本发明涉及建筑防水材料技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种电阻式多点防水卷材及其开裂状态监测方法。
背景技术
卷材作为一种功能性保护材料,广泛应用于建筑墙体、屋面、隧道、公路以及垃圾填埋场等场所,起到隔绝、保护等作用;可有效抵御外界雨水、地下渗水的卷曲状柔性建材产品,是工程防护、防水的一道屏障,对整个工程的质量起着至关重要的作用。防水卷材作为卷材产品中最重要的一类产品,目前用于建筑防水工程的防水卷材种类很多,其中包括采用沥青类,高分子类防水卷材,以其优异的防水性能、简单的施工方式、多样性的产品体系及适中的价格,得到了市场的广泛认可。然而,现有技术中,防水卷材在经过长时间使用后,其会出现老化开裂的现象,导致其防水性能下降,特别是,若用户不能及时发现这种情况,会给用户带来了安全隐患。
专利号CN201720130633.3公开了一种智能防水卷材和智能楼宇,其包括卷材本体、多个湿敏电阻、控制器及报警器,由于防水卷材没有老化开裂时,湿敏电阻被包裹在卷材本体内,不会与外界空气中的水气接触,在防水卷材出现老化开裂后,湿敏电阻会通过缝隙与外界空气中的水气接触,从而改变湿敏电阻的电阻值,控制器根据湿敏电阻的电阻值的变化判断出防水卷材出现了老化开裂的状况,进而向报警器发送报警信号,使得报警器能够及时地向用户发出警告,相比于技术,明显地降低了安全隐患。
然而,上述专利在使用时存在以下缺陷:由于传统的防水卷材的面积较大,在实际应用过程中当湿敏电阻中的电阻值发生变化时则可以判断出防水卷材出现了老化开裂,从而使得其可以对防水卷材的老化开裂状态进行检测,但是其不能对精确的定位得到防水卷材中具体的开裂位置,从而使得后续工作人员进行修复时需要花费较多的时间进行开裂部位的寻找,不仅加大了工作人员的劳动量,而且还极大的降低了工作人员的工作效果,不能很好的满足于人们的使用需求。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种电阻式多点防水卷材及其开裂状态监测方法,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
为此,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种电阻式多点防水卷材,包括卷材本体,该卷材本体的顶部和底部均设置有PE隔膜层,卷材本体的一侧顶部均匀贯穿开设有若干第一安装孔,第一安装孔的内部均设置有第一高分子导电条,卷材本体一端的底部均匀贯穿开设有若干第二安装孔,第二安装孔的内部均设置有第二高分子导电条;卷材本体一端的底部贯穿开设有第一凹槽,第一凹槽的内顶部设置有若干热熔胶条,热熔胶条的中部均穿插设置有热熔丝,卷材本体另一端的顶部贯穿开设有第二凹槽,且第二凹槽的内底部均匀开设有若干与热熔胶条相配合的梯形槽。
进一步的,卷材本体的厚度为0.2mm~1.2mm,PE隔膜层的厚度为0.05-0.2mm。卷材本体包括基层,基层的材质为高密度聚乙烯树脂、乙丙橡胶或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,基层的顶部和底部均设置有弹性体改性沥青层,弹性体改性沥青层远离基层的一侧均设置有无纺布层,无纺布层远离弹性体改性沥青层的一侧均设置有自粘胶层。
进一步的,PE隔膜层远离卷材本体的一侧设置有阻燃层,阻燃层远离PE隔膜层的一侧设置有抗紫外线层。抗紫外线层远离阻燃层的一侧设置有耐磨层,耐磨层远离抗紫外线层的一侧设置有防水层,防水层的原料为改性沥青和顺酐化SBS橡胶。
进一步的,该防水卷材还包括设置于卷材本体外的控制器及报警器,且第一高分子导电条和第二高分子导电条均通过导线与控制器电连接,且控制器与报警器电连接。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种电阻式多点防水卷材的开裂状态监测方法,该监测方法包括以下步骤:
S1、利用预设的导线将第一高分子导电条和第二高分子导电条与控制器连接,并对该导线依次进行编号;
S2、利用控制器实时监测若干第一高分子导电条和第二高分子导电条的电阻值,并将检测的电阻值与导线编号进行一一对应得到统计表;
S3、将统计表中检测得到的电阻值与预设的电阻值进行分析比对,并依据分析比对结果对防水卷材的开裂状态进行判断;
S4、利用统计表找到与预设电阻值不符的高分子导电条相对应的导线编号,并利用阻值计算公式计算得到该高分子导电条的实际长度;
S5、依据计算得到高分子导电条的实际长度及第一高分子导电条和第二高分子导电条的预设长度分析得到卷材本体的开裂位置。

本发明的有益效果为:
1)、通过设置有第一高分子导电条和第二高分子导电条,不仅可以利用不同高分子导电条之间的电阻测量值来实现对高分子防水卷材渗漏情况的监测,实现防水卷材渗漏点的精确定位,而且还可以利用计算的高分子导电条实际长度及与该高分子导电条相对应的导线编号来精确定位到防水卷材的开裂位置,从而可以实现对防水卷材开裂位置的精度定位,不仅有效地降低了工作人员后续修复时的寻找时间,而且还有效地提高了工作人员的工作效果,可以更好地满足于人们的使用需求。
