S2-B-1, generating authorization information allowing access to all monitoring videos of the express delivery cabinet;
S2-B-2, distinguishing express cabinet information and express deposit time corresponding to the user information, determining a specific express cabinet, and generating authorization information of a specific time range of a monitoring channel where the specific express cabinet is located;
S2-B-3, not generating authorization information;
and S2-C, the server sends the authorization information to the corresponding express delivery cabinet.

The local express delivery cabinet monitoring video calling system according to claim 7, wherein the server reads user information and retrieves a database in a service period according to the user information to obtain corresponding express delivery information; the express information comprises single number information, user information, express deposit time and express cabinet information.
9. The express cabinet surveillance video local retrieval system of claim 8, wherein the processor further comprises a computing unit, the computing unit being connected to the processor;
the computing unit judges user information and judges whether the user is a receiver or a courier, and if the user is the receiver or the courier, the authorization information generating unit generates authorization information allowing access to all monitoring videos of the express cabinet; if the express delivery cabinet is the addressee, judging express delivery cabinet information and express delivery deposit time corresponding to the user information, determining a specific express delivery cabinet, and generating authorization information of a specific time range of a monitoring channel where the specific express delivery cabinet is located by an authorization information generating unit; if not, the courier or the receiver does not generate the authorization information.

The local express delivery cabinet surveillance video calling system of claim 9, wherein all the surveillance videos include surveillance videos of all time ranges of all the surveillance channels; the specific time range comprises a time range from the express mail register time to a set time period.
