随着互联网技术的发展,屏幕生活及工作成为了当代新的社会模式。一方面长期直视屏幕导致视疲劳、近视、干眼症越来越多,另一方面使工作与生活节奏加快,导致人们面临的压力增大,精神高度紧张,焦虑与抑郁的发病率越来越高,成为了社会新的“流行病”。电子产品还侵蚀人们的睡眠时间,导致越来越多的人们入睡延迟、睡眠质量变低,甚至夜不能寐。神经系统长期高负荷运转,导致反应迟钝,记忆及认知下降,反过来又影响情绪、工作效率及生活质量。市场上出现了如沉浸式VR虚拟装置,一般通过该装置为使用者提供一个虚拟的环境,使其沉浸其中,实现身心放松的目的,进而起到促进睡眠,缓解抑郁的作用,但是现有的这些设备功能较为单一,一般只有视频和音频结合的方式,且部分人群对于沉浸式VR虚拟装置有较强的不适感,难以达到预期的效果;除此之外,还有采用穴位刺激的方式来实现上述目的,但是一般刺激的均为头部的穴位,个体头围大小不同,可致头部穴位定穴不准。
因此,亟需一种融合视觉、听觉、触觉及特定脑神经刺激的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,从而改善焦虑、抑郁、失眠等状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要在于克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种沉浸式五音具像仿生学位刺激系统,解决现有技术不足的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
一种沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,包括:
用户识别模块:用于获取用户的身份信息;
检测模块:用于检测所述用户的生理指数;
终端模块:用于分析所述生理指数,得到人体体质信息,根据所述人体体质信息进行评估,得到评估结果;
视听模块:基于所述评估结果为用户提供音频数据及电刺激治疗;
储存模块:用于将所述用户的身份信息、生理指数信息以及播放的音频数据进行匹配并存储;
所述用户识别模块、所述检测模块、所述终端模块、所述视听模块以及所述储存模块依次连接。
优选的,所述用户识别模块包括输入单元,所述输入单元包括人脸识别器、指纹识别器或密码输入器中的一种或多种,用于获取用户的身份信息并进行验证。
优选的,所述检测模块包括:
心率检测单元:用于检测用户的心率信息;
血压检测单元:用于检测用户的血压值;
呼吸频率检测单元:用于检测用户的呼吸频率;
所述检测模块分别与所述心率检测单元、血压检测单元、呼吸频率检测单元连接。
优选的,所述终端模块还包括人体经络检测模块,用于检测人体经络脉象,分析并获取所述人体体质信息。
优选的,所述终端模块还包括计时模块,所述计时模块用于记录所述视听模块中音频播放的时长和理疗时长,所述储存模块与所述计时模块连接,用于储存音频播放的时长信息和理疗时长信息,以及将播放的音频数据进行储存。
优选的,所述视听模块包括穴位刺激单元、VR视频单元、立体播音单元,所述穴位刺激单元与所述VR视频单元根据所述立体播音单元选定的音乐频率相互配合,实现所述音乐频率与电刺激的同步化匹配。
优选的,所述VR视频单元能够通过3D视像模拟自然景象,所述VR视频单元还包括眼部按摩单元,用于放松用户眼部眼轮匝肌,支配眼球活动内收,减轻视觉疲劳。
优选的,所述穴位刺激单元还能够根据所述终端模块获取的人体体质信息确定所述穴位刺激单元使用的电流的波形、频率、大小和电刺激时间的长度。
优选的,所述穴位刺激单元通过探测电极连接人体经络穴位,在电流激励下实现人体经络穴位电阻的测量。
优选的,所述储存模块用于储存用户的每次电刺激数据,按照所述电刺激数据生成效果对比、结论,以及下个周期电刺激参数建议、时长建议。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明根据不同用户的情况采用不同音频数据进行播放,从而实施适合该用户的方案,同时对用户的人体生理信息进行检测,通过用户识别模块记录用户身份信息,控制模块将音频数据、用户身份信息以及人体生理信息存储于储存模块,便于后续对该数据的分析;同时本发明还通过穴位刺激单元放松用户紧张的状态,并配合VR视频单元和立体播音单元,使用户处于一种虚拟的环境,从而改善用户焦虑、抑郁、失眠等状态。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1,一种沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,包括:
用户识别模块:用于获取用户的身份信息;
检测模块:用于检测所述用户的生理指数;
终端模块:用于分析所述生理指数,得到人体体质信息,根据所述人体体质信息进行评估,得到评估结果;
视听模块:基于所述评估结果为用户提供音频数据及电刺激治疗;