2)、通过设置有热熔胶条和热熔丝,使得热熔丝可以对热熔胶条进行加热,从而能够使得搭接后的防水卷材能够稳定可靠的融为一体;通过设置有阻燃层、抗紫外线层、耐磨层及防水层,从而不仅可以有效地提高防水卷材的阻燃性能及抗紫外线性能,而且还可以有效地提高防水卷材的耐磨及防水性能,从而可以更好地满足于人们的使用需求。

根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种电阻式多点防水卷材及其开裂状态监测方法。
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明,如图1-5所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种电阻式多点防水卷材,包括卷材本体1,该卷材本体1的顶部和底部均设置有PE隔膜层2,卷材本体1的一侧顶部均匀贯穿开设有若干第一安装孔3,第一安装孔3的内部均设置有第一高分子导电条4,卷材本体1一端的底部均匀贯穿开设有若干第二安装孔5,第二安装孔5的内部均设置有第二高分子导电条6;卷材本体1一端的底部贯穿开设有第一凹槽7,第一凹槽7的内顶部设置有若干热熔胶条8,且该橡胶为天然橡胶,热熔胶条8的中部均穿插设置有热熔丝9,卷材本体1另一端的顶部贯穿开设有第二凹槽10,且第二凹槽10的内底部均匀开设有若干与热熔胶条8相配合的梯形槽11,该防水卷材还包括设置于卷材本体1外的控制器及报警器,且第一高分子导电条4和第二高分子导电条6均通过导线与控制器电连接,且控制器与报警器电连接。
具体应用时,高分子导电条是由导电高分子材料通过成型模具挤出而成,高分子导电层是在高分子防水卷材挤出成型时一起复合成型的,高分子导电条为线型排布于卷材本体1的内部,每两条高分子导电条之间相隔一定间距,该间距直接关系到渗漏监测精度。通过对不同的高分子导电条之间的电阻进行检测,实现对高分子防水卷材渗漏的监测。不渗漏时,任何两条高分子导电条之间均为断路状态,阻值为无限大,一旦防水卷材出现渗漏,两条高分子导电条之间由于水的存在导致连通,通过测量其阻值,可以判定连通位置距离测量点的距离。即通过连通的两条高分子导电条来确定渗漏点的横向位置,通过阻值大小来确定渗漏点的纵向位置。
此外,第一高分子导电条4位于第二高分子导电条6的上方,且第一高分子导电条4与第二高分子导电条6为异面垂直设置,从而使得防水卷材无论是在横向开裂还是在纵向开裂均可以带动高分子导电条中电阻值的变化,从而可以实现对开裂位置的精确定位;
其中,卷材本体1的厚度为0.2mm~1.2mm,PE隔膜层2的厚度为0.05-0.2mm。卷材本体1包括基层101,基层101的顶部和底部均设置有弹性体改性沥青层102,弹性体改性沥青层102远离基层101的一侧均设置有无纺布层103,无纺布层103远离弹性体改性沥青层102的一侧均设置有自粘胶层104,基层101的材质为高密度聚乙烯树脂、乙丙橡胶或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
PE隔膜层2远离卷材本体1的一侧设置有阻燃层12,阻燃层12远离PE隔膜层2的一侧设置有抗紫外线层13。抗紫外线层13远离阻燃层12的一侧设置有耐磨层14,耐磨层14远离抗紫外线层13的一侧设置有防水层15,防水层15的原料为改性沥青和顺酐化SBS橡胶。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,提供了一种电阻式多点防水卷材的开裂状态监测方法,该监测方法包括以下步骤:
S1、利用预设的导线将第一高分子导电条4和第二高分子导电条6与控制器连接,并对该导线依次进行编号;
S2、利用控制器实时监测若干第一高分子导电条4和第二高分子导电条6的电阻值,并将检测的电阻值与导线编号进行一一对应得到统计表;
S3、将统计表中检测得到的电阻值与预设的电阻值进行分析比对,并依据分析比对结果对防水卷材的开裂状态进行判断;
S4、利用统计表找到与预设电阻值不符的高分子导电条相对应的导线编号,并利用阻值计算公式计算得到该高分子导电条的实际长度;
其中,S4中的阻值计算公式如下:
式中,R为高分子导电条的电阻值,ρ为高分子导电条的电阻率,L为高分子导电条的长度,S为高分子导电条的横截面积。
S5、依据计算得到高分子导电条的实际长度及第一高分子导电条4和第二高分子导电条6的预设长度分析得到卷材本体1的开裂位置。
其中,第一高分子导电条4和第二高分子导电条6的横截面积相同,第一高分子导电条4的长度大于第二高分子导电条6的长度。
