one end of the warning component (4) is connected with the top of the first fixed seat (11), and the other end of the warning component is connected with the top of the second fixed seat (12);
the outer wall of the first fixed seat (11) is also provided with a first lock hole (31), and the first lock hole (31) is connected with the first magnetic module direction adjusting component (21); a second lock hole (32) is further formed in the outer wall of the second fixed seat (12), and the second lock hole (32) is connected with the second magnetic module direction adjusting component (22);
the two ends of the warning component (4) are respectively provided with a first connecting part (41) and a second connecting part (42); the first connecting portion (41) is connected with the first fixing seat (11), and the second connecting portion (42) is connected with the second fixing seat (12).

s2: pulling the warning assembly (4) to enable the second fixed seat (12) to be located at the appropriate position on the other side of the to-be-warned protection position, rotating the second magnetic module direction adjusting assembly (22), enabling the bottom plate of the second fixed seat (12) to be magnetized by the plurality of second magnetic modules and have magnetism, and enabling the second fixed seat (12) to be magnetically connected with the appropriate position on the other side of the to-be-warned protection position to complete the fixation of the manhole lock;
s3: after the protection warning requirement is finished, rotating a second magnetic module direction-adjusting assembly (22), demagnetizing a bottom plate of the second fixed seat (12), and magnetically disconnecting the second fixed seat (12) from the proper position on the other side of the position to be warned to finish the dismounting of the second fixed seat (12);