储存模块:用于将所述用户的身份信息、生理指数信息以及播放的音频数据进行匹配并存储;
用户识别模块、检测模块、终端模块、视听模块以及储存模块依次连接。
进一步优化方案,所述用户识别模块包括输入单元,所述输入单元包括人脸识别器、指纹识别器或密码输入器中的一种或多种,用于获取用户的身份信息并进行验证。人脸识别器可以捕捉用户的人脸信息,指纹采集器可以采集用户的指纹信息,从而配对出用户身份信息,密码输入器可以是键盘等外部设备,从而可以输入用户身份信息。
进一步优化方案,所述检测模块包括:心率检测单元:用于检测用户的心率信息;血压检测单元:用于检测用户的血压值;呼吸频率检测单元:用于检测用户在一定时间内的呼吸频率;所述检测模块分别与所述心率检测单元、血压检测单元、呼吸频率检测单元连接。通过检测用户的心率、呼吸频率及血压指数判定此时用户处于那种状态,将检测到的数据信息传输至终端模块,根据不同的模式选择适合用户的体验方案。
终端模块还包括人体经络检测模块,用于检测人体经络脉象,分析并获取所述人体体质信息。还能够用于使用后对人体经络进行测量以获取使用后的体质信息,以便匹配下一次使用时的音频信号。从而实现避免重复的刺激信号,匹配更精确音频信号以制定方案,使得理疗效果更佳。
进一步优化方案,所述终端模块还包括计时模块,所述计时模块用于记录所述视听模块中音频播放的时长和理疗时长,所述储存模块还能够与所述计时模块连接,用于储存音频播放的时长信息和理疗时长信息,以及将播放的音频数据进行储存。
进一步优化方案,所述视听模块包括穴位刺激单元、VR视频单元、立体播音单元,所述穴位刺激单元与所述VR视频单元根据所述立体播音单元选定的音乐频率相互配合,实现所述音乐频率与电刺激的同步化匹配。以所选音乐为主调控参数,为自变量,仿生电与视频VR为协同参数,为因变量。根据选定的音乐,将仿生电发射装置的发射频率与音乐的旋律配合,从而实现音乐频率与仿生电刺激的同步化匹配,视频根据选定的音乐,结合音乐表达的意境以及使用者的喜好进行匹配。
在本实施例中,穴位刺激单元作用于完骨穴,完骨穴在耳后高骨乳突处,所在的位置恰是小脑顶核的体表投射区。穴位刺激单元通过仿真生物电通过乳突穴颅外刺激小脑顶核、脑细胞和脑血管,通过以下三个方面作用,以起到脑功能恢复的效果:1、舒张脑血管、改善血管弹性,增加大脑局部血流量,改善脑血液微循环;2、启动脑内源性神经保护机制,保护神经细胞,改善脑细胞的代谢环境,使受损脑细胞代谢加快;3、稳定脑神经细胞膜电位,抑制去极化波,引导非正常脑电趋向正常。
本系统中的穴位刺激单元还能够刺激小脑顶核,通过小脑顶核直接上行投射到对侧下丘脑外侧区(LHA)、后区和背区等处,刺激这些区域后主要引起该区神经元的兴奋反应。而下丘脑是睡眠/觉醒调节的一个中心,通过脑干网状上行激动系统-下丘脑-皮层传导通路与大脑皮质相联系,参与睡眠/觉醒的调节。电刺激小脑顶核后,通过易化下丘脑神经元的活动,可能从多个环节参与睡眠调节和觉醒节律的形成。用以缓解用户失眠的情况。
体外刺激小脑顶核不仅同时增加颈内动脉血流和视盘血流,而且可明显改善青少年近视的调节功能。改善脑缺血、缺氧所致的神经损伤。
电刺激小脑顶核(fastigialnucleus stimulation,FNS)可启动预防性及治疗性中枢神经源性神经保护机制,如增加局部脑血流,缩小脑梗死体积,抑制炎症反应,减轻脑水肿,保护神经组织结构,改善神经传导,促进神经功能恢复。
通过完骨穴颅外刺激小脑顶核脑细胞及脑血管,疗效作用机制主要体现在以下三个方面:1、舒张脑血管、改善血管弹性,增加大脑局部血流量,改善脑血液微循环;2、启动脑内源性神经保护机制,保护神经细胞,改善脑细胞的代谢环境,使受损脑细胞代谢加快;3、稳定脑神经细胞膜电位,抑制去极化波,引导非正常脑电趋向正常。
本系统还能够通过电刺激小脑与抗抑郁药合用能显著改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁状态。
进一步优化方案,所述穴位刺激单元根据所述终端模块获取的人体体质信息确定所述穴位刺激单元使用的电流的波形、频率、大小和电刺激时间的长度。穴位刺激单元通过探测电极连接人体经络穴位,在电流激励下实现人体经络穴位电阻的测量。刺激人体穴位的交流电流为三角波、梯形波、方形波或正弦波中的一种或多种交替。
进一步优化方案,所述VR视频单元能够通过3D视像模拟自然景象,所述VR视频单元还包括眼部按摩单元,用于放松用户眼部眼轮匝肌,支配眼球活动内收,减轻视觉疲劳。在本实施例中,通过VR眼镜,可以达到沉浸式体验,仿佛置身于山水之中,从而达到身心放松的体验。立体播音单元内含有多个扬声器,为用户提供立体环绕发声,增强用户的体验效果。
