Wherein the first area is any area in which books are placed in the bookshelf.
For a first region in the bookshelf, the processing device acquires partition attributes of the first region in the bookshelf. Illustratively, the processing device obtains the partition attribute of the first region from the storage device.
Step 302: and acquiring RFID tag information of a first book, wherein the first book is any book placed in a first area, and the RFID tag is stuck on the first book.
It should be noted that, the description is given here taking as an example whether the placement area of the first book in the first area is suitable, and for other books in the first area except the first book, the implementation process of detecting whether the placement area of the book is suitable by the processing device is similar to the implementation process of detecting whether the placement area of the first book is suitable. It should be noted that, the processing device may detect whether the placement areas of all books placed in the first area are suitable at the same time.
In order to detect whether the placement area of the first book is suitable, the processing device needs to acquire book information of the first book. The first book is stuck with an RFID tag, and the processing device can obtain RFID tag information of the first book, so as to obtain book information of the first book through the following step 303.
In the embodiment of the application, the bookshelf is also provided with the RFID card reader, and the processing device acquires the RFID tag information of the first book through the RFID card reader. If the RFID card reader is not integrated in the processing device, after the RFID card reader reads the RFID tag information of the first book placed in the bookshelf, the RFID tag information of the first book is sent to the processing device, and the processing device receives the RFID tag information of the first book read by the RFID card reader. If the RFID card reader is integrated in the processing device, the processing device reads RFID tag information of the first book placed in the bookshelf through the RFID card reader. It should be noted that, the bookshelf is also provided with an RFID antenna, the RFID antenna is located in an area in the bookshelf (as shown in fig. 2), the RFID antenna receives radio frequency signals emitted by RFID tags stuck on books in the bookshelf, the radio frequency signals are sent to an RFID reader, and the RFID reader identifies the received radio frequency signals so as to read corresponding RFID tag information.
Optionally, the RFID reader scans RFID tags of books placed in the bookshelf by receiving the scanning signal or adopting an RFID antenna according to the set frequency, so as to obtain an RFID tag list including RFID tag information of the first book. The RFID card reader sends the obtained RFID tag list to the processing device, or sends the RFID tag list to the processing device through a communication device in the bookshelf. The user can operate the interactive terminal to send a scanning request to the processing device, and the processing device sends a scanning signal to the RFID card reader based on the scanning request to trigger the RFID card reader to read the RFID tag list.
Step 303: based on the RFID tag information of the first book, book information of the first book is obtained from the corresponding relation between the RFID tag information and the book information.
Optionally, after the processing device obtains the RFID tag information of the first book, the book information of the first book is obtained from the correspondence between the RFID tag information and the book information based on the RFID tag information of the first book. The corresponding relation between the RFID tag information and the book information is stored in the storage device, and the processing device can acquire the corresponding relation from the storage device.
Optionally, the book information includes book classification attributes such as { book name, author, certain publisher, child, drawing }, etc. Alternatively, the book classification attribute may be referred to as a book classification label. Alternatively, the book information includes book keywords such as book name, author, category labels, etc.
Step 304: and determining a placement matching result of the first book according to a similarity matching algorithm based on the partition attribute of the first area and the book information of the first book.
In the embodiment of the application, after the processing device acquires the partition attribute of the first area and the book information of the first book, the placement matching result of the first book is determined according to a similarity matching algorithm. The similarity matching algorithm may be any matching degree calculation or similarity calculation related algorithm such as a character similarity matching algorithm, a text similarity matching algorithm, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the processing device determines a similarity between the book information of the first book and the partition attribute of the first area to obtain the first similarity. If the first similarity is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is unsuitable, and if the first similarity is larger than the first threshold value, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is suitable. The first threshold is a preset value, such as 0.8, 0.85, etc.
From the foregoing, partition attributes include category attributes and/or defined range attributes. If the partition attribute of the first area includes a defined range attribute, the processing device determines a similarity between the book information of the first book and the defined range attribute of the first area to obtain a first similarity. If the partition attribute of the first area does not include the limited range attribute, the processing device determines a similarity between the book information of the first book and the category attribute of the first area to obtain a first similarity. That is, if the first area is provided with a limited range attribute, the processing device needs to detect whether the first book belongs to the limited range indicated by the limited range attribute. If the first region does not set the defined range attribute, the processing device needs to detect if the first book matches the category attribute of the first region.
