The diameter of the liquid permeating hole 214 on the upper surface of the first mixing layer 211 is 0.4 +/-0.05 mm, the diameter of the liquid permeating hole 214 is gradually enlarged from the upper surface of the first mixing layer 211 to the lower surface of the second mixing layer 212 to form a trapezoid, and the included angle between the side edge of the liquid permeating hole 214 and the lower bottom edge is 60 +/-3 degrees, so that urine can rapidly permeate from the liquid permeating hole 214 of the first mixing layer 211 to the second mixing layer 212 and the third mixing layer 213. In the present invention, the first mixed layer 211 includes 25% ± 3% of super absorbent resin, 5% of hydrophilic fiber and 70% ± 3% of fluff pulp; the second mixed layer 212 comprises 35% +/-3% of high water-absorbent resin, 5% of hydrophilic fiber and 60% +/-3% of fluff pulp; the third mixed layer 213 comprises 90% ± 3% of high water absorption resin, 5% of hydrophilic fiber and 5% ± 3% of fluff pulp, so that the liquid absorption amount of the first mixed layer 211 is the smallest, the liquid absorption amount of the second mixed layer 212 is slightly larger than that of the first mixed layer 211, and the liquid absorption amount of the third mixed layer 213 is the largest; meanwhile, the number of the fluff pulp arranged in the first mixing layer 211 is the largest, and the fluff pulp can rapidly guide urine to the second mixing layer 212 and then to the third mixing layer 213, so that the flow of the urine is accelerated.
The surface of the hydrophilic fiber is coated with a surfactant, and the surfactant can be one or two of sugar alkyl ether and sugar fatty acid ester.
The paper diaper disclosed by the invention adopts the principle of forward osmosis and reverse absorption, the utilization rate of the paper diaper can be improved to the maximum extent, leakage detection of the paper diaper is prevented and the paper diaper is kept dry while the liquid is absorbed quickly, and further, bacterial infection caused in humid environment can be avoided.
In the present invention, the liquid guide channel 23 is preferably an elastic hose.

Claims (10)

1. A high-absorption paper diaper is characterized in that: the diaper comprises a diaper body, wherein the diaper body sequentially comprises a skin-friendly layer, an absorption layer and a breathable water barrier layer from top to bottom;
the absorption layer comprises a main body part positioned in the middle of the absorption layer and a guide part positioned on the edge of the absorption layer and surrounding the main body part; the guide part is provided with a liquid guide channel and a first coupling part for guiding the liquid guide channel; the liquid guide channel extends on the periphery of the first coupling part, and a through hole is formed in the liquid guide channel.
2. The high absorption diaper according to claim 1, wherein: the first coupling part is a plurality of steering columns arranged between the guide part and the main body part, and the liquid guide channel bypasses the steering columns to change the extending direction.
3. The high absorption diaper according to claim 2, wherein: the steering column includes a first steering column located at a front end of the guide portion and a second steering column located at a rear end of the guide portion.
4. The high absorption diaper according to claim 3, wherein: the number of the first steering columns is at least two, and the number of the second steering columns is at least two.

The high absorption diaper according to claim 4, wherein: the liquid guide channel comprises a front channel positioned at the front end of the guide part, a rear channel positioned at the rear end of the guide part and a side channel positioned in the middle of the guide part and used for connecting the front channel and the rear channel; the front and side channel junctions extend around the outer edge of the first steering column and the side and rear channel junctions extend around the outer edge of the second steering column.

The high absorption diaper according to claim 5, wherein: the through holes comprise a first liquid inlet hole positioned on the front channel, a second liquid inlet hole positioned on the side channel and a liquid outlet hole positioned on the rear channel; the opening direction of the first liquid inlet hole faces the skin-friendly layer, and the opening directions of the second liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole face the main body part.
7. The high absorption diaper according to claim 6, wherein: the number of the front channels is more than two, and the front channels are mutually parallel.

The high absorption pant diaper according to any of claims 1-7, wherein: the diaper body further comprises a second coupling part positioned on the front end of the main body part and a third coupling part arranged above the front channel, and the second coupling part and the third coupling part are arranged oppositely.

The high absorption pant diaper according to claim 8, wherein: the paper diaper body further comprises a front waist portion arranged at the upper end of the paper diaper body, a rear waist portion arranged at the rear end of the paper diaper body, a string and a pulling part arranged between the front waist portion and the third coupling portion and connected with the string, the string extends between the second coupling portion and the third coupling portion, and the front end of the absorption layer is compressed when the string is tensioned; the dragging component comprises a first dragging block and a second dragging block which are respectively arranged at two sides of the front waist portion.
10. The high absorption pant diaper according to claim 9, wherein: the skin-friendly layer is formed by weaving non-woven fabrics, the breathable water-resisting layer is formed by compounding breathable films and non-woven fabrics, the breathable films are made of polyethylene, and the main body part of the water absorbing layer is made by mixing super absorbent resin, hydrophilic fibers and fluff pulp.
