7. A ventilation assembly comprising a grille assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.

8. The ventilation assembly of claim 7, wherein the fixed base (1) is provided with an air inlet, and the air inlet is covered by the area occupied by the ventilation holes on the grid plate (2).

9. The ventilation assembly according to claim 8, characterized in that the grille assembly comprises a filter element including a filter screen (3), the filter screen (3) is sandwiched between the fixed base (1) and the grille plate (2), and the filter screen (3) covers all the ventilation holes.

10. An air conditioner for a vehicle, comprising a grille assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 or a ventilation assembly as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9.