Optionally, the category attribute of the first area includes m sub-attributes, and the book information of the first book includes n book keywords. Wherein m and n are integers greater than or equal to 1. The processing device converts the n book keywords into n first word vectors and converts the m sub-attributes into m second word vectors. The processing means determines a distance between each of the n first word vectors and each of the m second word vectors to obtain m x n word vector similarities, and determines the first similarity based on the m x n word vector similarities.
The processing device may use any word vector conversion method to convert the book keyword into the first word vector and convert the sub-attribute of the region into the second word vector, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Illustratively, the processing device employs a word2vec algorithm or a word vector conversion model to convert each book key to a first word vector and to convert the sub-attributes of the region to a second word vector. The word vector conversion model is a trained neural network model.
In the embodiment of the present application, the processing device determines the distance between each of the n first word vectors and each of the m second word vectors in a plurality of implementation manners. Illustratively, the processing means determines the cosine distance between each first word vector and each second word vector according to the following formula (1), or the euclidean distance between each first word vector and each second word vector according to the following formula (2), or the manhattan distance between each first word vector and each second word vector according to the following formula (3), or the distance between each first word vector and each second word vector according to other distance calculation methods.
In the above formulas (1), (2) and (3), dist represents distance, X and Y represent a first word vector and a second word vector, respectively, and the dimensions of the first word vector and the second word vector are N, X i And y i Representing the elements of the i-th dimension in the first word vector and the second word vector, respectively. Illustratively, N is 50, i.e., the first word vector and the second word vector are each 50 in length, and these N dimensions can be considered to represent, to some extent, features of different aspects, such as parts of speech, emotional color, etc.
It should be noted that, after obtaining the m×n word vector similarities, there are various implementations in which the processing apparatus determines the first similarity based on the m×n word vector similarities. In one implementation, the processing device sorts the m×n word vector similarities in order from large to small, and weights and averages the sorted m×n word vector similarities to obtain the first similarity. In another implementation, the processing means directly averages the m×n word vector similarities to obtain the first similarity. In yet another implementation, the processing device orders the m×n word vector similarities in order from large to small, and weights and averages the top k word vector similarities in the ordered m×n word vector similarities to obtain the first similarity. Wherein k is a preset value, k is greater than or equal to 1, and k is less than m×n.
Optionally, if the processing device sorts the m×n word vector similarities in order from large to small, and then the first q word vector similarities are all greater than a preset similarity threshold, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is suitable. If the similarity of the first q word vectors is smaller than or equal to a preset similarity threshold, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is unsuitable. Wherein q is a preset value, q is greater than or equal to 1, and q is less than m×n.
It should be noted that, the implementation manner of determining the similarity between the book information of the first book and the attribute of the limited range of the first area by the processing device is similar to the implementation manner of determining the similarity between the book information of the first book and the attribute of the category of the first area by the processing device, that is, the similarity between the book information and the attribute of the limited range can also be determined by a method of calculating the similarity of the word vectors. Alternatively, in the case where the limited range attribute of the first area is a specific series book list, the processing device may determine whether the book name of the first book is within the specific series book list, thereby determining whether the placement area of the first book is appropriate.
In the embodiment of the application, if the first similarity is smaller than or equal to the first threshold value, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is unsuitable. For example, the first book does not fall within the limited range of the first area, or the book information of the first book does not match the category attribute of the first area. If the first similarity is greater than a first threshold, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is appropriate. For example, the first book belongs to a limited range of the first area, or book information of the first book matches with category attributes of the first area.
Alternatively, if the first area does not set the partition attribute, the processing device determines that the drop area of the first book is appropriate. That is, in the case where the partition attribute is not set in the first area, it can be considered that the first area can place any book.
Or if the partition attribute is not set in the first area, the processing device acquires book information of all books placed in the first area, and groups the books placed in the first area based on the book information of all books placed in the first area so as to obtain at least one group. The processing device determines the proportion of books in each group in the at least one group to all books placed in the first area so as to obtain the corresponding proportion of each group. If the proportion of the group corresponding to the first book is smaller than or equal to a second threshold value, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is unsuitable, and if the proportion of the group corresponding to the first book is larger than the second threshold value, the processing device determines that the placement area of the first book is suitable. That is, in the case where the partition attribute is not set in the first area, the processing apparatus may consider that the placement area of the book having the larger classification from the other books is unsuitable by calculating the similarity between the books in the first area to see whether the classification of the individual book from the other books is larger. Optionally, the processing device groups books placed in the first area through clustering, voting and other algorithms. The processing device can convert book keywords in book information of books placed in the first area into word vectors, and clustering is performed through word vector similarity.
