The intelligent purification device is sequentially provided with a pre-filtering device, an electrostatic dust collection device and a harmful gas removal device along the air flowing direction; the intelligent purification device also comprises an air conveying device and a dehumidifying device 6; the dehumidifying device 6 is respectively connected with the electrostatic dust removing device and the harmful gas removing device; the electrostatic dust removal plate in the electrostatic dust removal device is in a strip shape, and two long edges of the electrostatic dust removal plate are in a curve shape, preferably in a wave shape. The cross section of the electrostatic dust removal plate is oval, namely the upper end and the lower end are sharp, and the middle is wide. Preferably, the shape reduces windage and reduces arcing. The electrostatic dust removal device comprises a bidirectional sheet type electrostatic dust collector, and specifically comprises two ionization parts and a dust collection part, wherein the two ionization parts are respectively positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the dust collection part. The electrostatic dust removal system comprises an electrostatic dust removal power supply system 4, such as a first high-voltage power supply unit 41 and a second high-voltage power supply unit 42; the electrostatic dust removal system also comprises an electrostatic dust removal access control system 5 and an electrostatic dust removal air valve system 10 which are respectively connected with the programmable logic controller 1.
The intelligent purification device also comprises a wastewater treatment system 9 connected with the automatic washing system 7.
The programmable logic controller 1 comprises a remote debugging module 2 for remote regulation and control; the programmable logic controller 1 further comprises an alarm module for reminding faults; the alarm module is in signal connection with the movable equipment.
The intelligent purification device also comprises an air monitoring system 3 arranged in the air flowing direction; the air monitoring system 3 is connected with the programmable logic controller 1.
The air monitoring system 3 comprises a nitrogen oxide sensor 31, an ozone sensor 32, a carbon oxide sensor, a particulate matter sensor 35 and an meteorological station; the nitrogen oxide sensor 31 comprises at least two groups of light emitting components and light receiving components which are correspondingly arranged, and the light path formed by the light emitting components is vertical to the air flowing direction; the carbon oxide sensors include a carbon monoxide sensor 33 and a carbon dioxide sensor 34; the particle sensor 35 comprises a light scattering laser photometric component; the meteorological station comprises a temperature sensing component, a pressure sensing component and a humidity sensing component; the weather station also includes an ultrasonic sensing component.
Specifically, a schematic connection diagram of the programmable logic controller 1 is shown in fig. 1, wherein one end of a nitrogen oxide sensor 31, an ozone sensor 32, a carbon monoxide sensor 33, a carbon dioxide sensor 34 and a particulate matter sensor 35 in the air monitoring system 3 is used for detecting air (indicated by three points), and the other end is connected with the programmable logic controller 1; and the information of the air monitoring is transmitted to the programmable logic controller 1, the programmable logic controller 1 is also connected with a first high-voltage power supply unit 41 and a second high-voltage power supply unit 42 in the electrostatic dust removal power supply system 4, the electrostatic dust removal access control system 5, the dehumidifying device 6, the automatic washing system 7 and the automatic washing air valve system 8, the devices are adjusted and controlled according to air parameters at each position, automatic control is realized, and remote program updating and monitoring are realized by connecting the remote debugging module 2.
Specifically, a connection schematic diagram of the programmable logic control panel 11 is shown in fig. 2, and the air monitoring system 3, the electrostatic dust removal power supply system 4, the electrostatic dust removal access control system 5, the automatic water washing system 7, the automatic water washing air valve system 8, the wastewater treatment system 9 and the electrostatic dust removal air valve system 10 are connected with the programmable logic control panel 11 and input information to the programmable logic control panel, wherein the air monitoring system 3 feeds back air parameters, monitoring status and alarm conditions of air monitoring, and the electrostatic dust removal access control system 5 feeds back alarm conditions of the electrostatic dust removal device; the other devices feed back the operation parameters and the alarm condition of the device; the electrostatic dust removal power supply system 4, the automatic water washing system 7, the automatic water washing air valve system 8, the wastewater treatment system 9 and the electrostatic dust removal air valve system 10 simultaneously receive instructions sent by the programmable logic control panel 11 and send operation parameters to automatically operate air in the tunnel.
As one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an intelligent purification method of air in a tunnel, the intelligent purification method including:
air is sequentially subjected to pre-filtering treatment by a pre-filtering device, electrostatic dust removal treatment by an electrostatic dust removal device and harmful gas removal and purification by a harmful gas removal device from an inlet, and then is discharged;
the programmable logic controller 1 controls and adjusts the operation parameters of the automatic washing system 7 according to the operation parameters and the air purification effect of the electrostatic dust removal device, and automatically washes the electrostatic dust removal device; the electrostatic dust removal device after automatic water washing is started at a first voltage, the voltage of the electrostatic dust removal device is gradually increased to a second voltage by the step-by-step starting module of the electrostatic dust removal device and the feedback information of the electrostatic dust removal device, and the electrostatic dust removal device is continuously operated; the first voltage is 0.3-0.7 times of the second voltage; the feedback information includes a current magnitude.
The air purification effect is obtained by monitoring air parameters in real time by the air monitoring system 3. The air parameters include nitrogen oxide content, carbon oxide content, particulate matter content, and meteorological conditions. The meteorological conditions include air pressure, air humidity, and air temperature. The meteorological conditions also include flow velocity and wind direction. The operating parameters of the electrostatic precipitation device include a voltage value. And when the operation parameters of the automatic washing system 7 comprise water flow and/or cleaning agent flow and the operation parameters or air parameters of the electrostatic dust removal device exceed a set value, the alarm module carries out alarm processing.

And an air valve is arranged at an air direction outlet of the axial flow fan.
The embodiment also provides an intelligent purification method of air in a tunnel, which comprises the following steps:

The electrostatic dust removal device after automatic water washing is started at a first voltage, the voltage is gradually increased to a second voltage by the electrostatic dust removal device step-by-step starting module and the feedback information of the electrostatic dust removal device, and the electrostatic dust removal device is continuously operated.
The air purification effect is obtained by monitoring air parameters in real time by the air monitoring system 3. The air parameters include nitrogen oxide content, carbon oxide content, particulate matter content, and meteorological conditions. The meteorological conditions include air pressure, air humidity, and air temperature. The meteorological conditions also include flow velocity and wind direction. Compared with the embodiments 4 to 5, the first voltage is 0.3 to 0.7 times of the second voltage, and the first voltage is 0.2 and 0.8 times in the embodiments 4 to 5, respectively, wherein the embodiment 1 can be started with the first voltage after being washed with water, the current is moderate in size during starting, the dangerous situations such as short circuit and the like do not occur, the voltage is stably increased to the second voltage along with the running of time, the current is stable in the period, and the alarm situation does not occur; on the other hand, in embodiment 4, since the first voltage is too low, the starting time is more than 2 times that in embodiment 1, the starting is slow, and when embodiment 5 is started, the current alarm approaching stop device appears, so that the safety performance is remarkably reduced.
