The invention provides an opening-closing type shelter which comprises a supporting rod 2, an environment detector, sliding rails 3 and a shielding plate 1, wherein the sliding rails 3 are longitudinally distributed along a side-standing wall body, and the shielding plate 1 is provided with an unfolding end and a connecting end.
In this open-close type canopy, the top and the bottom of shielding plate 1 are the expansion end and the link respectively, for example, the top of shielding plate 1 is the expansion end and the bottom of shielding plate 1 is the link, then the top of shielding plate 1 can move outside the wall body, and the bottom of shielding plate 1 then is connected with the wall body, ensures that the shielding plate 1 of expansion can form the shielding face outwards from the wall body. Of course, the bottom of the shielding plate 1 can also be used as the unfolding end, and correspondingly, the top of the shielding plate 1 is the connecting end.
It should be noted that, because the shielding plate 1 needs to be turned over relative to the wall body to expand outward from the wall body and converge on the plane where the wall body is located, a hinged relationship exists between the connecting end of the shielding plate 1 and the wall body, and the hinged relationship may be a fixed hinge or a sliding hinge.
The supporting rod 2 is connected between the shielding plate 1 and the sliding rail 3, specifically, the first end of the supporting rod 2 is hinged to the unfolding end fixed shaft, and the second end of the supporting rod 2 is hinged to the sliding rail 3 in a sliding manner. The support rod 2 is connected to a driver, and the driver is used for driving the second end of the support rod 2 to slide along the slide rail 3, and simultaneously, the positioning of the second end of the support rod 2 at a specific position of the slide rail 3 is met. Based on the connection relationship among the support rod 2, the driver and the baffle plate 1, in the open-close type shelter, the driver drives the baffle plate 1 to overturn outside the wall body through the support rod 2, so that the baffle plate 1 is adjusted to be inclined or vertical to the wall body from converging on the wall body, and shielding is formed outside the wall body.
The driver can drive the second end of the driving support rod 2 to slide up and down along the slide rail 3, and accordingly the process that the driver drives the shielding plate 1 to overturn relative to the wall body comprises the steps of outwards overturning and unfolding the wall body and inwards overturning and converging the wall body.
In this open-close type canopy, the driver is connected with the environment detector, and the driver is used for moving about according to the testing result drive second end of environment detector. For example, the environment detector may be a sensor for detecting a precipitation condition, and the driver drives the second end to move up and down according to a detection result of the sensor, thereby realizing that the driver automatically expands the shielding plate 1 when it rains and automatically converges the shielding plate 1 when it stops raining. In addition, the environment detector may be a sensor for detecting the intensity of illumination, and the driver drives the second end to move up and down according to the detection result of the sensor, so that the driver automatically expands the shielding plate 1 when the illumination is strong, and automatically converges the shielding plate 1 when the illumination is not strong or weak. In short, the open-close type shelter adopts a sensor for detecting the rainfall condition, and the shielding plate 1 can be regarded as a rain shield; the open-close type shelter adopts a sensor for detecting the illumination intensity, and the shielding plate 1 can be regarded as a sun shield.
In conclusion, the open-close type shelter provided by the invention can automatically expand and automatically converge the shielding plate 1 according to the detection result of the environment detector, the shielding plate 1 plays a role of shielding rain or sun when being expanded, and the shielding plate 1 is converged and embedded in a wall body, so that the structural integrity of the wall body is ensured.
The following provides a further description of the retractable shelter of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
In order to improve the structural performance of the opening and closing type shelter, in the embodiment provided by the invention, the top of the shielding plate 1 is preferably used as an opening end and is fixedly hinged with the first end of the supporting rod 2; correspondingly, the bottom of the shielding plate 1 is used as a connecting end for connecting a wall.
When the top of the shielding plate 1 is taken as an unfolding end, the top of the shielding plate 1 is outwards turned until the shielding plate 1 is inclined or vertical to a wall body, and the shielding plate is in an unfolding state. Under the aforementioned state, the acting force that the bracing piece 2 that is located between shielding plate 1 and slide rail 3 receives often is the pulling force, and especially when bracing piece 2 is telescopic rod structure, the pulling force that bracing piece 2 receives can order about bracing piece 2 automatic stretching to the moving trajectory of adaptation expansion section ensures that shielding plate 1 expandes and satisfies shielding plate 1 in the location of specific position in a flexible and smooth way.
For convenience of operation, the retractable blocking shed can drive the second end of the supporting rod 2 to move along the sliding rail 3 through the pulley assembly.