The second threshold is a preset value, such as 0.7, 0.8, etc. Alternatively, the second threshold is determined according to the ratio corresponding to each packet, for example, the second threshold is a next-largest value or a median value in the ratio corresponding to each packet.
Step 305: and generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a placement matching result of the first book.
In the embodiment of the application, after determining the placement matching result of the first book, the processing device generates prompt information to prompt the placement matching result of the first book, wherein the placement matching result indicates whether the placement area of the first book is proper or not. The processing means sends the prompt information to the interactive terminal for display on the interactive terminal, for example. The prompt information is displayed in a text mode or a graphic mode to prompt whether the placement area of the first book is proper or not.
Optionally, the processing device can also determine a book placement matching degree of the first area, where the book placement matching degree indicates a proportion of books placed in the first area in a proper area to all books in the first area. The prompting information generated by the processing device is also used for prompting the book placement matching degree of the first area.
The processing device calculates the proportion of books with proper placement areas in the first area to all books in the first area, obtains the book placement matching degree of the first area, and sends the prompt information to the interaction terminal after generating the prompt information so as to display the prompt information on the interaction terminal. Such as by text display or graphical display.
Optionally, under the condition that the processing device detects whether the placement area of the books in each area in the bookshelf is suitable, the processing device determines the placement matching degree of the books in each area, generates matching degree prompt information, and sends the matching degree prompt information to the interaction terminal so as to display the matching degree prompt information on the interaction terminal.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a book placement matching degree determining method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, assume that book information includes book classification tags, and partition attributes are also called partition rules. The processing equipment acquires book classification labels of all books in the first area and acquires partition rules of the first area. If the first area is provided with partition rules and includes limited range attributes, the processing device traverses book classification labels of all books in the first area, and calculates label matching degree or similarity to determine whether all books are in the limited range of the first area. If the first area is provided with partition rules but does not include the limited range attribute, the processing device traverses book classification labels of all books in the first area, calculates label matching degree or similarity, and determines whether all books are matched with the class attribute of the first area. After the processing device calculates the similarity, determining the number M of books meeting the limiting range or category attribute to obtain the book placement matching degree M/N of the first area, wherein N is the total number of books placed in the first area. If the partition rule is not set in the first area, the processing device determines that the book placement matching degree of the first area is a default value, such as 100%. Or if the partition rule is not set in the first area, the processing device calculates the category similarity of each book in the first area, and determines the category distribution condition of the books in the first area, namely the proportion of each book by clustering, voting and other methods. Optionally, the processing device sends the book placement matching degree or the category distribution condition of the first area to the interactive terminal for display.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the placement matching degree of books according to an embodiment of the present application. After the processing device determines the book placement matching degree of each area, the books are displayed through an interactive terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet, or a display screen of the bookshelf). Referring to fig. 6, an electronic diagram of the bookshelf is displayed on the interactive terminal, and the placement matching degree of each region in the bookshelf is displayed. Wherein gray fills indicate correctly placed books, black fills indicate incorrectly placed books, and white fills indicate blank areas (i.e., areas where no books are placed). The duty ratio of correctly placing books and incorrectly placing books can be displayed through gray filling and black filling. Optionally, the book placement matching degree of each area can be displayed in a text form, or the text and the graphics are combined to display, which is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
Optionally, the user selects to view the book placement matching degree of one or more areas through the interactive terminal, or selects to view the book placement matching degree of each area of the bookshelf through the interactive terminal.
The above describes the implementation of the processing device to detect whether the placement area of the book placed in the bookshelf is suitable. In addition, the processing device can also recommend a proper placement area for any book with unsuitable placement areas or books currently to be placed on the bookshelf. This will be described next.
In the embodiment of the application, the processing device determines the recommended placement area of the second book based on at least one partition attribute of the bookshelf and book information of the second book. The at least one partition attribute is a partition attribute set for an area in the bookshelf, and the second book is any book unsuitable for the placement area or a book currently to be placed on the bookshelf. Optionally, the book currently to be put on the bookshelf is a book currently put in storage. The processing means generates recommendation information indicating the recommendation placing area. That is, the processing device recommends a placement area for the second book based on book information of the second book and partition attributes set in the bookshelf.
