Abstract

Compared with the existing reconstituted tobacco sheet, the aerosol generating sheet disclosed by the invention can contain more smoke agents and metal powder, and in addition, the aerosol generating sheet also comprises one or more functional layers, wherein the functional layers are metal material layers (2) or impermeable layers (3), the aerosol generating sheet is formed after the metal material layers (2) are directly attached to an aerosol generating base material, and then the aerosol generating sheet is rolled to form a rolling aerosol generating section.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production of low-temperature heating non-combustible products, in particular to a curled aerosol generating section and an aerosol generating product comprising the same.
Background
The low-temperature heating non-combustible product has the advantages of greatly reducing the harmful substances in the smoke because of non-combustion in low-temperature heating, having less second-hand smoke and the like, and is popular with a plurality of tobacco enterprises. At present, heating appliances can be divided into resistance wire heating, electromagnetic induction heating, magnetic grain soaking and the like according to heating modes. The cartridges may be classified into pellet-type cartridges and sheet-type cartridges according to the material properties of the smoking segment. The existing granular and thin-sheet smoke bombs in the market are mainly suitable for resistance wire heating type smoking sets, but less smoke bombs suitable for electromagnetic induction heating and magnetic particle soaking.
Most of the aerosol generating components commonly used at present are gathered reconstituted tobacco sheets, and in order to meet the form of the reconstituted tobacco sheets, the moisture content of the aerosol generating components is generally 12%, so that the amount of fuming agent which can be added is generally about 40%, and the amount is relatively small.
In addition, aerosol generating articles suitable for electromagnetically heated cigarette smoking articles are the main direction of research, and there are two general methods for adding susceptor metal materials to existing aerosol generating articles: first, metal powder is added to the aerosol-generating segment to act as a susceptor that receives and heats the eddy currents generated by the electromagnetically heated cigarette smoking set susceptor. The scheme has the problems that in the prior art, metal powder is usually added into the slurry in the reconstituted tobacco pulping process, and the metal powder is easily deposited at the bottom of the slurry under the action of weight, so that the prepared reconstituted tobacco sheet has uneven metal powder distribution, and uneven heating is caused. In addition, the content of metal powder allowed to be added into the reconstituted tobacco sheet by the method is also lower. The second is that a metal rod (similar to a central heating type heating needle) is directly added to the center of the aerosol generation section, which has the problems that only one metal rod exists in the center of the aerosol generation section, all parts of the aerosol generation section are heated unevenly during heating, the center of the aerosol generation section is heated excessively, and the periphery of the aerosol generation section is heated insufficiently.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a curled aerosol generating section, which is formed by curling an aerosol generating sheet towards the axial center, wherein an axial airflow channel 4 is arranged in the curled aerosol generating section;
the aerosol-generating sheet comprises an aerosol-generating substrate layer 1.
Preferably, the air flow channel 4 extends through the curled aerosol-generating segment; the aerosol-generating sheet material is crimped at one end towards the other end, with or without the ends being joined after crimping. Preferably, the aerosol-generating sheet further comprises one or more functional layers, which are layers of metallic material 2 or barrier layers 3.
Preferably, when the aerosol-generating sheet includes a functional layer, the functional layer is laminated on the aerosol-generating substrate layer 1 to form the aerosol-generating sheet, and the aerosol-generating sheet is curled toward the axial center to produce a curled aerosol-generating segment.
Preferably, when the aerosol-generating sheet comprises a plurality of functional layers, the functional layers are sequentially arranged on one side of the aerosol-generating substrate layer 1, or the functional layers are respectively arranged on two sides of the aerosol-generating substrate layer 1.
Preferably, when the functional layer is an impermeable layer 3, the impermeable layer 3 is located on the outer side of the aerosol generation substrate layer 1, and the outer surface of the rolled aerosol generation section is the impermeable layer 3.
Preferably, the aerosol-generating sheet has a thickness of from 0.01 to 5 mm.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides an aerosol-generating article comprising a crimped aerosol-generating segment according to the first aspect of the present invention.
The curled aerosol generation section is directly arranged in a hollow tube body forming an aerosol generation product without wrapping cigarette paper.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the curling type aerosol generating section is formed by curling the aerosol generating sheet towards the axial center, and because the moisture content of the aerosol generating sheet does not exceed 5 percent and does not meet the standard of the existing reconstituted tobacco sheet, the curling type aerosol generating section can contain more smoke agents or aroma components compared with the existing reconstituted tobacco sheet. Can meet the requirement of higher smoke amount.
2. Aiming at the functional layer being the metal material layer 2, the curled aerosol generation section is suitable for electromagnetic heating cigarettes, compared with the prior art that metal powder is added into the aerosol generation section, the method is simpler, more metal materials can be added, and more importantly, the metal materials are more uniformly distributed and directly form a layer of metal materials attached to the aerosol generation base material. Compared with the prior art that a metal rod is added to the center of the aerosol generation section and is similar to a central heating type heating needle, the method has the main advantages that the distribution of the metal material is more uniform, the metal material is directly a layer of metal material attached to the aerosol generation base material, all the aerosol generation base materials can be uniformly heated during heating, and the problems that the heating is not uniform, the center of the aerosol generation section is excessively heated, and the periphery is insufficiently heated due to the fact that a metal rod is added to the center of the aerosol generation section are solved.

5. The magnetic aerosol generating section prepared by the invention is suitable for resistance wire heating type smoking set, electromagnetic induction heating type smoking set and magnetic particle heating type smoking set, and has high adaptability with the electromagnetic induction heating smoking set and good magnetic conductivity and thermal performance.

2. A crimped aerosol-generating segment according to claim 1, wherein the air flow channel (4) extends through the crimped aerosol-generating segment; the aerosol-generating sheet material is crimped at one end towards the other end, with or without the ends being joined after crimping.
3. A crimped aerosol-generating segment according to claim 1,
the curled aerosol-generating segment comprises a plurality of contacting axially extending aerosol-generating sheets arranged radially outwardly from a central axis, and the innermost aerosol-generating sheet forming central cavity is an airflow channel (4) extending axially through the curled aerosol-generating segment;

6. A crimped aerosol-generating segment according to claim 1, characterized in that the aerosol-generating substrate layer (1) has a thickness of 0.01-5 mm.

A crimped aerosol-generating segment according to claim 1, characterized in that the aerosol-generating sheet further comprises one or more functional layers, which are layers of metallic material (2) or barrier layers (3); the thickness of the metal material layer (2) is 0.01-5 mm; the thickness of the impermeable layer (3) is 0.01-4 mm; the metal material layer (2) is one or more of iron, nickel, aluminum, stainless steel and iron-nickel alloy layers, and the impermeable layer (3) is one of simethicone and PLA film.

The crimped aerosol-generating segment according to claim 7, wherein when the aerosol-generating sheet comprises a functional layer, the functional layer is laminated on the aerosol-generating substrate layer (1) to form the aerosol-generating sheet, and the crimped aerosol-generating segment is crimped toward the axial center;
when the aerosol generating sheet comprises a plurality of functional layers, the functional layers are sequentially arranged on one side of the aerosol generating substrate layer (1), or the functional layers are respectively arranged on two sides of the aerosol generating substrate layer (1).
9. The rolled aerosol generating segment according to claim 7, wherein when the functional layer is a barrier layer (3), the barrier layer (3) is positioned outside the aerosol generating substrate layer (1), and the outer surface of the rolled aerosol generating segment is the barrier layer (3).