For example, a movable pulley I4 is mounted on the second end of the support bar 2, and the movable pulley I4 is arranged in the slide rail 3. The movable pulley I4 is wound with a pulley winding I, the pulley winding I is connected with power equipment such as a motor, and the movable pulley I4 can move up and down along the sliding rail 3 by pulling and releasing the pulley winding I.
By adopting the movable pulley I4 and the pulley winding I, on one hand, the mounting size of the opening-closing type shelter close to the wall body is favorably reduced, the abundant mounting space is favorably reserved for the baffle plate 1 in the wall body, and the baffle plate 1 is convenient to converge in the plane of the wall body; on the other hand, the driving device of the pulley winding I and the installation position thereof can be flexibly adjusted, and the construction requirements of specific application places can be better met.
Further, the open-close type blocking shed is also provided with a movable pulley II 5. The movable pulley II5 is arranged in the slide rail 3 and connected with the bottom of the shielding plate 1, so that the bottom of the shielding plate 1 is slidably hinged to the slide rail 3. The movable pulley II5 can be driven by the same pulley winding I as the movable pulley I4 or can be driven by the pulley winding II separately. In this example, the top end of the shielding plate 1 is connected to the movable pulley I4 through the support rod 2, and the bottom end of the shielding plate 1 is connected to the movable pulley II5, so that the shielding plate 1 is turned over with respect to the wall body in different postures as the movable pulleys I4 and II5 move up and down along the slide rail 3 in a specific motion relationship.
In order to position the unfolded baffle plate 1, the opening-closing type shelter can respectively adopt a slide way I and a slide way II to restrain the moving tracks of a movable pulley I4 and a movable pulley II 5; the slide rail I and the slide rail II refer to the upper half portion and the lower half portion of the slide rail 3, for example, the middle portion of the slide rail 3 along the length direction thereof is provided with a limiting body, a portion of the slide rail 3 located above the limiting body is regarded as the slide rail I, and a portion of the slide rail 3 located below the limiting body is regarded as the slide rail II.
In the open-close type shelter, a movable pulley I4 moves in a slide way I, and the slide way I limits the maximum sliding range of the movable pulley I4, including the lowest position and the highest position of the movable pulley I4; the movable pulley II5 moves in the slide way II, and the slide way II limits the maximum sliding range of the movable pulley II5, including the lowest position and the highest position of the movable pulley II 5. Therefore, when the movable pulley II5 slides upwards along the slide way II to abut against the top end of the slide way II, the limiting body and the pulley winding wound around the movable pulley II5 apply force to the movable pulley II5 together, so that the movable pulley II5 is positioned at the position of the limiting body, namely the top end of the slide way II. The movable pulley I4 can be positioned at the top end of the slide way I, or can be positioned at other positions in the slide way I under the combined action of the pulley winding I and the shielding plate 1. Generally, when the movable pulley II5 slides upwards along the slide way II to abut against the top end of the slide way II, the shielding plate 1 is in a fully unfolded state, and at this time, the limiting body is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the shielding plate 1 in the current state.
For the slide way I and the slide way II, the slide way I and the slide way II are distributed up and down and are connected in a collinear manner, so that the sliding range of the movable pulley I4 and the movable pulley II5 is limited to a large extent, and the turning range of the shielding plate 1 is limited, which is difficult to meet the actual requirements of users. Therefore, the open-close type blocking shed provided by the invention can be provided with the slide I and the slide II in the following way.
The slide rail 3 comprises a slide I and a slide II which are longitudinally distributed in parallel; either one of the slide I and the slide II is longitudinally distributed along the wall body, and the slide I and the slide II are closely adjacent to each other. The top end of the slide way I is higher than the top end of the slide way II, and the bottom end of the slide way I is higher than the bottom end of the slide way II; as for the height relation of the bottom end of the slide I and the top end of the slide II, the shielding plate 1 can be set in a targeted manner according to the turning range of the user, including and not limited to the bottom end of the slide I being lower than the top end of the slide II. In this example, a movable pulley I4 is slidably mounted on the slideway I, and a movable pulley II5 is slidably mounted on the slideway II; the bottom end of the baffle plate 1 is slidably hinged to the slide way II through a movable pulley II 5.
