Claims (10)
1. A capped tapping device, comprising:
a slag barrel (7) with an opening at the top;
the two ends of the handle (1) are rotatably fixed on the outer wall of the slag bucket (7) through connecting pin shafts (6); when the slag bucket (7) is lifted, the handle (1) is fixed relative to the slag bucket (7) through a limiting structure;
and the openable barrel cover (9) is covered on the top opening of the slag barrel (7).
2. The tapping device with a lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the barrel cover (9) comprises two semicircular covers (91) and a central shaft, and the central shaft is arranged between the two semicircular covers (91); and both ends of the central shaft are hinged with the wall of the slag barrel (7); the straight edges of the two semicircular covers (91) can be rotatably arranged on the central shaft in a penetrating way.
3. The tapping device with a lid as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the slag discharging device also comprises two movable buckles, one part of each movable buckle is arranged on the semicircular cover (91), and the other part of each movable buckle is arranged at the corresponding position of the outer wall of the slag barrel (7).
4. The tapping device with a lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the barrel cover (9) is divided into two semicircular covers (91), the two semicircular covers (91) are connected through a hinge (8), and one semicircular cover (91) is welded and fixed with the slag barrel (7).

The tapping device with a lid as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the slag discharging device also comprises a movable buckle, one part of the movable buckle is arranged on the movable semicircular cover (91), and the other part of the movable buckle is arranged at the corresponding position of the outer wall of the slag barrel (7).

The tapping device with a lid as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the slag discharging device further comprises a rectangular handle convenient for dumping slag, the rectangular handle is welded and fixed on the outer wall of the slag barrel (7), and the welding position is located on one side of the fixed semicircular cover (91).

The tapping device with a lid as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the slag discharging device further comprises a balancing weight, the balancing weight is hung on the outer wall of the slag barrel (7) through a movable draw rod, and the hanging position is located on one side of the welding semicircular cover (91).

The tapping device with a lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the handle (1) comprises an upper inverted triangular section and a lower straight section; the limiting structure comprises two first bolt hole seats (4), a second bolt hole seat (5) and a bolt (3), wherein the first bolt hole seat (4) and the second bolt hole seat (5) are provided with a bolt hole;
two first bolt hole seats (4) are arranged on the lower straight line section of the handle (1), and a second bolt hole seat (5) is arranged on the wall of the slag bucket (7);
when the handle (1) is fixed relative to the slag bucket (7), the second bolt hole seat (5) is positioned between the two first bolt hole seats (4), the bolt hole axes of the two first bolt hole seats (4) and the second bolt hole seat (5) are coaxial, and the bolt (3) is inserted into the bolt holes of the first bolt hole seats (4) and the second bolt hole seats (5).
9. A tapping method based on the tapping device according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1: the slag bucket (7) and the handle (1) are relatively fixed by the limiting structure, the bucket cover (9) is covered, and the slag discharging device is lowered to the bottom of the hole by a winch;
s2: the barrel cover (9) is opened, the muck is filled into the muck barrel (7), and the barrel cover (9) is covered;
s3: lifting the slag discharging device to the hole opening, pulling the slag discharging device to the dump truck by a hole opening operator, opening the barrel cover (9), releasing the limiting structure, rotating the slag barrel (7), and dumping the slag soil.

The tapping method according to claim 9, wherein: the barrel cover (9) is divided into two semicircular covers (91), the two semicircular covers (91) are connected through a hinge (8), and one semicircular cover (91) is welded and fixed with the slag barrel (7); the slag discharging device also comprises a movable buckle, one part of the movable buckle is arranged on the movable semicircular cover (91), and the other part of the movable buckle is arranged at the corresponding position of the outer wall of the slag barrel (7); the slag discharging device also comprises a rectangular handle convenient for dumping slag, the rectangular handle is welded and fixed on the outer wall of the slag barrel (7), and the welding position is positioned on one side of the fixed semicircular cover (91); the slag discharging device also comprises a balancing weight, and the balancing weight is hung on the outer wall of the slag barrel (7) through a movable draw rod and is positioned at one side of the welded semicircular cover (91);
in step S2, a movable buckle is buckled, and a barrel cover (9) is covered; the slag bucket (7) is loaded to ensure that the slag bucket (7) is kept vertical;
in step S3, the movable buckle is released, and the barrel cover (9) is opened; the counterweight is pulled away, the slag bucket (7) inclines to one side of the movable semicircular cover (91), the slag bucket (7) is lifted and rotated through the rectangular handle, and the slag soil is poured out.