If any book with unsuitable placement area is a second book, the second book is a book with unsuitable placement area determined through the above process, then the processing device determines the recommended placement area of the second book based on the at least one partition attribute and the book information of the second book, and does not need to repeatedly acquire the book information of the second book. If the book to be put on the bookshelf is a second book, the processing device needs to acquire book information of the second book first, and then determines a recommended putting area of the second book based on the at least one partition attribute and the book information of the second book.
For example, assuming that the second book is a book currently put in storage, after the second book is put in storage, the processing device can obtain book information of the second book. Or the second book is a book which is put in storage but is to be returned after borrowed, the RFID tag information of the second book is read through the RFID card reader, and after the processing device acquires the RFID tag information of the second book, the book information of the second book is acquired from the corresponding relation between the RFID tag information and the book information based on the book information of the second book. Optionally, the processing means obtains a partition attribute list set for the bookshelf from the storage means, the partition attribute list including the set at least one partition attribute.
Optionally, the partition attributes include category attributes and/or defined range attributes. If the partition attribute comprises a limited range attribute, the processing device determines the similarity between the book information of the second book and at least one limited range attribute corresponding to the bookshelf to obtain second similarity corresponding to the at least one limited range attribute respectively. If the second similarity corresponding to the first limited range attribute is highest and is larger than a third threshold value, the processing device determines the area corresponding to the first limited range attribute in the bookshelf as a recommended placement area, and the first limited range attribute is any limited range attribute in the at least one limited range attribute. That is, if at least one limited-range attribute is provided, the processing means needs to recommend an appropriate placement area for the second book according to the limited-range attribute. The third threshold is a preset value, such as 0.8, 0.9, etc.
If the second similarity corresponding to the at least one limited range attribute is smaller than or equal to a third threshold value, and at least one first partition attribute including the category attribute but not including the limited range attribute exists in the at least one partition attribute, the processing device determines the similarity between the book information of the second book and the at least one category attribute to obtain third similarity corresponding to the at least one category attribute respectively, wherein the at least one category attribute is the category attribute included in the at least one first partition attribute. If the third similarity corresponding to the first category attribute is highest and is greater than the fourth threshold, the processing device determines the area corresponding to the first category attribute as a recommended placement area, and the first category attribute is any one of the at least one category attribute. That is, if the second book does not belong to any of the defined ranges, the processing means also needs to see if there is a category attribute matching the second book.
Optionally, the processing means determines the third similarity by a method of calculating word vector similarity. Illustratively, the book information of the second book includes u book keywords, the first category attribute includes v sub-attributes, and the processing device converts the u book keywords into u third word vectors and the v sub-attributes into v fourth word vectors. The processing device determines a distance between each third word vector of the u third word vectors and each fourth word vector of the v fourth word vectors to obtain a u×v word vector similarity. The processing device determines a third similarity corresponding to the first category attribute based on the u x v word vector similarities. It should be noted that the processing device may calculate a cosine distance, a euclidean distance, a huffman distance, or the like between the third word vector and the fourth word vector. In addition, the processing device determines the implementation procedure of the third similarity corresponding to the first category attribute based on the u×v word vector similarities, and reference may be made to the description related to the implementation procedure of determining the first similarity, which is not repeated here.
And if the third similarity corresponding to the at least one category attribute is smaller than or equal to a fourth threshold value, the processing device acquires the book information of at least one reference book, wherein the at least one reference book is a book which is put on the bookshelf and is except for the second book. The processing device determines a recommended placement area based on the book information of the second book and the book information of the at least one reference book. That is, in the case that the second book does not belong to any limited range and does not have the matched category attribute, the processing device calculates the similarity between the second book and other books placed on the bookshelf, and further recommends a proper placement area for the second book. Alternatively, the processing means acquires book information of books other than the second book among the books put on the bookshelf from the storage means. Optionally, the processing device determines the similarity between the second book and other books placed on the bookshelf by calculating the similarity of the word vectors.
If the partition attribute is not set, the processing device acquires book information of at least one reference book, wherein the at least one reference book is a book except a second book in books put on the bookshelf. The processing device determines a recommended placement area based on the book information of the second book and the book information of the at least one reference book. That is, under the condition that the partition rule is not set, the processing device can also recommend a proper placement area for the second book by calculating the similarity between the second book and other books placed on the bookshelf.
Optionally, the processing device determines the similarity between the book information of the second book and the book information of each reference book in the at least one reference book, so as to obtain a fourth similarity corresponding to each reference book. And the processing device determines the area where the corresponding fourth book with highest similarity is located in the at least one reference book as a recommended placement area.
