The X-axis center tube 11 is located below the Y-axis center tube 12 and in front of the Z-axis center tube 13.
The Y-axis center tube 12 is located above the X-axis center tube 11 and in front of the Z-axis center tube 13.
The Z-axis center tube 13 is located behind the X-axis center tube 11 and the Y-axis center tube 12.
The wall of the X-axis center tube 11 is provided with a Z-axis pin through hole (not shown) facing the Z-axis center tube 13 and an X-axis pin through hole 114 facing the Y-axis center tube 12.
An X-axis pin through hole (not shown) facing the X-axis center tube 11 and a Y-axis pin through hole (not shown) facing the Z-axis center tube 13 are formed in the wall of the Y-axis center tube 12.
The wall of the Z-axis central tube 13 is provided with a Y-axis pin through hole 132 facing the Y-axis central tube 12 and a Z-axis pin through hole 134 facing the X-axis central tube 11.
The X-axis mounting seat 14 is fixed inside the X-axis central tube 11, and has an X-axis pin rear locking hole 142 and a Z-axis pin front locking hole (not shown).
The rear end of the X-axis pin 15 is formed with a locking groove 152, and the front end thereof is formed with a locking portion 154 having a barb.
The Y-axis mounting base 16 is mounted and fixed inside the Y-axis center tube 12, and has a Y-axis pin rear locking hole 162 and an X-axis pin front locking hole 164.
The rear end of the Y-axis pin 17 is provided with a locking groove 172, and the front end thereof is provided with a locking part 174 with a barb.
The Z-axis mounting seat 18 is mounted and fixed inside the Z-axis central tube 13, and is provided with a Y-axis pin front clamping hole 182 and a Z-axis pin rear clamping hole 184.
The rear end of the Z-axis pin 19 is provided with a locking groove 192, and the front end thereof is provided with a locking part 194 with a barb.
During installation, the X-axis pin 15 is inserted into the X-axis pin rear locking hole 142 of the X-axis mounting base 14, so that the X-axis mounting base 14 is locked into the locking groove 152, and the locking portion 154 is locked into the X-axis pin front locking hole 164 of the Y-axis mounting base 16 after passing through the X-axis pin through hole 114 of the X-axis center tube 11 and the X-axis pin through hole (not shown) of the Y-axis center tube 12. Therefore, the rear end of the X-axis pin 15 is engaged with the X-axis mounting seat 14, the X-axis pin 15 passes through the X-axis pin through hole 114 of the X-axis center tube 11 and the X-axis pin through hole (not shown) of the Y-axis center tube 12, and the front end of the X-axis pin 15 is engaged with the Y-axis mounting seat 16, thereby firmly fixing the X-axis center tube 11 and the Y-axis center tube 12 by snap-coupling.
The Y-axis pin 17 is inserted into the Y-axis pin rear locking hole 162, so that the Y-axis mount 16 is locked into the locking groove 172, and the locking portion 174 is locked into the Y-axis pin front locking hole 182 of the Z-axis mount 18 after passing through the Y-axis pin through hole (not shown) of the Y-axis center tube 12 and the Y-axis pin through hole 132 of the Z-axis center tube 13. Therefore, the rear end of the Y-axis pin 17 is engaged with the Y-axis mounting base 16, the Y-axis pin 17 passes through the Y-axis pin through hole (not shown) of the Y-axis center tube 12 and the Y-axis pin through hole 132 of the Z-axis center tube 13, and the front end of the Y-axis pin 17 is engaged with the Z-axis mounting base 18, thereby firmly fixing the Z-axis center tube 13 and the Y-axis center tube 12 by snap-coupling.
The Z-axis pin 19 is inserted into the Z-axis pin rear locking hole 184, the Z-axis mount 18 is locked into the locking groove 192, and the locking portion 194 is locked into the Z-axis pin front locking hole (not shown) of the X-axis mount 14 after passing through the Z-axis pin through hole (not shown) of the X-axis center tube 11 and the Z-axis pin through hole 134 of the Z-axis center tube 13. Therefore, the rear end of the Z-axis pin 19 is engaged with the Z-axis mounting seat 18, the Z-axis pin 19 passes through the Z-axis pin through hole (not shown) of the X-axis center tube 11 and the Z-axis pin through hole 134 of the Z-axis center tube 13, and the front end of the Z-axis pin 19 is engaged with the X-axis mounting seat 14, thereby firmly snap-coupling and fixing the Z-axis center tube 13 and the X-axis center tube 11.
The five lamps, namely the upper lamp 2, the lower lamp 3, the two X-axis horizontal lamps 4 and the Y-axis horizontal lamp 5, are respectively and rotatably arranged at two end parts of an X-axis central tube 11, two end parts of a Z-axis central tube 13 and one end part of a Y-axis central tube 12; and the integral balance adjusting device 6 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the Y-axis central tube 12.
The five lamps of the upper lamp 2, the lower lamp 3, the two X-axis horizontal lamps 4 and the Y-axis horizontal lamp 5 comprise the same components, namely, the five lamps comprise lamp tubes, conducting pieces, magnetic suction seats, magnetic suction heads and LED lamp panels.