In order to simplify the driving, the invention provides that in each embodiment, the movable pulley I4 and the movable pulley II5 are connected to the pulley winding I. The pulley winding I is also typically wound around a fixed pulley 8 provided on the top of the slide rail 3, and serves as a fulcrum for pulling the movable pulley I4 and the movable pulley II 5.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the retractable shelter uses a retractable rod as the supporting rod 2, and the retractable rod comprises at least two sleeves sleeved with each other. The telescopic rod automatically stretches and shortens along with the turning of the baffle plate 1 relative to the wall body, is self-adaptive to the relative position relation of the baffle plate 1 and the wall body, and plays a role in connecting and supporting the baffle plate 1.
With reference to fig. 8 to 11, the process of unfolding the shutter 1 can be divided into the following two phases:
in the first stage, the motor is started and drives the fixed pulley 8 to rotate, so that the movable pulley I4 is driven to rotate and ascend along the slide rail 3, at the moment, the movable pulley II5 only rotates and does not ascend, the telescopic rod drives the shielding plate 1 to rotate by taking the movable pulley II5 as the circle center, and in the stage, the telescopic rod automatically contracts.
In the second stage, the movable pulley I4 and the movable pulley II5 are lifted simultaneously, the telescopic rod starts to extend until the movable pulley I4 and the movable pulley II5 move to the designated position of the slide rail 3, and the shielding plate 1 is completely unfolded.
As for the process of converging the shutter 1, the process can be reversed with reference to the above process.
In addition, the shielding plate 1 of the open-close type shelter is assembled by adopting a panel 11 and a supporting frame 12. The panel 11 and the support frame 12 are fixedly connected, for example, the panel 11 and the support frame 12 can be connected by a telescopic support claw 9, and the support claw 9 is contracted towards the inner side of the wall when the baffle plate 1 is converged on the wall, so that the panel 11 can be embedded into the wall tightly. The supporting frame 12 is positioned at the inner side of the panel 11, can be used as an installation foundation of the panel 11 and the supporting rod 2, and can also enhance the structural strength of the panel 11; the panel 11 can be embedded along the outer surface of the wall body when the baffle plate 1 is converged, so that the outer surface of the panel 11 is smoothly connected with the outer surface of the wall body, and even the panel 11 and the wall body are assembled in the same plane without gaps.
In order to simplify the construction, the opening-closing type blocking shed and the door window 6 are integrated to form an assembly body, so that the assembly body is assembled on a wall body together, the integral installation on site is facilitated, the installation cost is saved, the prefabrication rate is improved, and the interference on the integrity of the building vertical face is reduced. The shielding plate 1 of the opening-closing type shielding shed can be embedded into a frame 7 of a door and window 6, so that the convergence of the shielding plate 1 in a wall body is realized; for the assembly body with overlarge overhanging amount, a balancing device 10 can be arranged at the lower part of the door window 6 to prevent the whole assembly body from overturning. Particularly, the material of the panel 11 can be customized according to the material of the door and window 6, so that the wall surface is ensured to be unified and complete.
It should be noted here that, if the opening and closing type shelter and the door window 6 are integrally assembled, the shelter panel 1 in the converging state or the expanding state can perform the sunshade function in different degrees, so that the user can adjust the automatic control program of the shelter panel 1 according to the actual needs of the user.
When the shielding plate 1 of the open-close type shelter is used for keeping off rain, the shielding range of the shielding plate 1 is larger when the shielding plate 1 is unfolded at an angle vertical to a wall body, but drainage is not facilitated, therefore, a drainage channel can be arranged in the panel 11, for example, an inclined channel is arranged on the inner side surface of the panel 11 and the unfolded upper side surface of the panel 11, and the integrity of the panel surface of the panel 11 is not damaged by the channel; when the panel 11 is unfolded perpendicular to the wall, the channel extends downwards and outwards in an inclined manner from the wall, so that accumulated water on the panel 11 can be guided to smoothly flow out of the panel 11. The drainage channel may be provided in a hole penetrating in the thickness direction of the panel 11.
Furthermore, a locking position I and a locking position II for realizing the positioning of the second end are arranged in the slide rail 3 of the opening-closing type blocking shed; the locking position I and the locking position II are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the sliding rail 3, and when the second end of the shielding plate 1 is located at the locking position I, the shielding plate 1 can be perpendicular to a wall body to realize opening; when the second end of the shielding plate 1 is in the locking position II, the shielding plate 1 can be inclined to the wall body to realize opening. The shielding plate 1 perpendicular to the wall can form a larger area of shielding, and the shielding plate 1 inclined to the wall is beneficial to adapting to specific external environments, such as adapting to the angle of rainfall or illumination.
The opening and closing type shelter provided by the invention is described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
