the front wheel section and the rear wheel section of the main supporting pipe are connected through a double-hinge mechanism, so that the front wheel section and the rear wheel section can be folded into a U shape; the double-hinge mechanism is provided with a locking mechanism which can selectively fix the front wheel section and the rear wheel section; the double-hinge mechanism comprises a connecting pipe and two hinges arranged on one side of the connecting pipe, one ends of the two hinges are connected to the connecting pipe, the other ends of the two hinges are connected to the front wheel section and the rear wheel section respectively, the locking mechanism is arranged on the other side of the connecting pipe and comprises two racks and a rotating button meshed between tooth parts of the two racks, and the rotating button drives the racks to move relatively or oppositely to lock the front wheel section and the rear wheel section with rotation.
