when high-pressure flushing is not needed, the high-pressure jet pump 12 is started to convey high-pressure gas into the three-way structure 7, and the high-pressure gas is blown to the road crack through the outlet 23 to blow out dust in the road crack; meanwhile, to prevent dust from occurring, the suction pump 11 is started to suck surrounding dust into the suction hood 16.
As shown in fig. 2, a supporting plate 13 is arranged inside the cleaning box 3 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a suction pump 11 and a high-pressure jet pump 12 are installed on the upper side of the supporting plate 13, and the suction pump 11 and the high-pressure jet pump 12 are connected with a three-way structure 17 through pipelines; the cavity 18 is placed for the pipeline to the backup pad 13 lower extreme, and the pipeline is placed the cavity 18 left and right sides and is installed slide rail 15 respectively, is provided with the spout on the slide rail 15, and the spout bottom evenly sets up the bolt hole. An air suction cover 16 is arranged at the bottom side of the pipeline placing cavity 18, and a three-way structure 17 is arranged at the bottom side of the cleaning box 3. Wherein, the electric cabinet 19 is arranged on the left side of the cleaning box 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the three-way structure 20 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is respectively provided with a water pipe joint 21 and a gas pipe joint 22, and the lower end of the three-way structure 20 is provided with an outlet 23. Wherein, the water pipe joint 21 is connected with the pump body 5 through a water pipe, and the air pipe joint 22 is connected with the high-pressure jet pump 12 through an air pipe.
As shown in fig. 4, the suction hood 16 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a hood body 24, an installation head 25 is installed at the upper end of the hood body 24, and a first stage filter screen 26, a second stage filter screen 27 and a third stage filter screen 28 are installed inside the hood body 24; an outer suction plate 29 is attached to the bottom side of the cover 24 and fixed to the bottom side of the cleaning tank 3.
In the dust suction process, dust is sucked into the cover body 24 and is trapped by the first stage filter screen 26, the second stage filter screen 27 and the third stage filter screen 28 in sequence.
As shown in fig. 5, the electric cabinet 19 provided in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a controller, and the controller is respectively connected to the storage battery, the sound pickup, the wireless signal generator, and the touch display screen; wherein, controller, battery and wireless signal generator install inside electric cabinet 19, and adapter and touch display screen are fixed in cleaning the case 3 outside. A microphone or touch screen display may be selected when the overall device-related component is activated. The controller receives and processes the voice signal or the touch signal and sends an instruction.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the integral device is moved to a highway crack through the grab handle 9, the push rod 10 and the moving wheel 2, the pump body 5 is started to draw the cleaning water tank 4 into the three-way structure 17, and high-pressure water columns are sprayed to the highway crack from an outlet 23 at the lower end of the three-way structure 17 for high-pressure washing.
When high-pressure flushing is not needed, the high-pressure jet pump 12 is started to convey high-pressure gas into the three-way structure 7, and the high-pressure gas is blown to the road crack through the outlet 23 to blow out dust in the road crack; meanwhile, to prevent dust from occurring, the suction pump 11 is started to suck surrounding dust into the suction hood 16.
In the dust suction process, dust is sucked into the cover body 24 and is trapped by the first stage filter screen 26, the second stage filter screen 27 and the third stage filter screen 28 in sequence. A microphone or touch screen display may be selected when the overall device-related component is activated.
