Abstract
The invention discloses an air guide assembly and a vehicle, which comprise an air guide plate, a bracket and a driving assembly, wherein the air guide plate is positioned at the joint of a rear-row blowing face air pipe and a switching air pipe, the lower end of the switching air pipe is communicated with the rear-row blowing face air pipe, and the upper end of the switching air pipe is connected with a cup stand shell of a central control box; the left edge and the right edge of the air deflector are connected with rotating shafts, the bracket comprises two rod bodies, one end of each rod body is connected with the inner wall of the rear row blowing face air pipe or the switching air pipe, and the other end of each rod body is provided with a through hole for allowing the rotating shaft to pass through; the driving assembly is connected with the air deflector and used for driving the air deflector to rotate around the rotating shaft. The air distribution and trend of the ventilation structure can be realized, and the requirements of different use scenes are met.

The air guide assembly comprises an air guide plate, a bracket and a driving assembly, wherein the air guide plate is positioned at the joint of a rear-row blowing face air pipe and a switching air pipe, the lower end of the switching air pipe is communicated with the rear-row blowing face air pipe, and the upper end of the switching air pipe is connected with a cup stand shell of a central control box; the left edge and the right edge of the air deflector are connected with rotating shafts, the bracket comprises two rod bodies, one end of each rod body is connected with the inner wall of the rear row blowing face air pipe or the switching air pipe, and the other end of each rod body is provided with a through hole for allowing the rotating shaft to pass through; the driving assembly is connected with the air deflector and used for driving the air deflector to rotate around the rotating shaft.

2. The driving assembly comprises the rack capable of moving up and down and the driven gear fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, good working stability and low cost, and is beneficial to large-scale popularization and application.
3. The wind deflector is wedge-shaped and gradually increases in thickness from front to back, and has a guiding effect when wind in the rear-row blowing face wind pipe is required to be guided into the switching wind pipe, and the wind deflector with the wedge-shaped structure can reduce wind resistance when wind in the rear-row blowing face wind pipe is not required to be guided into the switching wind pipe, so that wind in the rear-row blowing face wind pipe can be ensured to be normally blown to the rear row.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the air guide assembly comprises an air guide plate 1, a support 2 and a driving assembly 3, wherein the air guide plate 1 is positioned at the joint of a rear row of blowing face air pipes 4 and a transfer air pipe 5, the lower end of the transfer air pipe 5 is communicated with the rear row of blowing face air pipes 4, the upper end of the transfer air pipe is connected with a shell of a cup stand 6 of a central control box, and the middle parts of the left edge and the right edge of the air guide plate 1 are connected with rotating shafts 11. Referring to fig. 5, the bracket 2 includes two rod bodies 21, the upper ends of the rod bodies 21 are connected with the inner wall of the adapting air pipe 5, and the lower ends are provided with through holes 22 through which the accommodating shafts 11 pass.
The driving assembly 3 is connected with the air deflector 1 and is used for driving the air deflector 1 to rotate around the rotating shaft 11. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the driving assembly 3 includes a rack 31 capable of moving up and down and a driven gear 32 fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 11, the upper end of the rack 11 is connected with the switch 8 on the central control box panel 7, the switch 8 controls the rack 11 to move up, move down and stop moving, the lower end is provided with a meshing part 311 correspondingly matched with the driven gear 32, and when the rack 31 moves up and down, the driven gear 32 is driven to move, so that the air deflector 1 rotates around the rotating shaft 11. In order to improve the structural strength of the rack 31 and prolong the service life of the rack 31, a reinforcing part 312 is arranged on the side surface of the rack 31 opposite to the meshing part 311, the reinforcing part 312 is in a hollow triangle shape, so that the effect of enhancing the structural strength of the rack can be achieved, and meanwhile, the hollow in the middle plays a role of reducing the weight.

When the wind in the rear-row blowing face wind pipe 4 is not required to be led into the switching wind pipe 5, the wind resistance of the wind deflector 1 with the wedge-shaped structure can be reduced, and the wind of the rear-row blowing face wind pipe 4 can be ensured to be normally blown to the rear row.
During concrete assembly, the upper ends of the rod bodies 21 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the switching air pipe 5, the distance between the two rod bodies 21 is determined according to the width of the air deflector 1 in the left-right direction, then the rotating shaft 11 at the left-right edge of the air deflector 1 passes through the through hole 22 at the lower end of the rod body 21, the driven gear 32 is fixed on the part of the rotating shaft 11 protruding out of the through hole 22, the air deflector 1 is driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 11 when the driven gear 32 rotates, the upper end of the rack 31 is connected with the switch 8, and the meshing part 311 at the lower end of the rack 31 is meshed with the gear ring of the driven gear 32.
Referring to fig. 5, when heating or cooling of the articles in the cup stand 6 is not needed, the air door at the bottom of the Guan Bibei body is in a horizontal state, namely a dotted line state in fig. 5, at this time, the air guide plate 1 does not influence the normal air outlet of the rear-row blowing face air pipe 4. When the articles in the cup stand 6 need to be heated or refrigerated, the air door at the bottom of the cup body is opened, the switch on the middle control box panel 7 is pressed, the rack 31 starts to move downwards, the driven gear 32 is driven to rotate anticlockwise, and then the air deflector is driven to rotate anticlockwise to a specified position, namely, the front end of the air deflector 1 moves downwards, the rear end moves upwards until the air deflector 1 is in a front low and rear high inclined state, so that the air of the rear-row blowing face air pipe 4 is guided into the transfer air pipe 5, the air quantity adjustment can be realized by adjusting the inclined angle of the air deflector 1, and the air conditioner is simple in structure and convenient and quick to operate. After the heating or cooling of the articles in the cup holder 6 is completed, the switch is pressed, so that the rack 31 moves upwards to return to the original position. Through adjusting the rotation angle of the air deflector 1, the air quantity distribution and trend of the ventilation structure of the cup stand of the central control box are realized, and the requirements of different use scenes are met.
A vehicle comprises a central control box assembly, wherein the central control box assembly comprises the air guide assembly.
