Abstract
本发明涉及连续生产包装坯的方法和设备。包装坯用于运输书籍,其制造步骤包括:以纸板带卷拉取纸板带(1W),纸板带表面在对应于包装坯长度的距离涂有粘合剂区(19)。与纸板带(1W)剪切装置同步驱动的柱链传送带(14)向粘合剂区(19)供送内包装纸(29)。
Description
本发明涉及连续生产包坯的方法,在这种方法中,纸板带连续从卷中拉出,且通过一对有槽的一滚筒进行适当起皱,其长度方向的刻线距纸板带两边距离较短。长度方向向邻近刻线处涂有粘合剂带,纸板带边可沿刻线双向折叠。
本发明还涉及连续生产包装坯的设备,这种设备由纸板带卷架,使纸板带以适度曲折的方式通过的一对槽滚,装有在纸板带边缘附近生产长度方向刻线的刻盘的一对滚筒,在刻线附近涂覆粘合剂的粘合台,沿刻线弯折纸板带的折叠器,将纸板带边缘压到粘合剂层的一对压滚,包括在连续波拉取纸板带的纸板带下游端内的主拉取装置,将纸板带切成适当长度包装坯的主拉取装置的剪切部件构成。
上述类型的方法和设备在专利申请人的专利出版物EP0,512,355中已有描述。在那类方法中,最终的包装坯完全由纸板带材料构成。因为成品的包装一侧没有三块纸板(有时甚至是五块),而另一侧仅有一块,所以材料的使用不是最佳化的。
发明的目的之一就是提供一种改进的方法和设备,能够连续、大批量地用两种不同的材料即纸板和纸连续生产,就材料使用而言,包装坯是最佳化的,适应于稳固、防护性地包装不同规格的书籍。
发明的另一目的就是提供一种方法和设备,能够大量利用较薄的纸板和预卷边,象ED0,512,355提出的一样。
该发明方法的特征就是按描述方法处理的连续纸板的表面涂有粘合剂区,粘合剂区从长度上讲对准待生产的包装材料的长度,纸带的边缘部分折叠到中间部分的上面,这样的边缘部分相互叠压,折叠的纸带被切成带条,形或包装坯的内包装纸并且在纸带被连续拉向主拉取部件时传送到与粘合剂区对准的纸板带的,最后在内包装纸间的适当位置将纸板带切成精确长度的包装坯料。
为了在高传送速度下将内包装纸带放到正确位置,最好是控制内包装纸带的供应和对准及粘合剂区的对准与纸板带剪切同步。
虽然内包装纸带可用单独生产工艺制作并且可以从纸卷传到纸板带上,但最好是纸带从与纸板相同的制备机器中的滚上连续拉出。纸板带拉出的速度是纸带拉出速度的两倍以上。这可以减少内包装纸卷所需的单独处理过程。
本发明设备的特点就是为在纸板带上定期涂粘合剂,设备可以进一步在压滚对的下游上粘合剂的喷嘴,这样可以在对应于包装坯长度的距离形成粘合剂区,以及对准和传送装置其用于将单独的内包装纸条带传送到与所说的粘合剂区对准的纸板带上。
为了保证内包装纸带条传送到高速传送的,直至后来才被剪切的连续纸板带上的正确位置,最好是从纸板带剪切装置到柱链传送带设置传动装置,用以传送内包装纸带条,使其与粘合剂区对准。
现参照以下附图对本发明进行详细描述图1,示出了实施这种方法的机器的侧视示意图;
图1A示出了图1中机器的局部放大比例图,
其中纸板带经过一对有槽的卷边用滚筒;
图2示出了将内包装纸带传送到纸板带上的基本生产方法的整体图;
图3示出了沿图2中的III—III线截面的纸板带;
图4示出了用本发明方法制作的包装坯的整体图。它由外纸板1P和内包装纸2P构成。
图4示出了用本发明方法和设备制的适合于运输各种不同尺寸书籍用的包装坯。矩形的外层纸板1P具有带限定包装坯侧边的折叠线21的双折叠边缘部分23。在完成的包装之中,边缘加固部分23可以保护及加强端面边缘和包装角。单个边缘加固部分23的宽度约为包装坯宽度的5-20%,最好是8-15%,在1张纸板1P的中间使用粘合剂固定横向内包装纸,横向内包装纸具有可以在坯中间部分相互重叠的自由端。内包装纸2P具有折叠线22,它在折叠线21之内。为了将包装坯制成适于不同规格书籍,内包装纸必须由纸构成,而不是刚性纸板。这种类型的包装可见先前的专利出版物US 4,627,223。因为这种包装具有多种用途,本发明的目的是提供一种可高速度连续生产这种包装坯的方法和设备。
卷架1支撑一个纸带卷1r,以便从该处拉取纸板带1W。纸板由改密的浆料形成,厚度约为0.2-0.8mm,最好是0.3-05mm。纸板的重量约为200-600g/m2,最好是250-500g/m2。如果有必要,纸板带通常要经过一个打印装置3,以便在纸板表面打印所需图案和/或文字。然后纸板带1w经过槽滚4。象图1A更为精确示出的那样,槽滚4设有网槽26和脊条25以便在纸板带上形成适度的皱纹。槽滚4的间隙应进行调节,这样脊条25不会将纸板强力地压紧在网槽26底部上,因此纸板会略微起皱但不改变其通常的刚性。然而当纸板绕书折叠时,折叠沿平行于皱纹方向线进行,因此包装的外观整齐且角部不会产生易造成撕开的尖角。
另外,纸板带1w要经过具有环行夹持器的刻线滚5,纸板经过环形夹持器进行压制形成折线21,因此刻线环间的轴向距离限定了包装坯的宽度。粘合工位6用于在折线21附近涂覆长度方向的窄粘合剂带。折叠器用于双向折叠边缘23,一对压滚8用于保证边缘23的胶粘连接。
