Claims (15)

1. the overturning device is characterized in that a limiting deflection piece (221) is arranged on the fixed component (22), a limiting surface (11) matched with the limiting deflection piece (221) is arranged on the overturning connecting piece (1), the moving piece (21) is used for driving the overturning connecting piece (1) to move relative to the fixed component (22), and when the limiting surface (11) is contacted with the limiting deflection piece (221), the moving piece (21) continues to push to enable the overturning connecting piece (1) to rotate relative to the fixed component (22).
2. A sliding turnover mechanism as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the stop surface (11) comprises stop guides (111), the stop guides (111) being slidably connected to the stop deflector (221) during rotation of the turnover connection member (1).

The sliding turnover mechanism of claim 1, wherein a limiting member (23) is disposed at an end of the movable member (21) connected to the turnover connection member (1), and the limiting member (23) is configured to cooperate with a bottom surface of the turnover connection member (1) to limit a rotation angle of the turnover connection member (1).
4. A sliding turnover mechanism as claimed in claim 1 in which the stop deflector (221) is a stop pin on which a rotating bush (2211) is sleeved.

The sliding turnover mechanism of claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly (22) comprises a fixing portion (22a) and a mounting portion (22b), the fixing portion (22a) and the mounting portion (22b) are integrally formed, fixedly connected or separately arranged, and the limiting deflection member (221) is arranged on the mounting portion (22 b).

The sliding turnover mechanism of claim 5, wherein a guide rail groove (222) is arranged on the fixed portion (22a), a sliding groove (211) matched with the guide rail groove (222) is arranged on the movable member (21), and the sliding groove (211) is matched with the guide rail groove (222) to enable the movable member (21) to slide relative to the fixed assembly (22).

A sliding turnover mechanism as claimed in claim 1 further including a resilient return member (6), one end of the resilient return member (6) being connected to the turnover connection member (1), the other end of the resilient return member (6) being adapted to be connected to the movable member (21) and the end of the turnover connection member (1) which is hinged to the movable member.

The headrest adjusting device is characterized by comprising a turnover connecting piece (1), a lifting assembly (2), a lifting rod (3) and a driving mechanism (5), wherein the lifting assembly (2) comprises a moving piece (21) and a fixed assembly (22), and the turnover connecting piece (1) is used for being rotatably connected with the moving piece (21);
the fixed component (22) is provided with a limiting deflection piece (221), the overturning connecting piece (1) is provided with a limiting surface (11) matched with the limiting deflection piece (221), the moving piece (21) is used for driving the overturning connecting piece (1) to move relative to the fixed component (22), and when the limiting surface (11) is contacted with the limiting deflection piece (221), the moving piece (21) continues to push to enable the overturning connecting piece (1) to rotate relative to the fixed component (22);
the lifting rod (3) is used for connecting the moving piece (21) and the driving mechanism (5), the maximum sliding distance of the moving piece (21) is 100-170 mm in the process that the driving mechanism (5) drives the lifting rod (3) to drive the moving piece (21) to lift and the overturning connecting piece (1) overturns, and meanwhile, the maximum adjusting angle of the overturning connecting piece (1) is 40-70 degrees.

A headrest bracket, characterized by comprising a headrest plate (7), a backrest frame (8) and the headrest adjusting device as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 13, wherein the headrest plate (7) is used for connecting with the flip link (1) and adjusting the headrest angle, the fixing member (22) is connected with a mounting side plate (81) of the backrest frame (8), and the width of the mounting side plate (81) is 50mm to 70 mm.