The lamp tube is made of carbon fiber material.
One end of the conducting piece is fixedly arranged at the end part of the lamp tube, and the other end of the conducting piece is rotatably connected with the end part of the X-axis central tube 11, the Y-axis central tube 12 or the Z-axis central tube 13.
The magnetic suction seat is fixedly arranged inside the X-axis central tube 11, the Y-axis central tube 12 or the Z-axis central tube 13.
The magnetic suction head is fixed at the end of the conducting piece.
The LED lamp plate is installed in the fluorescent tube.
The magnetic suction head and the magnetic suction seat are in good contact to realize circuit communication, and when the lamp tube and the conducting piece freely rotate relative to the X-axis central tube 11, the Y-axis central tube 12 or the Z-axis central tube 13, the magnetic suction head and the magnetic suction seat are in good contact to realize circuit communication.
To better describe the above structure in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, each lamp will be described in detail below.
The upper lamp 2 is rotatably mounted on the top end of the Z-axis center tube 13 of the three-way fixing device 1.
The upper lamp 2 comprises an upper lamp tube 21, a conducting piece 23, an upper magnetic suction seat 25, an upper magnetic suction head 27 and an LED lamp panel 29.
The upper lamp tube 21 is made of carbon fiber materials, so that unique texture and lines can be obtained, and the appearance and experience of the product are improved.
One end of the conducting member 23 is fixed on the end of the upper lamp 21, and the other end is rotatably connected to the end of the Z-axis central tube 13, that is, the upper lamp 21 and the conducting member 23 can freely rotate 360 degrees relative to the Z-axis central tube 13.
The upper magnetic suction seat 25 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the Z-axis mounting seat 18.
The upper magnetic chuck 27 is fixed at the bottom end of the conducting member 23.
The LED lamp panel 29 is mounted in the upper lamp tube 21 and is connected to the upper magnetic attraction head 27 by a wire (not shown).
After installation, the upper magnetic attraction head 27 and the upper magnetic attraction seat 25 keep good contact to realize circuit communication, even when the upper lamp tube 21 and the conducting piece 23 rotate freely relative to the Z-axis central tube 13, the upper magnetic attraction head 27 and the upper magnetic attraction seat 25 keep good contact to realize circuit communication.
The lower lamp 3 is rotatably mounted on the bottom end of the Z-axis center tube 13 of the three-way fixing device 1.
The lower lamp 3 comprises a lower lamp tube 31, a conducting piece 33, a lower magnetic suction seat 35, a lower magnetic suction head 37 and an LED lamp panel 39.
The lower lamp tube 31 is made of carbon fiber materials, so that unique texture and lines can be obtained, and the appearance and experience of the product are improved.
One end of the conducting member 33 is fixedly installed at the end of the lower lamp tube 31, and the other end is rotatably connected to the end of the Z-axis central tube 13, that is, the lower lamp tube 31 and the conducting member 33 can freely rotate 360 degrees relative to the Z-axis central tube 13.
The lower magnetic attraction seat 35 is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the Z-axis mounting seat 18.
The lower magnetic attraction head 37 is fixedly mounted on the top end of the conducting member 33.
The LED lamp panel 39 is installed in the lower lamp tube 31 and connected to the lower magnetic attraction head 37 by a wire (not shown).
After installation, the lower magnetic attraction head 37 and the lower magnetic attraction seat 35 are in good contact to realize circuit communication, and even when the lower lamp tube 31 and the conducting piece 33 rotate freely relative to the Z-axis central tube 13, the lower magnetic attraction head 37 and the lower magnetic attraction seat 35 are in good contact to realize circuit communication.
The two X-axis horizontal lamps 4 are respectively and rotatably arranged at two ends of an X-axis central tube 11 of the three-way fixing device 1.
Each X-axis horizontal lamp 4 includes an X-axis lamp tube 41, a conducting member 43, an X-axis magnetic suction seat 45, an X-axis magnetic suction head 47, and an LED lamp panel 49.
The X-axis lamp tube 41 is made of carbon fiber materials, so that unique texture and lines can be obtained, and the appearance and experience of the product are improved.
One end of the conducting member 43 is fixed to the end of the X-axis tube 41, and the other end is rotatably connected to the end of the X-axis center tube 11, that is, the X-axis tube 41 and the conducting member 43 can rotate freely in 360 degrees relative to the X-axis center tube 11.
The X-axis magnetic suction seat 45 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the X-axis mounting seat 14.
The X-axis magnetic chuck 47 is fixed on the end of the conducting piece 43.
The LED lamp panel 49 is installed in the X-axis lamp 41 and connected to the X-axis magnetic attraction head 47 by a lead (not shown).
After installation, the X-axis magnetic head 47 and the X-axis magnetic socket 45 are in good contact to realize circuit communication, and even when the X-axis lamp 41 and the conducting member 43 freely rotate relative to the X-axis central tube 11, the X-axis magnetic head 47 and the X-axis magnetic socket 45 are in good contact to realize circuit communication.
