like, wherein the historical user operation data may be, for example, user client operation track data, user client operation time data corresponding to the user client operation track data, user client feedback data, and the like, wherein whether the user has a smooth operation on the client is determined according to the user client operation track data and the user client operation time data corresponding to the user client operation track data, wherein the user client feedback data may be, for example, whether the user has a feedback on the content that is too small for the client font, not easy to find the content, too complex in content, too much uninteresting in content, and the content is closer to the life of the elderly person, whether the user has sought help or not, and the user feedbacks the opinions or the number of times of seeking help, and the like, the user is not smooth to the operation of the client, the above problems are frequently fed back, and the user who often seeks help is likely to be an old user; wherein the historical user ordering data may include one or more of the following: the method comprises the steps that a historical user orders times, a historical user ordering payment mode, a historical user ordering name, a historical user ordering type, a historical user ordering quantity, a historical user ordering taste, a historical user ordering shop and the like, old meal is often purchased, the ordering taste is aging, flat-price vegetables and fruits are often purchased, high-price commodities are rarely purchased, the supermarket is often purchased, the takeout is rarely ordered, and a user with a single payment mode is likely to be an old user.
It should be noted that, the obtaining of the user face data and the historical user behavior data needs to be agreed and authorized by the user, that is, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of obtaining the user face data and/or obtaining the historical user behavior data may be implemented as:
and after receiving the authorization confirmation of the user for acquiring the face data and/or the historical user behavior data, acquiring the face data and/or the historical user behavior data.
In the same way, the processing of the user face data and the historical user behavior data also needs to obtain the consent and the authorization of the user, the obtained user face data and the historical user behavior data can be used for single face recognition and user behavior recognition, and the user face data and the historical user behavior data can be released after the recognition operation and are not stored.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the easy-to-check mode refers to a mode that is easier to view than a standard version of the client mode, for example, the easy-to-check mode may include a grown mode and an enlarged mode.
The elder mode refers to a display mode and an operation mode which are convenient for the elderly to view, use and operate information. Specifically, in the elder mode, considering that most of the old people have hyperopia, the display font is slightly larger, for example, the size of the display font is greater than or equal to a preset font size, where the preset font size can be set according to the needs of practical applications; considering that the elderly usually do not like too much vivid and too disordered color matching, the color used for displaying the content is a preset color suitable for elders to watch below a preset number, for example, three basic colors of red, green and blue are used; considering that the old people usually pay little attention to the advertisement content, are not willing to try new or higher-price things and prefer things close to daily life, the display content removes the advertisement content and the floating window display content, and is adjusted to the content which is interesting and often viewed by the old people, such as supermarket preference information of one-out egg, 5-home delivery of fresh Chinese cabbage, 8-fold preference of common medicine and the like, daily food material purchase information of vegetables, fruits, meat and the like, medicine preference information, dining information of old restaurants and the like; considering that the old people usually only pay attention to the information of dishes, supermarkets, drug stores and old restaurants, occasionally take out of business and do not pay much attention to the dining information of restaurants, especially high-grade restaurants, the display components only comprise components of old meal, supermarket shopping, dish buying, medicine buying, taking out of business, weather searching and the like, so that the old people can be guided to the user according to the contents displayed in the elder mode and embedded components, and of course, the final search and recommendation results are also generated within the contents displayed in the elder mode and embedded components; considering that the understanding ability and the understanding speed of the old people are both limited in different degrees, the display icon is as concise and understandable as possible, and the presentation form of the function verb + noun is used, and the display icon is set as a preset icon suitable for the elder to view, for example, the supermarket icon is set as "shopping in the supermarket" instead of "supermarket convenience" or "supermarket/convenience store", the shopping icon is set as "going to buy vegetables" instead of "fresh/vegetable market", the medicine buying icon is set as "going to buy medicine" instead of "medicine supermarket", and the takeout icon is set as "going to take out" instead of "food takeout"; considering that the old people often have difficulty in understanding and operating the content of each component on the page, the old people are provided with a one-key help function button, and when the user of the old people clicks the one-key help function button, a service call page can be displayed so that the old people can make a telephone consultation on the difficulty; considering that the old people are generally not skilled in online payment, the method is further provided with a family payment function button, and after the old people click the family payment function button, the old people can push the payment link to the bound family payment account or the family communication account selected by the old people. That is, in the elder mode, the display font size is equal to or greater than a preset font size, the display content is a preset elder interest content, the display component is a preset elder interest component, the display color is a preset elder viewing color, the display icon is a preset elder viewing icon, and a one-key help function button and an affinity payment function button are provided.
The amplifying mode refers to a display mode and an operation mode which are convenient for people with poor eyesight to check, use and operate information. Unlike the elder mode, in the zoom-in mode, only display elements such as fonts and display components are displayed larger, and other contents such as structural composition, color scheme, and document contents of the display components are not changed. That is, in the enlargement mode, the display font size is equal to or larger than the preset font size.