In the embodiment of the application, after the processing device determines the recommended placement area, recommendation information is generated, and the recommendation information indicates the recommended placement area. Optionally, the processing device sends the recommendation information to the interactive terminal for display on the interactive terminal. Alternatively, the processing means may play the recommendation information by voice.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method for recommending book placement areas according to an embodiment of the present application. Taking a book recommended placement area for a currently-in-storage book as an example, referring to fig. 7, the processing device obtains a book classification label of the currently-in-storage book, and obtains a partition rule set for the bookshelf. If the partition rule is set and the limited range attribute exists in the partition rule, the processing device determines whether the current library book is in a certain limited range according to the matching degree or the label similarity between the book information of the current library book and the limited range attribute. If the current warehouse-in books are determined to be in a certain limiting range, the processing device determines any area corresponding to the limiting range as a recommended placement area. If the current library book is not in any limited range, the processing device determines whether the class attribute with the highest similarity with the current library book and greater than a threshold value N exists according to the matching degree or the label similarity between the book information of the current library book and other class attributes. If the category attribute with the highest similarity and greater than the threshold value N exists, the processing device determines any area corresponding to the category attribute as a recommended placement area. If the partition attribute is not set, the processing device calculates the similarity between the placed books and the books in the warehouse, and selects the area where the books with the highest similarity are placed as the recommended placement area. The processing device generates recommendation information based on the recommendation placement area and sends the recommendation information to the interactive terminal so as to display the recommendation information on the interactive terminal.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a book placement area recommendation according to an embodiment of the present application. Taking a book with a unsuitable second book placement area as an example, the processing device sends placement matching degree conditions and recommendation information of the area where the second book is located to the interactive terminal, and the interactive terminal displays an electronic drawing of the bookshelf on the left side and displays the area category where the second book is located as follows: the placement matching degree of the children is 66%, and the user is recommended to replace the placement position of the book 1. The interactive terminal displays the details of each of the three books placed in the area on the right side, including the book name, author, publishing company, introduction, storage location and the like.
FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram of another book placement region recommendation provided by an embodiment of the present application. Taking a second book as an example of a current book in storage, the interactive terminal displays an electronic diagram of the bookshelf on the right side, and frames a recommended placement area (in the diagram, a diagonal filling area is used for representing the recommended placement area), wherein the recommended placement area is as follows: a-three-layer two columns, "A" represents the left side of the bookshelf. The interactive terminal displays the name, author, publishing company, classification label and the like of the current library book on the left side.
It should be noted that, the above examples are only used to illustrate the functions of partition rule setting, book placement matching degree detection and placement area recommendation provided by the processing device, and the functions of partition rule setting, book inquiry, placement matching degree display, recommendation placement area display and the like provided by the interactive terminal, and are not limited to the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a bookshelf partition management method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 10, in the method, a user may perform category setting on one or more areas in an RFID bookshelf through an interactive terminal, that is, set partition attributes included in bookshelf partition management rules. The processing device can calculate the book placement matching degree according to the bookshelf partition management rule so as to detect the book placement condition in each area in the bookshelf. And the processing device returns information such as book placement matching degree to the interactive terminal, and the interactive terminal displays the information such as book placement matching degree of each area in the bookshelf.
According to the scheme, if the bookshelf is an RFID bookshelf, books can be positioned based on RFID tags, a bookshelf partitioning management flow is executed, a user is supported to set partition attributes and other placement rules of all areas, the bookshelf partitioning placement matching degree is automatically calculated, books unsuitable for placement areas are prompted, books unsuitable for new storage or placement areas are recommended for placement areas, and therefore the problem that the user randomly places books to cause disordered types or misplacement of books in unit areas and is not known is avoided, and the requirement of the user for book placement management according to the types or the specified rules is met. The proposal supports the user to carry out partition management and partition inquiry on one or more areas of the bookshelf, simultaneously provides the functions of error placement detection and placement position recommendation, has visual operation, effectively improves the convenience of the user for managing the paper books, and improves the user experience.
In summary, in the embodiment of the application, the area in the bookshelf corresponds to the partition attribute, and after the information of the books placed in the bookshelf is acquired through RFID identification, the placement matching result of the books is determined according to the similarity matching algorithm, so that whether the placement area of the books in the bookshelf is proper or not is prompted, the problems that the books are disordered, the placement position is improper and unknown are solved, and therefore the books are reasonably and effectively managed.
