The environment-friendly stabilizer is WD-3, the processing aid is P-105, the foaming agent is J-200, the foaming regulator is P-530, the PE wax is 1020 wax, and the internal lubricant is G-60.
Preferably, the temperature of the hot pot in the mixing in the step S2 is raised to 110-130 ℃ from normal temperature, and the temperature raising time is 3-8 minutes.
Preferably, the mixture in the mixing of the step S2 is cooled to 45-55 ℃ in a cold mixing pot in a natural cooling mode.