The Y-axis horizontal lamp 5 is rotatably installed at one end of the right side of the Y-axis central tube 12 of the three-way fixing device 1.
The Y-axis horizontal lamp 5 comprises a Y-axis lamp tube 51, a conducting piece 53, a Y-axis magnetic suction seat 55, a Y-axis magnetic suction head 57 and an LED lamp panel 59.
The Y-axis lamp tube 51 is made of carbon fiber materials, so that unique texture and lines can be obtained, and the appearance and experience of the product are improved.
One end of the conducting member 53 is fixedly installed at the end of the Y-axis lamp 51, and the other end is rotatably connected to the end of the Y-axis central tube 12, that is, the Y-axis lamp 51 and the conducting member 53 can freely rotate 360 degrees relative to the Y-axis central tube 12.
The Y-axis magnetic attraction seat 55 is fixedly arranged at the right end of the Y-axis mounting seat 16.
The Y-axis magnetic chuck 57 is fixed to the left end of the conducting member 53.
The LED lamp panel 59 is installed in the Y-axis lamp tube 51 and connected to the Y-axis magnetic attraction 57 by a wire (not shown).
After installation, the Y-axis magnetic chuck 57 and the Y-axis magnetic chuck 55 are in good contact to achieve circuit communication, and even when the Y-axis lamp 51 and the conducting member 53 rotate freely relative to the Y-axis central tube 12, the Y-axis magnetic chuck 57 and the Y-axis magnetic chuck 55 are in good contact to achieve circuit communication.
The integral balance adjusting device 6 is fixedly arranged at one end of the left side of a Y-axis central tube 12 of the three-way fixing device 1.
The overall balance adjusting device 6 includes a mounting tube 61, a lead-through member 63, a weight lever 65, and an adjusting mechanism 67.
The installation pipe 61 is made of carbon fiber materials, can obtain unique texture and lines, and improves the appearance and experience of products.
One end of the conducting member 63 is rotatably mounted on the left end of the Y-axis center tube 12, and the other end is fixedly mounted in the mounting tube 61.
The weight lever 65 is fitted in the mounting tube 61.
The adjustment mechanism 67 is mounted on the left end of the mounting tube 61.
The adjusting mechanism 67 includes a fixed block 672, a rotating bolt 674, a movable block 676, and a guide rod 678.
The fixing block 672 is a cylinder, and a screw hole 6722 is formed in the middle.
The fixing block 672 is fixed in the mounting tube 61.
The rotatable bolt 674 includes a bolt body 6741, and the bolt body 6741 is provided with external threads 6742. Bolt body 6741 is threadedly connected to mounting block 672.
A tail cap 6743 is provided at the rear end of the bolt body 6741.
The movable block 676 is installed at the front end of the bolt body 6741. Bolt body 6741 is free to rotate 360 degrees within movable block 676.
One end of the guide bar 678 is mounted and fixed on the movable block 676.
The guide rod 678 is inserted into the fixing block 672, and the guide rod 678 can move in the fixing block 672.
The weight lever 65 is attached to the front end of the bolt body 6741.
When the tail cover 6743 is rotated, the bolt body 6741 rotates in the fixing block 672, and the bolt body 6741 moves leftwards or rightwards, the counterweight rod 65 is driven to move leftwards or rightwards together, so that the position of the center of gravity of the adjusting mechanism 67 is changed.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the X-axis central tube 11 and the Y-axis central tube 12 are firmly connected and fixed through the matching of the X-axis mounting seat 14, the X-axis pin 15 and the Y-axis mounting seat 16, the Y-axis central tube 12 and the Z-axis central tube 13 are firmly connected through the matching of the Y-axis mounting seat 16, the Y-axis pin 17 and the Z-axis mounting seat 18, the X-axis central tube 11 and the Z-axis central tube 13 are firmly connected through the matching of the Z-axis mounting seat 18, the Z-axis pin 19 and the X-axis mounting seat 14, the connection is firm and reliable, welding scars with large volume are left without using a welding method, and the appearance is attractive.
2. When the upper lamp 21 freely rotates 360 degrees relative to the Z-axis central tube 13, the X-axis lamp 41 relative to the X-axis central tube 11 and the Y-axis lamp 51 relative to the Y-axis central tube 12, the upper magnetic suction seat 25, the upper magnetic suction head 27, the lower magnetic suction head 37, the lower magnetic suction seat 35, the X-axis magnetic suction head 47, the X-axis magnetic suction seat 45, the Y-axis magnetic suction seat 55 and the Y-axis magnetic suction head can both keep good contact, and circuit connection is realized. The lamp tubes can be conveniently rotated, the light direction can be adjusted, and the lamp is convenient to use.
3. The tail cover 6743 is rotated to easily adjust the counterweight rod 65 to move leftwards or rightwards, and the gravity center position of the adjusting mechanism 67 is changed, so that the whole XYZ-axis three-way vertical ceiling lamp can keep stress balance, the two upper lamps 2 and the two lower lamps 3 are kept vertical, and the two X-axis horizontal lamps 4, the Y-axis horizontal lamps 5 and the whole balance adjusting device 6 are kept horizontal.
