As shown in fig. 2, the first flushing assembly comprises a second water cavity 27 and a plurality of flushing heads 28, the second water cavity 27 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the rotating plate 6, the plurality of flushing heads 28 are fixedly arranged on the upper side of the second water cavity 27 and communicated with the second water cavity 27, the plurality of flushing heads 28 vertically correspond to the plurality of round openings respectively, a second hose is fixedly connected to the rear side of the second water cavity 27, and the rear end of the second hose is fixedly connected to the rear side of the cleaning box 1 and connected to an external water source.

As shown in fig. 2, the disinfection mechanism comprises two heating and disinfecting lamps 30 and two transparent protective covers 31, the two heating and disinfecting lamps 30 are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the placing plate 5, the two heating and disinfecting lamps 30 are fixedly connected with the rear inner side wall of the cleaning box 1, the two transparent protective covers 31 are respectively sleeved at the outer sides of the two heating and disinfecting lamps 30 and fixedly connected with the rear inner side wall of the cleaning box 1, after the washing is finished, an external water source is closed, the two heating and disinfecting lamps 30 are opened, and therefore a plurality of glass cups can be heated and disinfected.
In the upper mounting, the opening and closing of the cylinder 7, the two electric slide rails 14, the high-pressure pump 20 and the external water source are controlled through the control box 4, the left lower end of the cleaning box 1 is fixedly connected with a drain pipe, and the left upper end of the liquid storage box 2 is fixedly connected with a liquid inlet pipe.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the glass cups are required to be cleaned and disinfected, the glass cups to be cleaned are reversely buckled on the placing plate 5, the glass cups are respectively connected with a plurality of round openings, the air cylinder 7 is started to drive the pressing plate 8 to move downwards, the pressing plate 8 drives the elastic telescopic rods to move downwards, the elastic telescopic rods drive the rubber pressing block 9 to move downwards, so that the glass cups can be pressed, two electric sliding blocks 15 are driven to move upwards through two electric sliding rails 14, two electric sliding blocks 15 drive two gears 17 to move upwards through two rotating shafts, the two gears 17 drive the rotating plate 6 to move upwards, meanwhile, the two gears 17 are respectively meshed with the two rack rods 16, so that the two gears 17 can rotate when moving upwards, the two gears 17 drive the rotating plate 6 to rotate, when the rotating plate 6 rotates 180 degrees, the two gears 17 are respectively separated from the two rack rods 16, and the two groups of guide blocks 18 respectively slide into the two guide grooves 19, so that the rotating plate 6 can turn over the cleaning mechanism and the first washing component, the plurality of cleaning pipes 22 face upwards, the two electric slide rails 14 continuously drive the two electric slide blocks 15 to move upwards, so as to drive the rotating plate 6 to move upwards, the rotating plate 6 drives the first water cavity 21 and the plurality of cleaning pipes 22 to move upwards, the plurality of cleaning pipes 22 drive the plurality of rotating rods 23 and the plurality of cleaning sponges 25 to move upwards, so as to enable the plurality of cleaning sponges 25 to pass through the round openings and be inserted into the glass cups, the high-pressure pump 20 is started to extract the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2, the cleaning liquid is guided into the first water cavity 21 through the first hose and then is guided into the plurality of cleaning pipes 22, and is sprayed into the plurality of glass cups through the plurality of cleaning pipes 22, the cleaning liquid can make the impeller 24 rotate while the cleaning liquid is sprayed, the impeller 24 drives the cleaning sponges 25 to rotate through the rotating rods 23, so as to clean the interiors of a plurality of glasses, after the glasses are cleaned, the two electric slide blocks 15 are driven by the two electric slide rails 14 to move downwards, so that the first water cavity 21 and the plurality of cleaning pipes 22 can be driven by the rotating plate 6 to move downwards, the plurality of cleaning sponges 25 are drawn out of the plurality of glasses, when the two groups of guide blocks 18 are respectively separated from the two groups of guide grooves 19, the two gears 17 are meshed with the two rack rods 16 and continue to move downwards, the rotating plate 6 rotates in reverse direction for 180 degrees, the first cleaning assembly and the cleaning mechanism are turned over, the plurality of cleaning heads 28 are upward, an external water source is started, the external water source enters the second water cavity 27 through the second hose and is sprayed upwards through the plurality of cleaning heads 28, the interiors of the glasses can be cleaned, meanwhile, the external water source enters the plurality of spray heads 29 through the third hose and is sprayed downwards through the plurality of spray heads 29, can wash the outside of a plurality of glass cups, wash the back that finishes, close external water source, open two heating and disinfecting lamps 30 to can heat the disinfection to a plurality of glass cups, can once only accomplish a plurality of glass cups cleaning and disinfecting processes, avoid people to get many times and put, reduce people's working strength, improve work efficiency.
