The invention relates to a quantitative filling machine for water-based epoxy coating, which sets a filling cylinder in a self-rotating mode, can effectively improve the uniformity of internal mixing and realize the uniformity of filling, and a filling head is non-rotatably arranged relative to a filling seat, the filling head is vertically arranged downwards, so that the filling effect and the filling capacity can be ensured, the filling cylinder comprises a left rotating cylinder section, a fixed cylinder section and a right rotating cylinder section, the inner cavity of the left rotating cylinder section is of a conical cavity structure with a large vertical cross section at the left end and a small vertical cross section at the right end, the inner cavity of the fixed cylinder section is of a cylindrical cavity structure, the inner cavity of the right rotating cylinder section is of a conical cavity structure with a large vertical cross section at the right end and a small vertical cross section at the left end, the structure can enable internal slurry to flow when the filling cylinder rotates, so as to improve the fluidity, and further ensure the capability of internal slurry mixing when the filling cylinder rotates, uniform stirring is realized; according to the invention, the left end of the left rotary cylinder section and the right end of the right rotary cylinder section are both fixedly provided with auxiliary stirring cylinders, the inner circumference array of each auxiliary stirring cylinder is provided with an auxiliary stirring guide fin group, each auxiliary stirring guide fin group comprises a plurality of long fins and a plurality of short fins, and the fins are used for improving the fluidity of the filling liquid when the filling cylinder rotates, so that the uniformity of filling is effectively ensured, and the filling quality is improved.

A quantitative filling machine for water-based epoxy coating comprises a filling seat, a filling cylinder, a filling bottle conveying mechanism, a filling head, a rotary stirring mechanism and a rotary driving mechanism, wherein the filling bottle conveying mechanism is arranged below the filling seat and used for conveying each filling bottle in sequence and intermittently, the filling seat is provided with the filling cylinder for storing slurry to be filled, the central axis of the filling cylinder extends horizontally, and at least part of the filling cylinder can rotate around the horizontal central axis of the filling cylinder, the quantitative filling machine is characterized in that the rotary stirring mechanism is arranged in the filling cylinder, one side of the filling seat is provided with the rotary driving mechanism for driving the filling cylinder to rotate, the filling cylinder rotates around the horizontal central axis of the filling cylinder, and the rotary stirring mechanism is used for stirring the liquid to be filled in the filling cylinder, the filling head is arranged on the filling cylinder, the flow controller is arranged on the filling head, the filling cylinder is driven to rotate by the rotary driving mechanism, the filling head is arranged in a non-rotatable mode relative to the filling seat, and the filling head is arranged downwards vertically.

The water-based epoxy coating quantitative filling machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the inner cavity of the left rotary cylinder section is of a conical cavity structure with a large left-end vertical cross section and a small right-end vertical cross section, the inner cavity of the fixed cylinder section is of a cylindrical cavity structure, the inner cavity of the right rotary cylinder section is of a conical cavity structure with a large right-end vertical cross section and a small left-end vertical cross section, and the inner diameter of the right end of the inner cavity of the left rotary cylinder section, the inner diameter of the left end of the inner cavity of the right rotary cylinder section and the inner diameter of the fixed cylinder section are equal in diameter.
