In summary, the rear upper through hole 8-1, the front upper through hole 8-2, the rear lower through hole 8-3 and the front lower through hole 8-4 have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged, the rear upper through hole 8-1, the rear lower through hole 8-3, the front upper through hole 8-2 and the front lower through hole 8-4 have the same structure and can be symmetrically arranged, and gaps among the steel balls 5 arranged in the rear upper through hole 8-1, the front upper through hole 8-2, the rear lower through hole 8-3 and the front lower through hole 8-4 become a steel bar channel 12 for penetrating and installing the steel bar 1 to be straightened.
In addition, aiming at the rotary straightening roll provided with the straightening block combining the steel ball and the steel ball ring, the rear upper through hole 8-1, the front upper through hole 8-2, the rear lower through hole 8-3 and the front lower through hole 8-4 can be respectively arranged into cylindrical blind holes, namely, the rear lower through hole 8-1, the front lower through hole 8-2, the rear upper through hole 8-3 and the front upper through hole 8-4 are correspondingly arranged into a rear upper blind hole, a front upper blind hole, a rear lower blind hole and a front lower blind hole. Meanwhile, an annular groove is directly formed in the bottom of each blind hole, a steel ball 6 is arranged in the annular groove to form a steel ball ring, then a steel ball 5 is arranged in each blind hole, so that the part of one side of the surface of the steel ball 5 abuts against the steel ball ring at the bottom of the blind hole, and the part of the other side of the steel ball 5 correspondingly exposes out of the upper rear blind hole, the upper front blind hole, the lower rear blind hole and the lower front blind hole. According to practical measurements, when straightening cold-rolled ribbed bars with a diameter of 14 mm, if the original fixed straightening block is used: firstly, because of abrasion, the diameter difference between the steel bar before straightening and the steel bar after straightening often reaches 0.4-0.5 mm, even larger, secondly, a four-stage asynchronous motor with the power of 37 kilowatt is needed, the working current when straightening is carried out is 65-70 amperes, and after the rotating straightening straight roller provided with the steel ball and steel ball ring combined straightening block provided by the invention is adopted: firstly, the abrasion to the steel bar 1 is greatly reduced, the diameter difference between the steel bar before straightening and the steel bar after straightening is less than 0.08 mm, secondly, the power of the four-stage asynchronous motor can be reduced to 22 kilowatts, and the working current for straightening is also reduced to 35-40 amperes.
Therefore, the rotating straightening roller provided with the straightening block with the steel ball and steel ball ring combination is effective in reducing the abrasion of the steel bar 1 and saving the electric energy consumption when the steel bar 1 is straightened.
In addition, as the abrasion of the steel bar 1 and the straightening block 3 is reduced, the scrap iron and dust generated by abrasion are greatly reduced, and the working environment of workers is effectively improved.