In the above embodiment, first, user face data is obtained, and based on the user face data, recognition is performed to determine whether an easy-check mode needs to be started, so as to obtain a first recognition result; then acquiring historical user behavior data, and performing identification on whether an easy-check mode needs to be started or not based on the historical user behavior data to obtain a second identification result; and finally, according to the obtained first identification result and the second identification result, comprehensively determining whether the user needs to start the easy-checking mode, and automatically starting the easy-checking mode after determining that the user needs to start the easy-checking mode. Whether can judge automatically like this and need open the easy mode of looking for, avoided the easy mode of looking for and opened the darker problem of entry to can make things convenient for old person or the not good people's of eyesight use in the at utmost, promoted user's use and experienced.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step S101, namely, acquiring user face data, and recognizing the user face data to obtain a first recognition result, may include the following steps:
acquiring user face data and extracting face feature data of the user face data;
and inputting the face feature data into a pre-trained face recognition model for recognition to obtain a first recognition result based on the face of the user.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the pre-trained face recognition model, the face recognition model can be directly used to recognize whether the user is an elderly person according to the face data of the user. Specifically, the face feature data of the user face data may be extracted based on the obtained user face data, where the face feature data may include one or more of the following data: skin color data, wrinkle position and number data, facial position size data, facial muscle data, and the like; and then inputting the face feature data into a face recognition model obtained by pre-training for recognition, so as to obtain a first recognition result based on the face of the user, namely, preliminarily judging whether the user is old or not from the view of the face of the user.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step S102 of acquiring historical user behavior data, and identifying the historical user behavior data to obtain a second identification result may include the following steps:
acquiring historical user behavior data and extracting behavior characteristic data of the historical user behavior data;
and inputting the behavior characteristic data into a pre-trained behavior recognition model for recognition to obtain a second recognition result based on the user historical behavior.
In the embodiment, after the pre-trained behavior recognition model is obtained, the behavior recognition model can be directly used for recognizing whether the user is the old or the person with poor eyesight according to the historical user behavior data. Specifically, behavior feature data of the historical user behavior data may be extracted based on the obtained historical user behavior data, where the behavior feature data may include one or more of the following data: whether the operation is smooth or not, the feedback times, the feedback content, the help request times, the help request content and the like; and then inputting the behavior characteristic data into a behavior recognition model obtained by pre-training for recognition, so as to obtain a second recognition result based on the historical behaviors of the user, namely preliminarily judging whether the user is the old or the person with poor eyesight from the perspective of the historical behaviors of the user.
The face recognition model and the behavior recognition model can be obtained based on the prior art training according to the requirements of practical application, and are not repeated here.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of determining whether the user needs to turn on the easy-check mode according to the first recognition result and the second recognition result in step S103 may include the following steps:
determining a first weight value of the first recognition result and a second weight value of the second recognition result;
calculating a weighted average of the first recognition result and the second recognition result;
and when the weighted average value is higher than a preset threshold value, determining that the user needs to start the easy-checking mode, otherwise, determining that the user does not need to start the easy-checking mode.
In order to integrate and consider a first recognition result obtained based on the face of the user and a second recognition result obtained based on the historical behavior of the user to obtain a more accurate recognition result, in the embodiment, the influence of the first recognition result and the second recognition result on the final recognition result is weighted by respectively setting weight values for the first recognition result and the second recognition result. Specifically, a first weight value of the first recognition result and a second weight value of the second recognition result are determined, where the setting of the first weight value and the second weight value may be set according to the requirement of practical application and the accuracy of the first recognition result and the second recognition result, for example, if the accuracy of the first recognition result is higher, a higher weight value may be set for the first recognition result, and otherwise, if the accuracy of the second recognition result is higher, a higher weight value may be set for the second recognition result; then calculating a weighted average value of the first recognition result and the second recognition result, wherein the weighted average value is calculated by digitizing the first recognition result and the second recognition result, and when the first recognition result and the second recognition result are probability values corresponding to different recognition results, the weighted average calculation can be directly performed, but if the first recognition result and the second recognition result are directly different recognition results, the first recognition result and the second recognition result can be digitized according to a preset digitization rule; and finally, judging whether the easy-checking mode needs to be opened or not according to the calculated weighted average value, for example, when the calculated weighted average value is higher than a preset threshold value, the user is considered to be the old or the person with poor eyesight possibly, the user can be determined to need to open the easy-checking mode at the moment, otherwise, the user is considered to be the old or the person with poor eyesight possibly, and the user can be determined not to need to open the easy-checking mode.
As mentioned above, the easy-to-check mode includes a lifetime mode and an enlargement mode, wherein in the enlargement mode, only the font size is displayed, and in the lifetime mode, not only the font, the display content, the display component, the display color, the display icon, and the like are provided with changes for the lifetime, in which case, the lifetime mode and the enlargement mode can be further distinguished in judgment, that is, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the weighted average is higher than a preset threshold, it is determined that the user needs to turn on the easy-to-check mode, otherwise, it is determined that the user does not need to turn on the easy-to-check mode, and the following steps can be included:
determining that the user needs to start a grandparent mode when the weighted average is higher than a first preset threshold;
when the weighted average value is higher than a second preset threshold and lower than a first preset threshold, determining that the user needs to start an amplification mode;
and when the weighted average value is lower than a second preset threshold value, determining that the user does not need to start the easy-checking mode.