人们在欣赏音乐的过程中,有的人会随着音乐声的响起,在脑海中伴随有色彩的浮现。同样,当人们看到某种颜色,从而会感受到某种情绪,这种现象在心理学中被称为联觉。“联觉”是人身上一种跨系统的映射反应,“望梅止渴”就是一个典型的例子。这种联觉反应非主观臆想,研究证明这种跨系统反应是真实存在的,且和每个人的社会环境、教育程度、成长环境息息相关。而对于这些色彩和情绪的联系,多数来源于自然界,可以在五行的类别划分中看到。如颜色和属性的划分,木—草木—青,且肝属木,主疏泄,在人体中负责调理气机,与情绪中的“怒”相对应;人们在黑夜中迷路,看到火光无疑是喜悦的,同时火能给人们带来温暖,且温度的变化能对人的心跳、新陈代谢有影响,所以有火—喜悦—红色—心的联系,等等。因此本系统融合了视觉、听觉、触觉及特定脑神经刺激的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,从而改善焦虑、抑郁、失眠等状态。
进一步优化方案,储存模块用于储存用户的每次电刺激数据,按照所述电刺激数据生成效果对比、结论,以及下个周期电刺激参数建议、时长建议。储存模块还与终端模块无线连,接连接方式可以为蓝牙或者ZigBee等。
所述终端模块可以为手机或者电脑中的小程序,当系统确认用户信息后,用户可以通过手机或者电脑进入小程序,查看自己的体制信息,使用几次后的效果对比以及下个周期的电刺激参数、时长等信息,还可以控制视听模块选择自己喜爱的音频数据。
与现有技术相比,本发明根据不同用户的情况采用不同音频数据进行播放,从而实施适合该用户的方案,同时对用户的人体生理信息进行检测,通过用户识别模块记录用户身份信息,控制模块将音频数据、用户身份信息以及人体生理信息存储于储存模块,便于后续对该数据的分析;同时本发明还通过穴位刺激单元放松用户紧张的状态,并配合VR视频单元和立体播音单元,使用户处于一种虚拟的环境,从而改善用户焦虑、抑郁、失眠等状态。

1.一种沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,包括:
用户识别模块:用于获取用户的身份信息;
检测模块:用于检测所述用户的生理指数;
终端模块:用于分析所述生理指数,得到人体体质信息,根据所述人体体质信息进行评估,得到评估结果;
视听模块:基于所述评估结果为用户提供音频数据及电刺激治疗;
储存模块:用于将所述用户的身份信息、生理指数信息以及播放的音频数据进行匹配并存储;
所述用户识别模块、所述检测模块、所述终端模块、所述视听模块以及所述储存模块依次连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述用户识别模块包括输入单元,所述输入单元包括人脸识别器、指纹识别器或密码输入器中的一种或多种,用于获取用户的身份信息并进行验证。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括:
心率检测单元:用于检测用户的心率信息;
血压检测单元:用于检测用户的血压值;
呼吸频率检测单元:用于检测用户的呼吸频率;
所述检测模块分别与所述心率检测单元、血压检测单元、呼吸频率检测单元连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述终端模块还包括人体经络检测模块,用于检测人体经络脉象,分析并获取所述人体体质信息。
5.根据权利要求4所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述终端模块还包括计时模块,所述计时模块用于记录所述视听模块中音频播放的时长和理疗时长,所述储存模块与所述计时模块连接,用于储存音频播放的时长信息和理疗时长信息,以及将播放的音频数据进行储存。
6.根据权利要求1所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述视听模块包括穴位刺激单元、VR视频单元、立体播音单元,所述穴位刺激单元与所述VR视频单元根据所述立体播音单元选定的音乐频率相互配合,实现所述音乐频率与电刺激的同步化匹配。
7.根据权利要求6所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述VR视频单元能够通过3D视像模拟自然景象,所述VR视频单元还包括眼部按摩单元,用于放松用户眼部眼轮匝肌,支配眼球活动内收,减轻视觉疲劳。
8.根据权利要求6所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述穴位刺激单元还能够根据所述终端模块获取的人体体质信息确定所述穴位刺激单元使用的电流的波形、频率、大小和电刺激时间的长度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述穴位刺激单元通过探测电极连接人体经络穴位,在电流激励下实现人体经络穴位电阻的测量。
10.根据权利要求1所述的沉浸式五音具像仿生穴位刺激系统,其特征在于,所述储存模块用于储存用户的每次电刺激数据,按照所述电刺激数据生成效果对比、结论,以及下个周期电刺激参数建议、时长建议。
