Then, the second motor 313 drives the second gear 314 to rotate to shift the convex teeth, so that the locking ring 33 rotates clockwise on the limiting cylinder 32, the limiting cylinder 32 is kept still, the wedge-shaped groove 38 is driven by the locking ring 33 to push the limiting nail 36, the limiting nail 36 can abut against the cylindrical graphite product to fix the cylindrical graphite product, and the limiting pile 310 is matched with the limiting tooth groove 39 to limit the locking ring 33, because the limiting pile 310 can extend and retract on the limiting cylinder 32, and the clamping teeth on the limiting pile 310 are inclined in the clockwise direction, the locking ring 33 does not need to actively push the limiting pile 310 into the limiting cylinder 32 when rotating clockwise.
Then, the first motor 35 drives the first driven gear 34 to rotate, the first driven gear 34 drives a gear ring meshed with the first driven gear to rotate, the gear ring drives the limiting cylinder 32 to rotate, the limiting cylinder 32 drives the product to rotate, then, the power supply of the servo motor 22 is switched on, the servo motor 22 drives the screw 23 to rotate, and as a threaded hole matched with the screw 23 is formed in one side below the L-shaped plate 24, the screw 23 drives the L-shaped plate 24 to move when rotating, the first hydraulic cylinder 25 drives the concave plate 26 to move, the sand grinding roller 28 is in contact with the product, the grinding motor 27 drives the sand grinding roller 28 to rotate after the contact, the sand grinding roller 28 can grind the product, and grinding work can be performed on each position on the product in the processes of rotating the product and moving the L-shaped plate 24;
further, in the coping process, the power supplies of the stepping motor 45 and the motor 49 are respectively connected, so that the stepping motor 45 continuously rotates forward and backward, the stepping motor 45 drives the transmission wheel 43 to rotate, the transmission wheel 43 drives the transmission belt 44 to continuously move back and forth, the transmission belt 44 on the upper layer drives the sliding strip block 46 to continuously slide back and forth on the two limiting shafts 411, the motor 49 drives the main gear 410 to rotate, the main gear 410 drives the driven gear three 47 meshed with the main gear to rotate, the driven gear three 47 drives the brush handle 48 to rotate, the brush handle 48 performs cleaning work on residues on products, the cleaned residues fall onto the guide plate 5, and under the work of the vibration motor 51, the vibration motor 51 vibrates the guide plate 5, so that the residues on the guide plate 5 are shaken down into the material receiving groove 6, and the residues generated in coping are collected.
After the processing is finished, the electric push rod 312 is only needed to work, the piston rod in the electric push rod 312 penetrates through the through groove to be inserted into the clamping groove, the limiting pile 310 is pushed into the limiting cylinder 32, then the second motor 313 drives the second driven gear 314 to rotate in the reverse direction, the locking ring 33 can be pulled anticlockwise, the limiting of the limiting nail 36 on the cylindrical graphite product is removed, then the piston rod in the electric push rod 312 returns, and finally the cylindrical graphite product is taken out of the limiting cylinder 32.
