The working principle is as follows: the circular saw blade is placed at the top end of a supporting chassis 21, then the circular saw blade is clamped tightly through an upper pressing sheet 22, when the groove is formed, a pressure water pump 16 is started, water spray cooling is carried out through a water discharge pipe 18 and a water spray head 19, automatic groove forming is carried out through a groove forming assembly 13, after a groove is formed, the supporting chassis 21 is driven to rotate through a servo driving motor I20, a rotating angle is preset, therefore, a circle of the circular saw blade can be uniformly clamped, after the groove is formed in the circular saw blade, a hexagonal buckle head 30 and an electromagnetic suction cup 46 are driven to descend through an electric telescopic rod 27, the electromagnetic suction cup 46 is attached to the upper pressing sheet 22 and is electrified to suck, the hexagonal buckle head 30 is inserted into a threaded hole 23, the upper pressing sheet 22 is detached, then the electric telescopic rod 27 is contracted to lift the upper pressing sheet 22, namely, the circular saw blade can be replaced, water after water cooling enters into a filter box 37, firstly, the water is filtered by the fine filter screen 52, then the water is filtered by the filter permeable cotton 53, the filtered water is guided into the water storage tank 15 by the water return pump 38 for reuse, and then the fine filter screen 52 is cleaned regularly and the filter permeable cotton 53 is replaced.
In summary, according to the above technical solution of the present invention, the water-cooling type full-automatic numerical control circular saw blade grooving machine is provided, which is composed of the machine body 1, the controller 2, the display screen 4, the control button 5, the glass protection door 6, the water cooling assembly 8, the partition plate 9, the support table 10, the circular saw blade fixing and clamping structure 11, the pressing plate dismounting structure 12, the grooving assembly 13 and the cooling water filtering and recycling assembly 14, so as to facilitate the fixed installation of the circular saw blade, and simultaneously, the circular saw blade can be driven to rotate at equal angles during grooving, so as to achieve full-automatic grooving, and the automatic clamping and releasing of the circular saw blade can be realized, so as to facilitate the taking and placing of the circular saw blade, and in addition, the whole-course water cooling can be realized, the water filtering and recycling can be realized, and the waste of water resources can be avoided.