综上,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过设置有第一高分子导电条4和第二高分子导电条6,不仅可以利用不同高分子导电条之间的电阻测量值来实现对高分子防水卷材渗漏情况的监测,实现防水卷材渗漏点的精确定位,而且还可以利用计算的高分子导电条实际长度及与该高分子导电条相对应的导线编号来精确定位到防水卷材的开裂位置,从而可以实现对防水卷材开裂位置的精度定位,不仅有效地降低了工作人员后续修复时的寻找时间,而且还有效地提高了工作人员的工作效果,可以更好地满足于人们的使用需求。
此外,通过设置有热熔胶条8和热熔丝9,使得热熔丝9可以对热熔胶条8进行加热,从而能够使得搭接后的防水卷材能够稳定可靠的融为一体;通过设置有阻燃层12、抗紫外线层13、耐磨层14及防水层15,从而不仅可以有效地提高防水卷材的阻燃性能及抗紫外线性能,而且还可以有效地提高防水卷材的耐磨及防水性能,从而可以更好地满足于人们的使用需求。

Claims (10)
1.一种电阻式多点防水卷材,包括卷材本体(1),该卷材本体(1)的顶部和底部均设置有PE隔膜层(2),其特征在于:
所述卷材本体(1)的一侧顶部均匀贯穿开设有若干第一安装孔(3),所述第一安装孔(3)的内部均设置有第一高分子导电条(4),所述卷材本体(1)一端的底部均匀贯穿开设有若干第二安装孔(5),所述第二安装孔(5)的内部均设置有第二高分子导电条(6);
所述卷材本体(1)一端的底部贯穿开设有第一凹槽(7),所述第一凹槽(7)的内顶部设置有若干热熔胶条(8),所述热熔胶条(8)的中部均穿插设置有热熔丝(9),所述卷材本体(1)另一端的顶部贯穿开设有第二凹槽(10),且所述第二凹槽(10)的内底部均匀开设有若干与所述热熔胶条(8)相配合的梯形槽(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电阻式多点防水卷材,其特征在于,所述卷材本体(1)的厚度为0.2mm~1.2mm,所述PE隔膜层(2)的厚度为0.05-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电阻式多点防水卷材,其特征在于,所述卷材本体(1)包括基层(101),所述基层(101)的顶部和底部均设置有弹性体改性沥青层(102),所述弹性体改性沥青层(102)远离所述基层(101)的一侧均设置有无纺布层(103),所述无纺布层(103)远离所述弹性体改性沥青层(102)的一侧均设置有自粘胶层(104)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电阻式多点防水卷材,其特征在于,所述PE隔膜层(2)远离所述卷材本体(1)的一侧设置有阻燃层(12),所述阻燃层(12)远离所述PE隔膜层(2)的一侧设置有抗紫外线层(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电阻式多点防水卷材,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线层(13)远离所述阻燃层(12)的一侧设置有所述耐磨层(14),所述耐磨层(14)远离所述抗紫外线层(13)的一侧设置有防水层(15)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电阻式多点防水卷材,其特征在于,所述基层(101)的材质为高密度聚乙烯树脂、乙丙橡胶或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,所述防水层(15)的原料为改性沥青和顺酐化SBS橡胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种电阻式多点防水卷材,其特征在于,该防水卷材还包括设置于所述卷材本体(1)外的控制器及报警器,且所述第一高分子导电条(4)和所述第二高分子导电条(6)均通过导线与所述控制器电连接,且所述控制器与所述报警器电连接。
8.一种电阻式多点防水卷材的开裂状态监测方法,用于实现权利要求1-7中任一所述的电阻式多点防水卷材的开裂状态监测,其特征在于,该监测方法包括以下步骤:
S1、利用预设的导线将第一高分子导电条(4)和第二高分子导电条(6)与控制器连接,并对该导线依次进行编号;
S2、利用控制器实时监测若干第一高分子导电条(4)和第二高分子导电条(6)的电阻值,并将检测的电阻值与导线编号进行一一对应得到统计表;
S3、将统计表中检测得到的电阻值与预设的电阻值进行分析比对,并依据分析比对结果对防水卷材的开裂状态进行判断;
S4、利用统计表找到与预设电阻值不符的高分子导电条相对应的导线编号,并利用阻值计算公式计算得到该高分子导电条的实际长度;
S5、依据计算得到高分子导电条的实际长度及第一高分子导电条(4)和第二高分子导电条(6)的预设长度分析得到卷材本体(1)的开裂位置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种电阻式多点防水卷材的开裂状态监测方法,其特征在于,所述第一高分子导电条(4)和所述第二高分子导电条(6)的横截面积相同,所述第一高分子导电条(4)的长度大于所述第二高分子导电条(6)的长度。