例如梳状粘合剂喷嘴9用于在纸板带1W上定期地涂覆粘合剂,形成粘合剂区19,粘合剂区间隔等于包装坯长度并且纸板方向长度不超过内包装纸2P的相应长度。在纸板带1W进入一对折叠滚15中间之前,内包装纸2P就被传送到纸板带1W上且与粘合区19对准。
一对拉取滚12用于从安装在卷架2上的卷2r上连续拉取形成内包装纸带2W,如标号10示出的那样,纸带边缘部分(24,图4)折叠到纸板带中间,以重叠形式相互叠在一起。折叠通过滚11完成,折叠纸带按内包装长度通过横切滚13切断。切下的内包装纸通过柱链传送带14向前传送,传送带通过速度及柱间距离14决定着内包装纸2P的传送间隔。传送带14是水平的,纸板带1W从下面斜着到达折叠滚15。从折叠滚15,复合带在主拉取滚17的牵引下继续沿水平方向前进。
为了保证内包装纸2P与粘合剂区19的对准,主拉取装置17,剪切装置18和纸板带1W用的柱链传送带14都设有相互同步驱的动装置,这样可以提供机械连接的传动。因此即使在高生产速度下也不会产生漂移。主拉取滚17可以以高速拉取纸板带1W,这一速度与受滚12影的纸带2W拉取速度相比要快一倍以上。这一速度比决定了一张纸板1P与内包装纸2P的剪切长度比,这一比并不太重要,因为灵活性的缘故,纸做的内包装纸2P无论如何也不会限制待生产的包装的宽度,因此,内包装纸2P可以比待生产的包装宽些或窄些,并且外部纸板1P还总是可以紧紧地将书或一捆书包起来。
为了保证粘合剂区19涂在其后被剪切的纸板1P中间,粘合剂喷嘴9中阀门20的周期性工作与剪切装置18的工作同步,这样剪切总是定位在粘合剂区19(图工中的点划线)之间的无粘合剂区的中央。
纸板带1W上的内包装纸2P的尺寸通过滚16及主拉取滚17和装有横向切刀的构成足够大滚的纸板带剪切装置18得到保证。图4示出的包装坯成品叠在一起,打捆准备发运。包装坯可以通过专利文献EP0,273,240,EP0,378,783和EP94,107,559,0描述的自动机器包装不同尺寸的书籍。
Claims (7)
1.一种连续生产包装坯的方法,在这种方法中纸板带(1W)连续从滚(1r)中拉取,并导过一对槽滚(4)以便使纸板适度起皱纹,长度方向的刻线(21)距离纸板带(1W)两边距离较小,长度方向粘合剂区涂在邻近刻线(21)处,纸板带(1W)的边缘(23)可沿刻线(21)双向折叠,这种方法的特征在于:如上述那样处理的连续纸板带(1W)的表面涂有粘合剂区(19),其长度相应于待生产的包装坯的长度,纸带(2W)的边缘部分(24)折叠在中间部分上面使边缘部分可以相互叠在一起,并且如上述那样折叠的纸带被切成形成包装坯的内包装的纸带(2P),并在纸板带(1W)被连续拉向主拉取装置(17)的同时被送到所说的纸板带(1W)的上面,与所说的粘合剂区对准,然后在内包装纸(2P)间的位置处将纸板带(1W)切成精密长度的包装坯。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于内包装纸带(2P)的供应与对准和粘合剂区(19)的对准与纸板带(1W)的剪切部件(18)的工作同步地受到控制。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于纸带(2W)从与纸板带(1W)相同的制作机中的滚中连续拉取,纸板带以2倍以上的纸带速度拉取。
4.连续生产包装坯的设备,这种设备由纸板带(1W)的卷架(1),一对以适度曲折方式导过纸板带的槽滚(4),装有在邻件纸板带边缘产生长度方向刻线(21)的刻盘的一对滚(5),在刻线附件涂粘合剂的粘剂台,沿刻线(21)弯折线板带边缘(1W)的折叠器,将纸板带两边压到粘合剂层上的一对压滚(8),纸板带(1W)下游的主拉取装置(17),交纸板带切成适当长度包装坯的拉取装置下游的剪切装置(18)构成,其特征是设备还包括所述一对压滚(8)下游的粘合剂喷嘴(9),其用于将粘合剂施加在纸板带(1W)上,以便在对应包装坯长度的距离形成粘合剂区,以及对准和传送装置(14,14)。其用于将分开的内包装纸带条(2P)传送到纸板带(1W)上,与所说的粘合剂区对准。
5.如权利要求4所述的设备,其特征是在从纸板带剪切装置(18)到使内包装纸带条与粘合剂区对准的柱链传送带(14,14’)之间设有传动装置。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征是纸板带(1W)的主拉取装置(17),剪切装置(18)和柱链传送带(14)设有相互同步的驱动装置,因此可以为其设置机械式连接的传动装置。
7.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征是粘合剂喷嘴(9)内的一个阀门(20)的定期工作与剪切装置(18)的工作同步,这样剪切总是定位在粘合剂区(19)之间的无粘合剂区中间的位置。
