Abstract

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a multifunctional rescue vehicle mainly comprises a power system 5, an injection system 1, an overhead working system 2, a hoisting system 3, a lighting device 4 and a multifunctional obstacle removing device 21, and can rapidly reach a rescue site and perform rescue through multiple functions.
The power system 5 comprises a chassis 11 and a power takeoff 12, the power takeoff 12 is connected with the power system of the chassis 11, and the power takeoff 12 outputs power from the chassis 11 for driving a hydraulic system 18 and the like.
The spray system 1 comprises a liquid delivery system 10, a water tank 15. The water tank 15 is connected with the frame 16, the liquid conveying system 10 is attached to and fixed on the arm body 7, and the liquid conveying system 10 can convey the fire extinguishing agent in the water tank 15 to the high altitude for high altitude spraying operation, so that the fire extinguishing function is realized. The injection system 1 is controlled by an electrical system 17 and a hydraulic system 18.
The aerial work system 2 comprises a frame 16, legs 13, a turntable 8, a slewing mechanism 14, an arm 7, a levelling device 19 and a work platform 20. The frame 16 is connected with the chassis 11, the support legs 13 are connected with the frame 16, the rotary table 8 is connected with the frame 16 through the rotary mechanism 14, the arm body 7 is connected with the rotary table 8, the rotary mechanism 7 can drive the rotary tables 8 and 7 to do rotary motion, the leveling device 19 and the working platform 20 are connected with the arm body 7, the leveling device 19 and the working platform 20 lift along with the arm body 7, and the leveling device 19 ensures that the working platform 20 is always kept horizontal, so that an operator can work aloft. The aerial work system 2 is controlled by an electrical system 17 and a hydraulic system 18.
The arm body 7 adopts a parallelogram linkage mode and comprises a linked parallelogram connecting rod IA, a linked parallelogram connecting rod IIB and a linked parallelogram connecting rod IIIC. The three-section arm body is synchronously lifted through the pushing of the arm body amplitude-variable oil cylinder and the parallelogram connecting rod IA, the parallelogram connecting rod IIB and the parallelogram connecting rod IIIC, so that the movement efficiency is greatly improved.
The sling system 3 comprises a hoist 6 and a hook 9 connected by a hoisting rope. The winch 6 is fixed at the rear end of the highest arm body 7. The lifting hook 9 is arranged at the front end of the highest arm body 7 and used for carrying out lifting operation. The hoist system 2 is controlled by an electrical system 17 and a hydraulic system 18.
The lighting device 4 is mounted at the front end of the highest arm body 7. The lighting device 3 is a light which is controlled by an electrical system 17. The light can provide the illumination function to can follow arm 7, make this product be convenient for carry out night work.
The multifunctional obstacle deflector 21 is installed at the front end of the chassis 11. The multifunctional obstacle deflector 4 has a blade, a hydraulic shear, and the like, and can perform blade pushing, clamping, and rotating operations to remove obstacles. The multifunctional obstacle deflector 4 is controlled by an electrical system 17 and a hydraulic system 18.
